Originally two separate homes, this large house is perfect for multiple groups and provides plenty of space to interact together and separately. If you need to work, our newly upgraded mesh wifi 6 system and home office with a monitor are available during your stay. Families will have everything they need with baby gates, a high chair, a mini crib, a pack n play, a foosball table and other games made available to guests. There are 3 dedicated spots available, but plenty of other free street parking right around the house. There is also a wheelchair accessible ramped access to the house and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor. This cozy and relaxing space is a back unit 1 bedroom 1 bath with back yard deck access. This place is small but mighty! Just a short 10 min stroll to 5th avenue beach & a 5 min walk to downtown Manistee! This setup is a bit unique to provide a great little space for your family! The 1 bedroom holds a triple bunk each with twin size mattresses and a rollaway cot which can be used if needed. The living room has two fold out couches. One is your traditional style fold out couch & one is a IKEA folding couch (very cozy). One is full size and one is a queen. Both fit two adults each. The living-room ottoman tranforms into a single rollaway cot perfect for a child or small adult. This unit could sleep 6-9 depending on your personal needs. Unsure? Just ask! Redberry House is fully stocked with linens, bath towels, and beach towels, as well as a well-stocked kitchen and two internet TVs (via Roku). Unfortunately, the unit does not have a dishwasher or washer/dryer.
