"Un hotel onorato ha un nuovo “faccia” grazie alla progettazione culturale creativa. Le camere e il parcheggio sono ancora espressi dai vecchi tempi, ma la buona manutenzione è creditata. Sembra che ci siano molti scambiatori di personale dall'estero, che è buono per la fornitura di servizi internazionali. La posizione è perfetta, proprio vicino alla hall della città. Anche se i ristoranti intorno a questa zona sono abbondanti, quelli all'interno di Howard sono abbastanza buoni e il caffè al primo piano è adatto per una famiglia con bambini."

"Good location with a very japanese style riverside. Clean, tidy room. Just fine breakfast. However, terrible experience about the staff. 1. We were told the basement parking lot was full that we had to park on the ground level, to load our laggages along with a 2.5 yd girl in the stroller there and to drag them to the basement via the long ramp. While we were having trouble not to jar our little girl, we saw a car slided in the basement and parked there. 2. Next day, we, two adults, one little girl, plus a stroller were lead to a table for only two. As we asked to switch to the nearby sofa dining area, the staff told us that the reservation today was full when there was really no more than 15 persons in the restaurent during our time there."

"Prenotato a circa 10pm. Il personale è amichevole e paziente. L'hotel è molto vecchio. La stanza è abbastanza grande. Poiché hanno lasciato solo con 2 letti di dimensioni regina e dentro il nostro bilancio, abbiamo appena preso per un soggiorno notturno. La stanza non è molto ben illuminata. Hanno un balcone e c'è una moto stazionaria. Forniscono i servizi igienici e hanno doccia e bagno separati. L'hotel è proprio all'opuscolo della stazione di polizia, quindi è super sicura. Vicino all'hotel ha 2 templi. Ci sono anche un televisore e negozi di comodità, ma notiamo che non ci sono nemmeno negozi aperti alle 9.00."

"La stanza è pulita e spaziosa e confortevole, il frigorifero ha bevande gratuite, molto bello! Le strutture sono fantastiche, ma non c'è luce nei tre momenti caldi (sono le stesse donne e gli uomini).Le strutture pubbliche hanno due massaggi gratuiti, fantastici! C'è un parcheggio gratuito. Mangiamo tutti i tipi di vegetazione, e ci facciamo un po'di colazione extra, molto attento ❤️"

"We were unaware of a policy until we arrive at the motel and it is inconvenient for stay more than a night. This policy was not flagged on the booking platform. Staying for 3 nights mean we are to check in from 6pm and check out next day 12 noon, return 6pm to check in and check out again next noon, total 3 times. A service fee (for the 6 hours 12noon to 6pm) is charged in order to keep the room thru the day for the 3 night stay avoiding the daily check in and out. This said to applies for 2pax room and is addition to the booking paid on the booking platform. We picked this motel for convenience of parking and walk up to the room. Everything was good in the room apart the narrow stairway carrying our luggage and the floor better off wearing a slippers. Breakfast is ok with a small spread of buffet and few additional items you can order from the kitchen."

"Friendly staff, large/clean rooms, and located in a quiet location yet still only 10 minutes to downtown. Also very close to many small restaurant’s and convenience stores."

"Stayed one night. As it’s a pretty new hotel, the hotel room amenities are very new. We checked in late. Although it’s self check in, the staff is very helpful and very obliging. The room has got shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Personally, I quite fussy but I like their products. They also provide toothbrushes and toothpastes etc. They give 2 bottles of drinking water. They gave humidifier in each room. There is bath tub and standing shower. The hotel is located in the industry area but they are quite near to Hsinchu HSR. If I would travel to Hsinchu, I will stay again."

"Front desk staff was excellent! I had a couple of inquiries and they not only answered them but also gave suggestions. Room was a good size and well maintained. TV programs is well balance with English channels."
