Soggiorno confortevole. Camere con una splendida vista sull’oceano! Staff gentile e attento! Chathuri sara passindu Ravi dilagata ci ha accolto con gentilezza e professionalità! L’hotel dispone anche di una piscina e simpatici scoiattoli!

È proprio un bellissimo hotel, direttamente sul mare, con una spiaggia curata e personale di altissimo livello . Una menzione particolare a W.Sampath, bravissimo e prezioso nel rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 22/04 al 25/04 . La prima impressione che ho avuto della struttura è stata davvero terribile!!! La struttura in questione è poco manutenuta. Abbiamo soggiornato nella Royal Suite( una stanza molto bella con piscinetta privata ed una vista mozzafiato. Tuttavia ho potuto utilizzare la piscina solo una volta perché poi si è riempita di insetti morti che nessuno ha mai pulito. Il bagno è dotato di una vasca idromassaggio( che ho trovato sporca) mal funzionante. La prima sera non avevamo l’acqua calda e solo previa lauta mancia il problema è stato risolto. L’acqua comunque scorreva lenta( per riempire l’idrassaggio c’è voluta più di mezz’ora!!!! Poi non l’ho più fatto perché mi sono sentita in colpa per aver sprecato tutta quell’acqua.) Veniamo al courtesy kit : i prodotti forniti lli ho trovati di pessima qualità ( non so a quali viaggiatori siano abituati al Pandanus!!!!) Ho richiesto dal pillow menu due cuscini particolari che non mi hanno mai fornito. Ho fatto lavare delle cose in lavanderia che mi hanno riconsegnato macchiate. Ho fatto un massaggio alla SPA che è stato addirittura fastidioso. Il buffet della colazione discreto come qualità dei prodotti forniti. Ho notato una certa arroganza da parte di uno dei manager di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome. It’s not fair!!!!!Abbiamo cenato al Jetwin Saman Villas. Li, dovete andare per essere davvero coccolati!!! Siamo stati solo tre giorni e lo abbiamo scoperto il secondo. Altrimenti avremmo cambiato immediatamente!!!

We came from Iceland, Oleksandr and Svitlana. We really liked the hotel, had a great time, falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. Excellent service, rooms were cleaned every day, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. The staff is friendly, helpful and professional. The cuisine is varied, a huge selection of both local and European dishes. Special thanks to Sara, Pasindu, Dilhara, Sankaja, Chathuri. Every question we had was answered.

We had a very lovely week here. The whole staff 5starplus 😍 The food delicious, every meal always some new. Everybody is very helpful. This happy atmosphere made us also happy. It was the best choice to come to you :) The deluxe room luxus pur 😍 The staff has always a smile for you

We did a cultural tour of Sri Lanka before arriving at the Pandanus Hotel for 5 days relaxation. It was absolutely perfect in every way. Out of all of the 8 hotels across Sri Lanka that we stayed in, this one was the best. 1. The staff cannot do enough for you and we’re so responsive to every need.. 2 the food was exceptional and even when there was something I wanted for breakfast that was not there, they not only cooked it for me but served it to me every morning without even me asking. 3 The hotel was so clean throughout and our room met all of our needs and despite there being no bathrobes , we requested them and they were there in minutes. 4. The sunsets each evening on the terrace were just outstanding . We would also like to recommend the tuk tuk driver who came for us everyday, took us to anywhere we wanted, was incredibly safe and a real gentleman. His details are Nihal Tours +94 (0) 916 8996. We will certainly be going back for more R&R next year

Our stay at Pandanus Beach resort was very nice! The staff were great, polite and very helpful, as was the room service. One employee named Amila particularly stood out to us. As soon as we entered the pool area, we were immediately given towels and assigned suitable loungers. The food was very tasty if you like Asian food. You have to be open to new things. However, there was actually something to suit your taste every day. The only negative point is the people on the beach and on the loungers who approached you and tried to sell you things, but the hotel has nothing to do with that. All in all, it was a very nice stay and we would love to come back.

The lobby staff ravi chathuri Sara anjana tharusha pasindu ajith heshan were very helpful food is good I recommend the club sandwich it’s very delicious rooms were clean after housekeeping and tips are appreciated nice views of the Indian Ocean and good swimming pool overall a good experience
