作為政府接待賓館的老底子中規中矩，外觀和大堂顯得比較大氣上檔次，服務員的有一定意識，服務響應很及時。房間挺寬敞，設施配置得比較完善，感覺還是比較規範整潔，空調十分給力，這在三北地區別具一格；無線網絡信號強，房間光源比較充沛且功能區分細緻，書桌有個枱燈很實用；床頭只有單個電源插座，手機充電應用不太方便；軟硬兩種枕頭感覺很愜意；洗手間乾濕分開，有淋浴軟管花灑，淋浴熱水量大感覺爽；洗臉池因斜坡而沒有倒鈎設定容易水漫金山，洗手間缺個臟巾筐。
賓館竟然不能點餐，周邊可選項也不多，衹好叫外賣，還衹能送到門口，沒有時下非常流行的機器人，要自個下去拿，服務手段比較落伍，觀念也顯得比較保守；餐廳環境看着挺大氣，自助早餐還算豐富可口。門前停車場安全方便，車位也挺寬敞。

La prossima volta che andro'a White Mountain, dovro'vivere qui.Sono andato all'esame White Mountain e ho chiesto di ottenere a mezzanotte. Avrei portato una colazione nella tassa, ma non è tempo di mangiare. La signorina Reception ha portato le uova e le patate, e il servizio era particolarmente intimido. La stanza è anche molto tranquilla, e le tute sono anche confezionate in un confezionamento chiuso, con la sicurezza.

UUtente ospiteLa stanza è in una piccola zona, la porta è protetta, la zona è anche molto tranquilla, la vicinanza è una piccola foresta, molto bella.Il proprietario è molto entusiasta, aiuta a risolvere molti problemi, e raccomanda molte strategie locali per mangiare e bere e giocare. Il mio cellulare è caduto in modo imprudente nella zona sceneggiata, e il proprietario ha dato l'indirizzo molto entusiasta e ha aiutato a riceverlo.La stanza è abbastanza calda, la stanza non è fredda, le cose principali devono essere ripetute: il proprietario è molto bello, entusiasta e bella!

TTop IssarapongHo avuto una memorabile esperienza di visitare Changbaishan a ovest, il viaggio di inverno incredibile dal bus e poi incitante moto neve a cavalcare al vertice per vedere una vista incredibile, ha segnalato questo soggiorno come il migliore del mio viaggio.
Come straniero non cinese, i funzionari/ricevitori dell'hotel sono stati così gentili e mi hanno portato a superare le difficoltà e mi hanno guidato passo per passo per arrivare a Changbaishan.
Il bagno caldo era bello, il colazione era ricco di caffè fresco, mentre non molti hotel erano offerti.
La posizione è proprio all'opuscolo della porta dei biglietti Changbaishan dove si può battere la folla alla montagna se si inizia presto.
Molto consigliato per chiunque cerca confortevole di salire Changbaishan, per gli stranieri si può solo avere un'app traduttore poi si sarà bene.

設施：很齊全
衞生：非常乾淨
環境：很安靜，酒店院子裏有梅花鹿和小狐狸，非常出片，他們還很有心的堆了雪人
服務：可以説是超值的存在！
前台：為我們辦理入住的前台Leah文文非常貼心，幾天的行程下來，她可以説是私人管家的存在，遇到的問題都完美幫我們解決了！
自助餐廳：服務員都非常的友好，都非常有主動服務意識
客房：客房阿姨也特別好，房間每天都認真打掃整理
禮賓部：接送服務非常到位！司機師傅服務也很熱情貼心
大堂吧：服務意識好，也非常熱情友好

