Sofitel Agadir Royal Bay Resort

A relaxing resort hotel with good food and service. Highly recommended to families who look for holiday in Agadir.

Service was exceptional, felt very comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a nice chill stay.

Gorgeous hotel with a traditional Moroccan vibe. We loved the restaurant by the beach, the food was to die for!! We also loved the hospitality and the pool area was one of the best we’ve seen! Rooms were lovely although the shower pressure is very poor, takes a long time to wash your hair. Despite this, we would happily return to this hotel.

Booked a large bed and was given 2 single beds Even when I explained to staff showed my booking They attempted to change the course of English language and explain that a single bed can now accommodate more than a single person. Post review customer service was even worse

Had the chance to visit this fantastic restaurant where I had the chance to savior one of the best culinary experience, what make it special is the team from the hosts to waiters to the fabulous Manager Hajar who made sure to take of our party and deliver a high standards of service and hospitality which we lack in does days, the fusion between the Lebanese and the Moroccan kitchen is amazing and the Era of the deco completed the Awesome experience.

Excellent facilities, pool and surrounding areas are absolutely stunning! A couple minutes walk to the beach but the beach is not private but it’s nice and mostly clean Both breakfast and dinner in the hotel was amazing as well, lots of variety and choice and it changes every day! Staff were very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help. In particular Nisrine in the front reception, who always had a big smile on her face and helped us arrange a cheaper taxi to the airport! Only negative I would say is the rooms are a tiny bit rundown for a 5 star hotel and you would expect better from a Sofitel. However the pool facilities and surrounding areas made up for it. Would highly recommend!

The atmosphere at Soul restaurant was very chill and cozy, also the music played was oriental and very moving. The food was marvelous and tasty, it takes u through both Lebanese and Moroccan dish varieties. Big props to Hajar who was very nice and accommodating.

Beautiful hotel.. Food & drinks 10/10.. The rooms are nice & spacious.. Pool & surrounding areas are lovely.. Plemty of spaces to relax.. The staff are amazing, a special shout out to Hajiba from the housekeeping team.. She always greeted us with her beautiful smile and cleaned the room immaculately! Thank you so much Hajiba! I would recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again! :)

Habibi Haja was amazing, great service and very welcoming into the establishment, the food is 10/1 0 and accommodates for all food eaters. Just a say the food is very well priced! Would 100% recommend if you come to Agadir you’ll be. Very well taken care of!
