Grande soggiorno! L'ospite era amichevole e molto utile organizzato un conducente alla stazione ferroviaria, ci ha presentati a deliziosi cibi locali, e ha preparato un buon colazione locale. Veramente calda e accogliente esperienza. Molto consigliata!

L'hotel offre tè e snack gratis per gli ospiti, nonché cena. Il personale è stato amichevole e utile. La posizione è buona, a pochi passi dal mercato notturno. L'hotel ci ha mandato via email, quando avevamo lasciato alcuni oggetti nelle nostre stanze mentre facevamo le valigie.Mia sorella e io eravamo catturati nel terremoto del 0403. Grazie agli agenti professionali del front desk, siamo riusciti a raggiungere la stazione in speranza di prendere un treno di pomeriggio a Taipei. Purtroppo, dopo aver aspettato circa 3 ore, siamo stati informati che tutti i treni sono stati cancellati. Il nostro guidatore, Mason, che ci ha portati in giro per Taroko il giorno precedente, era super gentile e utile che si è allontanato dalla sua strada per noleggiare una macchina e ha guidato tutti e sette di noi dal gruppo di viaggio a Kaohshiung. Mason è davvero eccezionale, autentico e passionato. Siamo davvero grati a Mason. Infatti, siamo benedetti di aver incontrato gentile anime in Hualien. I nostri pensieri e preghiere sono con il popolo di Hualien, Taiwan.

It has some genuinely charming touches and a great view, but its location and certain amenities require some adjustment. Location & Transportation: The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the Hualien Train Station, which is fantastic if you're arriving by rail. However, I soon realized that the train station is not the city center. The main downtown area is a significant distance away—about a 40-minute walk. This means you'll either need to plan for long walks or rely on taxis and buses to get to the main dining and night market areas. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's something to be aware of. The Room: The room itself was a highlight. It was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The best feature was the large window that faced the train station, with a stunning backdrop of the mountains. It was incredibly scenic and made the room feel bright and open. While the room was comfortable, I did notice that the overall design and some of the furniture felt a bit dated. It's clean and functional, but don't expect a super modern aesthetic. Amenities & Service: This is where the experience was a bit uneven. The gym was quite disappointing. It only had a stationary bicycle and a treadmill. There were no weights, no multi-gym, nothing for anyone hoping for even a basic strength workout. It felt more like an afterthought than a proper facility. On the other hand, the service had some truly thoughtful highlights. When we asked for ice, the hotel staff kindly delivered some to our room, which was a nice touch. The Special Touch: The most memorable part of the stay was a small, heartwarming gesture. The hotel provided us with complimentary postcards. The unique part? They offered to mail them for us, but not right away. They will send them exactly one year later. It's a lovely idea—a little time capsule from your trip that arrives as a surprise in the future. Overall: Hotelday Hualien offers spacious, comfortable rooms with beautiful mountain views, and its proximity to the train station is a plus for travelers. The thoughtful service, like the ice delivery and the ”postcard to your future self” program, adds a warm, personal touch. However, the distance from the city center and the very basic gym are drawbacks. It's a solid choice for a comfortable night's sleep near the station, especially if you appreciate sentimental gestures, but be prepared for the travel time to the main attractions.

Grande esperienza, nella foresta e nella ruggine, assorbire il fineto e il paesaggio naturale. Le strutture e il personale di servizio dell'hotel sono molto gentili e amichevoli, perché la posizione geografica è collegata, i punti di ristorazione sono tutti godono dell'hotel, e i cibi sono anche molto caratteristici. Ti piace il cibo selvatico per cena 😋, l'intero hotel ha un sapore di profumo, non so che non è per guidare la larva!

Well strategic location Hotel. The room is bright. But the room housekeeping is very poor. Eventhough i requested to clean the room, the auntie did not clean it. She just tidy up the bed very fast and change new towel. Never vacuum/mop the floor, dust and hair on the floor very obviously. So don’t expect she vacuum the bed if u request to change the bed sheet. Got flea/ bed bugs. I thought my eczema flare up. But once both my parents also experienced the same. And I noticed the bed sheet got a few spots a little dot. Then yeah it’s bed bugs. I hope the housekeeping auntie can make it better.

If you're seeking a peaceful retreat and prioritize exceptional service over extensive on-site facilities, Lakeshore Hotel Hualien is an excellent choice. The quiet, picturesque location, coupled with the staff's unwavering commitment to guest comfort, makes it a worthwhile stay, especially for those with their own transportation. While you'll need to drive to access nearby attractions and dining, the hotel's tranquil ambiance and remarkable service create a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Il servizio alla reception è stato cortese. Sono stati molto gentili ad assegnarmi una camera prima delle 15:00, pur sapendo che avevo viaggiato per più di 17 ore e che avevo davvero bisogno di riposare. Il servizio al ristorante è stato molto lento. C'era carenza di personale. Non c'era nessuno a prendere il conto. Il cibo era nella media. Mi è piaciuto molto il loro piatto freddo con radice di loto e fagioli rossi. Il buffet della cena era molto costoso. Non si potevano giustificare 30 dollari a persona. Sono rimasto deluso quando sono tornato per la colazione a buffet. Ci hanno servito gli stessi piatti freddi e la stessa frutta della sera prima. Ci è sembrato di mangiare degli avanzi. Ho scelto questo hotel per la piscina esterna. È una piscina esterna di 25 metri. È stato bello fare delle vasche e godersi la vista sull'oceano.

Molto positiva esperienza. L'alloggio è molto bello se si cerca un ostello decente a Hualien (anche se potrebbe sembrare un po 'scorrere dall'esterno). La terrazza superiore del tetto è bello per una tazza notturna e il caffè/tea 24 ore è un plus. La comunicazione con il personale del servizio frontale varia molto, a seconda delle competenze linguistiche individuali del personale in servizio, ma non è mai stata una questione reale. Inoltre, siamo stati molto sorpresi di avere un uomo tedesco lì il giorno in cui ci siamo iscritti.

E'molto vicino al parco oceanico.Il servizio è buono, e c'è anche un soggiorno auto-assistente più tardi. La colazione è deliziosa, l'ambiente è comodo ～～ notte piena di stelle e guardare il panorama del mare giorno.

Quando si entra nel corridoio, il gruppo acquista il serbatoio, il rumore di chiusura è molto grande, non fornisce acqua minerale, la stanza è solo un serbatoio, e serve acqua per il corridoio.Piazza con colazione, 380 yuan, comprare una consegna una, prezzo ragionevole.