一次2大1小（1.3米以下）漢拿山温泉或一次雙人漂流:冬季漂流建議選擇小沙河，雖然漂流時間短，但非常出片，霧凇必能看到！而且不用擔心濕身，很平緩，特別適合拍照

AAMAR ANWARSo if you are coming here, you are going to Wanda Ski Resort. There are so many many hotels in the area that it really doesn't matter so much which one you pick.
Holiday Inn is one of the furthest away from the resort, but the price reflects this. However, it is still only a 10-15min walk (even when it's cold and icy) from the resort. The hotel is busy, there will be wait for the front desk, this is why service got 4/5, but the actual information from staff was okay (no English though so god bless my Chinese partner)
The hotel has a mini cinema, a restaurant and access to the ski slopes. You can hire ski's, snowboards along with all the boots and clothing required so you don't need to worry about that.
In the hotel is the rental place, you rent your gear and you simply walk out of the hotel and you are at the ski slopes. Please note this is NOT the same 10min walk to Wanda ski resort, the hotel has its own access to the mountain and you use that.
The restaurant is fine and breakfast was a buffet with mainly Chinese but some western stuff too.
The room, it's not large, but not cramped. Very warm, we even needed the windows open at -40C outside to avoid being too hot.
There is a mini supermarket in the hotel, but a better 24 hour store across the road.
I think for the money paid compared to other hotels, its very good value. Maybe other hotels have bigger rooms or more restaurants, but as every hotel is next to each other, I wouldn't bother paying more to get one closer to the resort as you can save thousands of RMB for a 1 min walk.
And as most of your time will be spent in Wanda ski resort, you won't be in your room much.
I doubt I would return to Changbaishan / Wanda Ski resort as an area, but if I did, then as long as the value was still there, Holiday Inn Express is a good enough choice

CChaddyD41I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my check-in process was smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness and attentiveness made me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, the staff remained incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with any request, whether it was recommendations for local dining or arranging transportation.
The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly reflects the high standards of the Park Hyatt brand.
The resort’s facilities were also impressive, with a fantastic outside hot spring in the snow that provided a perfect retreat after a long day on the slopes. The dining options were delightful, featuring a range of delicious cuisine that catered to all tastes. Each meal was a culinary delight, and the service was impeccable.
Another highlight was the ski access; the location is ideal for both beginners and experienced skiers. The staff at the ski resort provided excellent guidance and support, making it easy to enjoy the slopes.
Overall, my stay at the Park Hyatt Ski Resort in Changbaishan was nothing short of magical. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway in the mountains. I can’t wait to return!

Il servizio complessivo è molto buono. Quando mangiamo il pomeriggio, Xiaohua non è ancora aperto. Vado a scegliere il pranzo di vacanza accanto. Il pranzo è anche molto buono. Zhang Zhang e Zhang Qingmei sono anche molto attenti. So che siamo in fretta di uscire, e ci aiutano a incoraggiare i piatti, una buona esperienza di viaggio.

KKyle Euan RossThis is a fantastic hotel to stay at whilst skiing in Changbaishan. With it’s own ski hire desk and the cost of hire and you ski pass included in the rate (this is not well advertised), all you need to do is grab your gear and take a few steps out to the lifts.
The hotel itself is huge and the rooms well presented. There are good food options in the hotel and the small town, just outside the door, has a good few more.
The breakfast buffet was really good with a wide choice for everyone. We did not sample the restaurants in the hotel though.
Only small let down was the slight end of season feel when we were there. We had club access but there was a reluctance to keep restocking the beer and wine as it was used up. Not the end of the world but it was frustrating when there was a group of us wanting to enjoy a few apres-ski drinks. There is also an outdoor pool which was lacking in heat on a couple of occasions, not sure if this was because they perceived it was quiet and not being regularly used.
These were relatively minor grips though. The staff were very friendly and helpful and all in all would be very happy to return.

LLet_EatA wonderful hotel with a very comfortable check-in experience. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the front desk service, provided by Liu Wei (刘薇), was exceptionally thoughtful. We were given a room with a beautiful view of the ski slopes, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast selection was also diverse and satisfying. Highly recommended!

