Hotel terme a Interlaken District

Un posto molto bello per soggiornare in Interlaken. Buone camere, pulito, accogliente, buon letto e bel bagno. È una casa molto bello vecchia. Bello personale, molto utile. Ci è abbastanza spazio nel loro garage di parcheggio. La cucina è aperta e il colazione è buono, semplice, ma buono. Se vuoi visitare Interlaken; questo è un posto davvero buono per rimanere!

We booked Jungfrau Hotel at first didn't know that it's not in the same area. We had to check-in and get the key from Jungfrau Hotel and walk to Alpine Inn. There was no staff at the Alpine Inn, no telephone, if there is any problem we had to send them an email and wait for them to reply. We stayed there for 3 nights and the staff did not refill the amenities (shampoo, bath gel, coffee, tea etc) on the second and third day, we had to email the reception but still the HK staff did not do it until our departure date and 3 emails. The room was quite cold in winter as they used old radiator. The views and the village were amazing, we were on the second floor and had mountain views including Jungfrau from our window. There is a big seating area on the balcony, which I guess would be really nice to sit during summer. The room itself was quite big, clean with all amenities. The second floor has no elevator and we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. After check-out we can leave the luggage at The Jungfrau and go for a little sightseeings before come back for our luggage. Wilderswil is a beautiful village, not far from Interlaken, not busy with tourists, not as expensive and can easily travel to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald or other cities. We had to ask the staff during check-in for the travelling card for the free transportation in the area which they should automatically given us when we paid the city tax.

Luogo fantastico. - Visione incredibile da tutte le camere e la terrazza. Il migliore a Grindelwald. - Delizioso e vario colazione, una bella gamma di tè/tesane. - Abbiamo soggiornato in uno dei pochi appartamenti, c'era un lavastoviglie e un asciugacapelli, così utile. Tutto ciò che avreste bisogno, ad esempio, di lavastoviglie e di piastre/coppe, ecc. - reti di mosquito sulle finestre per la ventilazione senza volo. Una passeggiata veloce di 8 minuti a piedi per cena a Grindelwald, ma una passeggiata più esercitante. Nota che la carica non funzionava così bene, ma la ricezione era molto utile e ci ha consentito di utilizzare un punto di alimentazione domestico (anche se era molto lento). Non abbiamo fatto mezzo tavolo o cena, perché sembrava un menu v limitato e un ambiente piuttosto tranquillo - non adatto per i nostri bambini più giovani.

Buongiorno, abbiamo trascorso due notti in questo hotel, durante un piccolo soggiorno al ski. Abbiamo avuto una camera familiare con mia moglie e le mie due figlie adolescenti, la camera è abbastanza grande e la bagno spaziosa anche, La giovane donna che ci ha ospitato era molto simpatico e ha fatto il’ sforzo di parlare francese. Colazione molto buona, ci è anche un parcheggio sotto terra a 15€ la notte, l'ultimo giorno abbiamo potuto lasciare l'auto fino alle 15:00. Ci è un fermo di bus proprio davanti all'hotel e le navi sono frequenti e gratuiti. Idealmente situato vicino alle pista e ai negozi, non è necessario toccare la macchina durante il soggiorno. L’hotel dispone anche di un locale a sci Grazie per l’accoglienza.

I love this place and can’t recommend it enough. This is the second time I stayed— once last summer for 3 days and then for over a week now, in June 2024 (solo both times). I needed a bit of a break from life and unplug, and the kindness and hospitality of the staff made my stay feel like a home away from home. If you feel hesitant about booking due to lack of amenities like fridge or microwave in rooms, I can assure you it’s not an issue nor burden. Again, I stayed here for 8 days and was perfectly fine and able without either! I didn’t even need them. I also left very early before breakfast (crack of dawn) and the staff was so kind to pack me a breakfast and even some sandwiches. I hadn’t even asked! The home away from home feeling here is unmatched.

Raccoglierei questo hotel in base alla posizione, comoda, pulizia, vista scenica, e molto buon servizio clienti, menzione speciale a Yasmin e Antonite - eccellente servizio clienti Room - puliscono ogni giorno, È possibile anche cucinare conveniente- 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, 3 minuti a piedi dal supermercato coop, una buona base a casa per viaggiare ovunque a Interlaken, Jufangrao , ecc min passeggiata alle stazioni di autobus Visualizzazioni sceniche- Grindelwald ha viste magiche

posizione ottimale: fuori dal centro confusionario di Interlaken ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi; camera spaziosa e pulita, bagno più che sufficiente per un tre stelle, tutto il personale di reception sempre cordiale e con il sorriso, colazione buona per un tre stelle (lo standard è quello dei paesi mitteleuropei quindi con buona varietà di salato ma poco di dolce e a me andava più che bene così); infine come ciliegina sulla torta la possibilità di utilizzare la sauna (che essendo piccolina va riservata ma questo ti garantisce anche un uso esclusivo). Va segnalato che la logistica dell'area colazione non è il massimo quindi all'apertura (quando sono andato io) la situazione è gestibile, negli orari di punta certamente diventa critica (la cosa è peraltro segnalata anche in reception con un divertente cartello semaforico)

I've been coming to Regina for several decades. It has always been a home away from home. It is one of very few hotels that has managed to keep the luxury and allure throughout many years. For many it might feel antiquated, but if you're looking for something that is truly unique, that has stood the test of time and is not just another generic modern day luxury hotel, this is the place to be. There's not many hotels where you can sit in a lounge by a warm log fire, playing a board game while a pianist is playing. It's a hotel that is filled with history, warmth and kindness.
