Indore: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

The Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb. However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section. However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super. Good buzzing place to stay while Indore!

Class, all you need and the rooftop pool was perfect. Best thing about it though were the chicken tikka sandwiches you could order to your room or the pool, they were the best thing I’ve ever eaten. See attached.

Nice hotel but service is very slow

Firstly the property location shared was wrong and was 6km away in the middle of nowhere. Secondly, the bathroom had a stench of sewage. Thirdly, for 2 adults and 2 children they provided one big cot only. I checked with reception if that is what is available for the 4 guests. They said I will get another cot paying Rs 1600 extra- so I refused and spend a horrible night. next day while checking out they admitted it was a mistake and i should have been provided one cot free of cost. why wasn't the hotel aware when they allotted the room? secondly, they could have provided even when i checked with them. poor professionalism and standards for a 5 star hotel

Had a comfortable stay at Playhotel, the staff are really welcoming and helpful. Recommended for short stays. Breakfast options are also good. Would surely recommend for friends and family.
