"Room is very clean . However it is a bit small If you have large bags. Breakfast is a great deal at TWD200 per person. Fantastic local cuisine and totally fills you up. Bed is very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping staff are attentive and helpful.. It’s near Houyi MRT exit 3 and local food markets. You can walk to heart river and enjoy the scenery at night. Overall this is a great and simple hotel that is cosy at great location."

L'area ha molto parcheggio fuori e il circonferimento sono meno densi durante la settimana. "⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Comfortable Stay and Great Breakfast! I recently stayed at Hu House Hotel in Kaohsiung for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The location is super convenient—close to Liuhe Night Market and just a short walk from the MRT station, which made it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable beds and all the essentials provided. The staff were polite, helpful, and made check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. One of the highlights of the stay was the buffet breakfast. There was a great variety of both Western and local ********* options, including fresh fruit, salads, hot dishes, pastries, and great coffee. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and it was a lovely way to start each morning. Overall, Hu House Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Kaohsiung. It’s comfortable, well-located, and offers excellent value—especially with the buffet breakfast included. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"Great initial room but we had to change it the first time after sleeping because you could hear the sound of the air conditioner ticking away, which was disturbing. And then the second room was much better. Also didn’t have many amenities at all!"

Questo ci ha permesso di dormire un po' più tardi e di scendere per mangiare più comodamente durante questo viaggio. La camera era pulita e spaziosa. Era molto confortevole per entrambi. È particolarmente adatto alle famiglie con bambini perché la sala giochi per bambini al primo piano è semplicemente un paradiso che i genitori non possono più ricordare. Nel complesso è fantastico. "Location was very convenient, right next to 7 eleven, near to bus stop and central station. Asian breakfast and complementary drinks and ice cream round the clock though we didn’t try it. I really didn’t like the carpet as it feel dirty and worn out. Bathroom was great, Japanese bidet and powerful shower. Staff was courteous!"

"We stayed at this hotel in March. While this review is in English, we communicated to them in Chinese. We also observed that they could converse with simple English with the international guests. Service - The hotel staff were friendly. We were greeted upon entering the door, and attended to immediately. The check-in process was fast. They also explained to us about the amenities - there is an enclosed area where we can chill, enjoy free drinks and ice cream. We were also entitled to one free drink from the par per day.  Even the housekeepers were friendly. There was an elderly housekeeper on Level 8 who greeted us and offered to guide us to our rooms - was impressed by this because I wasn't expecting this from any housekeeper from any hotel! The receptionist at the level 2 morning buffet hall was also very attentive. I was looking around for the toilet, when one of the staff saw me and asked me if I needed any help. Please keep this proactiveness up :) Food - The breakfast spread was huge and the food was scrumptious. Absolutely recommend. It has a mix of local ********* dishes and western food. I especially love the ********* food spread! (see photos for some of the food options, though i didnt take photo of everything). Room - The room was sufficient and clean. Housekeeping also does a great job at tidying the room. Location - Right next to Kaohsiung Main Station. I could walk directly to the hotel from the station - it seems like the renovation works that the earlier hotel reviews talked about has been resolved, so there is no longer a need to go to the hotel in a roundabout manner.  Super convenient. Other Amenities - They have washing machines, dryers, and even an ironing board! Powder detergent is provided too. This was something we really appreciated. Also, like what I earlier mentioned, they have a hall with the free-flow ice cream and drinks, which is a great place to chill and relax - especially at night after a long day of activities.  Overall, I will recommend Kindness hotel to those staying in Kaohsiung!"
