"酒店位置還是可以，位於鬧市區雜糧街不遠，吃特色小吃很方便，我們也是衝著維也納的品牌去的，停車在負一樓下，很小倒也方便，入住也很順利，房間較寬敝，也還整齊，衹感覺酒店設施有些老。但第二天早上，就遇到一件我從未遇到的鬧心事：馬桶給堵上了，服務員也積極弄通了，但地上臟水漫了一地，一股臭味，下到一樓找主管想換一個房間，主管確很不願，説沒房，叫我們等另外客人走了再説。實際上我們的隔壁就有房間，服務員很好，啥都沒説，馬上就在隔壁開了一間。"

"Our recent stay in Chonghai was absolutely epic — the perfect escape and reset from work and daily life. Traveling with my family, this place truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was perfect: spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the balcony with its view made every morning and evening special. The short walk to the beach was a huge plus, with convenience stores nearby and charming little coffee shops along the way. The swimming area was beautiful and relaxing, especially for families. The service deserves special recognition. The receptionists went above and beyond to help us and made us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. The only small disappointment was that I specifically booked a room with a bathtub, and unfortunately, the bathtub wasn’t there. That said, this was the only downside in an otherwise fantastic experience. My kids loved it, I loved it, and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for having us and for creating such a warm, comfortable space for families to relax and recharge. Highly recommended."

"The room was clean, the breakfast delicious, and the location idyllic. The view from the spacious balcony was beautiful. The beach is nearby and so are a lot of restaurants and shops. Beside the pool there is also a spot to get your feet cleaned by fish."

"環島結束，終於有時間來好好評價啦，首先酒店地址很好，緊挨着任意門等好幾個拍照特別好看的打卡點，離電影同款的燈塔也很近，就在潭門鎮，去哪兒都方便。有自己的船形酒吧和餐廳，菜做的很好吃，價格不貴，因為住店還給主動優惠了，我覺得老闆是個格局特別大的人，老闆還有其他民宿，但這個太空艙民宿是剛開不久的，特別新！不管什麼事兒都親力親為，有求必應，太空艙內部要跟大酒店比的話是麻雀雖小五臟俱全，該有的什麼都有，枕頭床被子都很舒服！早上起來看海景特別美，總之真實客觀的説，無論是設施衞生環境還是服務來説，都很棒！值得來！感覺以後這兒肯定會火的，有點擔心以後入住排不上，哈哈。"

"Beautiful hotel, great location, and to top it all, we've met a team of staff who are nice, warm and friendly. Special thanks to hotel lobby manager-in-charge (a young lady whose name we don't know), hotel nurse (we don't have her name either) and hotel customer service C C. During our stay at the hotel, my wife slipped and hurt her left foot while taking a walk outside near the pool. It's very kind of them to have provided us heart-warming service and help. We will surely choose to live here again if coming to Hainan, and we'll also recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues."
