Beautiful hotel, clean, helpful staff. My room was gorgeous, with an amazing view of the pond area around. Free breakfast, free tea at reception, The location of the hotel is very good: plenty of public bikes to choose from, affordable shops, busy area.
PERK +: I left my jacket hanging in the wardrobe and contacted the hotel when I realized my mistake. They sent it to me the next day. This was very much appreciated! 🥰
Drawbacks: They advertise as having access to a swimming pool. In fact, the swimming pool doesn't belong to the hotel, it is right next to the hotel but it is rented. What a disappointment when I found out they only open the swimming pool from 5pm to 9pm 🤔. What's more, it's impossible to relax in there, it's full of noisy kids with their parents/Grandmas. They even bring toys inside the pool. One kid threw a heavy toy in the water and it ended on my knee (on the bone). I almost cried from the pain.
