Alberghi a Hualien

- E' fantastico! Grazie a tutti i colleghi che ci hanno fatto sentire così benvenuti. Otis Inn è un bellissimo piccolo hotel con belle camere enormi. E' stato mantenuto così bene che ho pensato che fosse un nuovo hotel. Abbiamo assolutamente amato il nostro soggiorno. La posizione è fantastica anche - a pochi passi dal mercato notturno Dongdamen e molti altri piatti. Sebbene non ci sia nessuno che accompagni l'hotel a notte, quando abbiamo avuto un problema con la chiusura della porta, la persona incaricata è arrivata entro 10 minuti per ripararlo. Si noti che dovrete organizzare un check-in perché il desktop frontale non è sempre mantenuto. Molto raccomandato!

Extremely close to Hualien railway and bus stations where you can take the bus to Taroko for hiking. Just need less than 3 mins walk. The hostel provides simple breakfast with instant coffee and tea at 8am and given the convenience of guests bath and toilet and hair dryer both inside and outside the bunks. Bed is comfortable with shade for privacy and locker to secure the valuables. It is the most affordable hostel in Taiwan that I stayed so far and the place is clean and comfortable

A Scenic Stay with a Convenient Catch My stay at Hotelday Hualien was a bit of a mixed bag. It has some genuinely charming touches and a great view, but its location and certain amenities require some adjustment. Location & Transportation: The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the Hualien Train Station, which is fantastic if you're arriving by rail. However, I soon realized that the train station is not the city center. The main downtown area is a significant distance away—about a 40-minute walk. This means you'll either need to plan for long walks or rely on taxis and buses to get to the main dining and night market areas. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's something to be aware of. The Room: The room itself was a highlight. It was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The best feature was the large window that faced the train station, with a stunning backdrop of the mountains. It was incredibly scenic and made the room feel bright and open. While the room was comfortable, I did notice that the overall design and some of the furniture felt a bit dated. It's clean and functional, but don't expect a super modern aesthetic. Amenities & Service: This is where the experience was a bit uneven. The gym was quite disappointing. It only had a stationary bicycle and a treadmill. There were no weights, no multi-gym, nothing for anyone hoping for even a basic strength workout. It felt more like an afterthought than a proper facility. On the other hand, the service had some truly thoughtful highlights. When we asked for ice, the hotel staff kindly delivered some to our room, which was a nice touch. The Special Touch: The most memorable part of the stay was a small, heartwarming gesture. The hotel provided us with complimentary postcards. The unique part? They offered to mail them for us, but not right away. They will send them exactly one year later. It's a lovely idea—a little time capsule from your trip that arrives as a surprise in the future. Overall: Hotelday Hualien offers spacious, comfortable rooms with beautiful mountain views, and its proximity to the train station is a plus for travelers. The thoughtful service, like the ice delivery and the ”postcard to your future self” program, adds a warm, personal touch. However, the distance from the city center and the very basic gym are drawbacks. It's a solid choice for a comfortable night's sleep near the station, especially if you appreciate sentimental gestures, but be prepared for the travel time to the main attractions.

Excellent hotel, clean and comfortable. You can do laundry and cook at the hotel. Amazing value for money!! Highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.

Se stai cercando un fronte oceanico, andate via, lontano dalla città e dalle folle, questo è il vostro posto. In inverno, a causa dei forti vento, le onde offrono un magnifico spettacolo, battendo le spiagge senza fermarsi. La strada è a due passi e la più vicina al noleggio bicicletta è a circa 50 metri di distanza. L'hotel offre un set di colazione che cambia ogni giorno, ma è ben presentato e delizioso! Anche se la ricezione ci ha aiutato a organizzare un taxi ogni giorno, ci auguriamo che ci sia una rotta di shuttle per il centro, anche se è una volta al giorno! Sarebbe assolutamente migliore per l'esperienza degli ospiti, soprattutto considerando la posizione leggermente al di fuori del centro della città.

Nice hotel with well designed rooms, near the main bike path. Late check in and early check out are a minus. The pool is very shallow so it's not for swimming, but good for kids. The environment is very noisy. Choose the room above fifth floor

In generale, una buona esperienza (eccetto una cosa - vedi in fondo). La posizione è un po 'centrale e sulla passeggiata, ma non molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria o al fianco dell'acqua. Circa 25-35 min passeggiata alla stazione ferroviaria ma tutto bene. Circa 15 min al confine. Opzioni alimentari: ci sono alcuni ristoranti locali vicino alla promenade, tra cui un negozio di noodle, un tempera donburi e un posto fritto di marina - lungo la promenade. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, molto nuove riparazioni (dal 2025, sembra 2023-2024), nessun frigo nella stanza (solo sul primo piano), ma c'è un caldo. Il letto era un po' rigido ma bene. In generale, si è sentito un grande valore per la posizione e la qualità, e soprattutto per la dimensione della stanza. L'unico svantaggio - facile da risolvere - era le tute. Non c'erano tute da bagno di dimensioni adeguate sul mio soggiorno nel maggio 2025. Le tute piccole sono piuttosto insufficienti per fare la doccia.

Molto positiva esperienza. L'alloggio è molto bello se si cerca un ostello decente a Hualien (anche se potrebbe sembrare un po 'scorrere dall'esterno). La terrazza superiore del tetto è bello per una tazza notturna e il caffè/tea 24 ore è un plus. La comunicazione con il personale del servizio frontale varia molto, a seconda delle competenze linguistiche individuali del personale in servizio, ma non è mai stata una questione reale. Inoltre, siamo stati molto sorpresi di avere un uomo tedesco lì il giorno in cui ci siamo iscritti.

Loved this place. Excellent value, well run. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clearn. I saw the cleaning staff working all morning every day. The desk people are helpful. You have to pay extra for shower towels but I actually think it's a great idea !! We need to preserve the environment. Only use what you need. It's good for the customer too -- because the hotel can give better rates. Every hotel should do this.

Il vecchio posto dell'hotel è davvero molto vicino al mercato notturno di East Gate. L'altro posto è molto conveniente. E'un buon posto per uscire a viaggiare per un po'di tempo. Poi passeggiare alla stazione ferroviaria. E' davvero molto conveniente. La prossima volta che viaggiate, consideri la prima scelta