UUtente ospite此次長白山之行，魯能瑞士酒店給我留下了極為深刻的印象，必須要來好好分享一下這段美妙的入住體驗。Coco經理服務很周到，入住期間很熱情，有問必答。徐悦辦理入住也很熱情，很nice，不足之處在前面説希望馬桶可以換成有座椅加熱的，可以洗屁屁的，要不然馬桶墊太涼了，再就是吹風機不需要換成你換成戴森的，你用徠芬的也可以呀，那種熱吹風的真的受不了，再就是你換成防徠芬的也可以呀[呲牙][呲牙]
一、環境與位置
酒店宛如一顆遺落在人間的冰雪明珠，周邊羣山環繞，銀裝素裹的長白山山脈近在咫尺，彷彿觸手可及那聖潔的雪頂。從踏入酒店園區的那一刻起，就彷彿置身於夢幻的北歐童話世界，大片的原始森林被白雪覆蓋，每一步都像是踩在鬆軟的雲朵之上，發出咯吱咯吱的悦耳聲響。而且，酒店距離長白山機場很近，交通非常便利，無論是剛下飛機的疲憊旅人，還是準備返程時帶着滿滿回憶的遊客，都不會被路途折騰，能輕鬆開啟或結束旅程。
二、酒店設施
客房
房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格充滿了瑞士風情，木質的傢俱搭配温暖的色調，營造出温馨愜意的居住氛圍。床鋪柔軟舒適，躺在上面就如同被雲朵温柔包裹，一天的遊玩疲憊瞬間消散。房間內的觀景陽台更是一大亮點，清晨拉開窗簾，陽光灑在雪面上折射出五彩光芒，傍晚則能欣賞到絕美的落日餘暉將雪山染成橙紅色，美景盡收眼底。而且，房間的供暖設備十分給力，即便室外是零下幾十度的嚴寒，室內始終温暖如春，完全不用擔心會被凍着。
公共區域
酒店的大堂設計獨具匠心，挑高的木質穹頂搭配巨大的落地玻璃窗，陽光可以毫無阻擋地傾瀉而入，讓整個空間明亮又大氣。大堂中央還有一個精緻的真火壁爐，熊熊燃燒的火焰跳躍着，為往來的客人驅散寒意，同時增添了幾分浪漫與慵懶的氣息。酒店還配備了健身房、游泳池等休閑設施，器材一應俱全，水質清澈見底，即便是在旅途中，也能滿足日常鍛鍊的需求，保持活力滿滿。
三、餐飲體驗
酒店的餐廳堪稱美食的天堂。早餐種類豐富多樣，從中式的熱粥、包子、油條，到西式的麪包、火腿、煎蛋，還有新鮮的水果、酸奶等，每一樣都做得精緻可口，能滿足不同客人的口味偏好，為新一天的遊玩提供充足的能量。正餐時間，餐廳提供的菜品更是融合了當地特色與國際風味，長白山的野生菌菇湯鮮香濃郁，入口醇厚；雪地牛排煎至恰到好處，外焦裏嫩，搭配特製的醬料，讓人回味無窮。此外，酒店還有温馨的咖啡吧，午後時分，點上一杯香濃的咖啡，配上一塊精緻的蛋糕，坐在窗邊欣賞窗外的雪景，愜意無比。
四、服務質量
這是魯能瑞士酒店最讓我折服的一點。從辦理入住時前台工作人員熱情洋溢的笑容、耐心細緻的講解，到入住期間客房服務人員的隨叫隨到、貼心周到，每一個環節都無可挑剔。記得有一次我們外出遊玩回來比較晚，想要點一些夜宵，本以為會很麻煩，沒想到打給客房服務後，沒過多久，熱氣騰騰的食物就送到了房間，還附贈了暖心的熱飲，讓饑寒交迫的我們感動不已。酒店工作人員還會熱情地為客人提供遊玩建議，告知哪裡的雪景最美、哪個滑雪場最適合初學者，就像朋友一樣為你的旅程出謀劃策。
五、親子體驗（如有）
如果是帶孩子出行，這裏絕對是親子游的絕佳選擇。酒店設有專門的小童遊樂區，裏面有各種各樣的玩具、滑梯等設施，孩子們可以在這裏盡情玩耍，結交新朋友。而且，酒店還會不定期舉辦親子活動，如製作雪花餅乾、繪製雪地畫等，讓孩子們在遊玩中感受長白山的獨特魅力，也為親子間增添了許多歡樂温馨的回憶。家長們則可以在一旁放心地看着孩子們嬉戲，享受這難得的休閑時光。

UUtente ospiteWe recently had the pleasure of staying at this capsule hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best lodging experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the stunning views of the surrounding snowy mountains and the frozen river. The breathtaking scenery was a perfect backdrop to my stay, making it a serene and relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in Shanghai .
The capsules themselves were surprisingly spacious, immaculately clean, and very cozy. The modern design combined comfort with privacy, allowing me to unwind after a day of exploring. Each capsule is equipped with everything you need, which made our stay incredibly convenient. However, I would suggest the hotel to have coffee and tea sachets available in the little kitchenette for guests to make their own in the morning.
What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive, going out of their way to ensure my experience was nothing short of perfect. They helped , recommended and accompanied us to get a ski suit for me and to take us to and from the ski resort. They were always available to offer recommendations for local attractions, which greatly enhanced my stay. The hospitality made me feel right at home.
We loved playing in the snow, making snow angels and making a big snowman.
Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this Capsule hotel to anyone looking for a unique lodging experience that combines stunning natural beauty with top-notch service. I can’t wait to return!
