"Their was no buffet as mentioned on their profile, imagine expecting to get breakfast buffet and then later go exploring the city and be deceived by the front desk agent not even knowing that was actually include on your reservation, so they ended up made you some breakfast with a small choice between 2, it's like a scam to get you there 😫, but after that everything was ok for me"

As we were a group of 4 in a family room, ask for an hour extend till 12:00 pm for check out, the unfriendly receptionist replied we would be charged NT400 per hour. I was really annoyed on this matter."

"Il miglior hotel per quei guidatori. Ampio parcheggio fornito dall'hotel. La nostra camera con 2 letti matrimoniali e 1 letto regina è spaziosa con una vista molto buona vista sul Museo Chimei. Viene con 2 bagni lavanderia. WC separato e doccia. "The hostel is super aesthetic and clean. The bed and private space is comfortable too! The curtain is thick enough and is able to cover most of the lights. The washroom and common areas are clean and dry although it is shared among travellers. Staffs are friendly as well (They helped me to order Uber when I was not able to. Really grateful!) Would definitely stay here again!"

"My stay at Hotel Tainan was just okay overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was good, offering a decent variety of options to start the day.
The room itself was fine, though it felt a bit outdated, particularly the bathroom, which was noticeably old, except for the modern heated toilet. While functional, the overall atmosphere of the hotel didn’t feel particularly pleasant or inviting. It served its purpose, but I wouldn’t describe it as a comfortable or memorable place to stay."

KkebheurinLa camera era ben attrezzata, dotata di un confortevole sedile e di un’area di servizio funzionale, perfetta per chiunque dovesse andare al lavoro o godere di un momento tranquillo. Il decoro, con i suoi modelli unici e le mutandine vibranti, ha aggiunto un toccante di personalità allo spazio.
L’atmosfera della stanza durante la notte era anche affascinante, e la luce morbida ha creato un’atmosfera calda, invitante, perfetta per il vento dopo un lungo giorno di esplorazione della città.
In generale, il Place Tainan Hotel offre una meravigliosa combinazione di comfort, stile e vista, rendendola una scelta eccellente per i viaggiatori di svago, di business o solo.

Ppathfinder1We had a great stay at Kindness Day Hotel! It’s small but sleek and modern, with a cozy vibe. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially for us English speakers, which made everything so easy.
The lounge with unlimited coffee and cookies was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. You get a free drink ticket each night for beer or juice, which is a nice perk. Just be sure to use them the same day as they expire. We didn’t get a chance to use ours!
The breakfast buffet was decent, not amazing, but still a nice option to have. With a bus stop and bike station right outside and plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, it’s a super convenient and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommend!

JJayrnbLa camera è grande, la vista è fantastica. Super comoda come collegata al negozio di servizi che si può ottenere cibo, shopping, bevande e tutto quello che ha bisogno. Il colazione dell’hotel era davvero buono, ha provato il bagno a vapore, la sauna e ha dormito molto bene durante la notte.

the room is slightly smaller than it looks from the picture provided but its of comfortable size
the hotel provides soap n shampoo thru dispenser though they no long provide one time use bottles.. toothbrush is provided too.. the hotel has bicycle for rent...there is a park juz outside the hotel, abt 5mins out..
i see many reviews abt the hotel breakfast half good half bad.. dun expect wide spread.. porridge, salad bar, cooked food and toast are available... drinks like hot cold tea, coffee, milk are oso provided.. the menu changed slight on the the days we were there but still relatively good.. macdonalds is outside along the road abt 15mins walk.. can take a good walk at the park and head out for breakfast too
location of the hotel is slightly inside a residential area not in sight from outside the road.. quiet and serene
oh they have ample parking lots underground the hotel or juz outside the hotel @ a low hourly rate

GGabrielle TengThe location is great as it is located to the restaurant and bars cluster. The facilities are clean, well equipped and relatively new. My only issue is with the desk staff, they were not friendly to start with, upon arrival (about 12pm) we were told to just park our luggage at a corner, no tags were assigned, no labelling, nothing. Then told to come back to do check-in at 3pm, they cannot any time earlier than that, so we left and came back at 3pm. At this point it was a female staff with bangs that helped us, I showed her the hotel booking email and she said she wants the Trip.com booking app page, I showed her and she said she wants to see the booking ID. I showed her that too and at this point she said ”read it out to me”. The booking ID was on my phone screen and she didn't even bother to see it, and wants me to READ IT ALOUD TO HER. Maybe she's dyslexic? I don't know. Then I added on one extra day of stay which did not reflect on the paper that she asked me to sign so I pointed that out and she double confirmed that it was printed wrongly. Fast forward a few days, all of our access cards were not able to work for our same rooms that we stayed, I assume it is because she did not grant the correct number of days upon check in, which also resulted in some inconvenience going to and fro the room and counter. And that same staff carried the same attitude when renewing the faulty access cards. Every morning the breakfast service staff was rude as well, like I owed her a million dollars or something, ”you which room? you sit here”. One morning she came to me ”how many people in your room? not 2 person?”, I stayed alone in a 3pax family room with no changes at all. I really dread breakfast everyday. When we checked out there was a new crew of desk staff which was much better in terms of attitude and service, it was the weekend team. I had 2 more weeks of stay in Tainan and I moved to another hotel. Overall I will not stay in this hotel ever again, other than the service, everything is great.

SSummertoesWe did not drive and took public bus up Guanziling. Alighted at the last stop then were prepared to walk uphill towards the hotel. However the walk was more challenging than expected. To reach the hotel faster, we climbed up Haohanpo which has close to 300 steps with our heavy luggage, and it was raining then. You can imagine our ordeal. After Haohanpo, it will take another 15 mins uphill to arrive at the hotel. Fortunately the spa at the hotel was wonderful and soothed all the aches we got. The lesson learnt is to avoid public transportation or opt for a nearer spa hotel to the bus stop.

YYheLizSi trova dove le fermate di autobus sono per andare intorno alla città e vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. E 'un hotel di base buono per il prezzo. il personale parla bene inglese e molto attento. È solo un odore strano nel bagno. La façade dell'hotel è darted sembra un po' dodgy ma in generale buon prezzo e piacevole soggiorno!

CCuipingQuesta volta, la stanza è standard di quattro persone, la stanza è la stessa spazio mostrato dalle foto del sito web, il bagno è anche molto grande, e il bagno può permettere ai bambini di giocare con acqua, la pressione della testa è sufficiente e la temperatura dell'acqua è stabile.La pulizia della stanza è anche molto pulita e non ha odore distintivo, come hanno detto gli amici della rete. Per quanto riguarda l'isolamento acustico, viviamo al settimo piano e non abbiamo incontrato problemi di isolamento acustico.
Il primo piano dell'hotel ha una macchina per l'acqua, una macchina per il caffè, un tavolo e un divano che portano cibo esterno per parlare con i suoi amici quando tornano.Il parcheggio è molto vicino e la vita è conveniente vicino.

Qualsiasi problema prima di soggiornare è facile da contattare direttamente.Se c'è un problema durante il soggiorno, il personale di uscita risponderà gentilemente. È molto caldo in un hotel. La prossima volta che verrà a Taiwan, vorrà anche vivere.
