"Tutto è bene, in realtà ho intenzione di dare 5 stelle per tutti i punti, ma ora il servizio può dare solo 4 iniziare perché la tassa di lavaggio è super alta. In esperienza non vedo mai alcuna tassa alberghiera per Shirt/T Shirt 300 INR / pcs( ~ 3.14 USD) , pantaloni 360 INR/ 1 pcs (~ 3.77 USD) e anche indumenti 170 INR/ 1pcs (~ 1.77 USD) Il punto è perché il prezzo della camera era normale, quindi semplicemente il prezzo del lavaggio così alto. Vedere se ho comprato un Uniqlo T-shirt il costo solo circa 1.000 INR, poi tre volte quasi lo stesso prezzo T-shirt. Mi piace ancora molto l'hotel, quindi spero che la gestione di Top abbia controllato e regolato ...!"

The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed, fluffy pillows and a nice view. However, the breakfast buffet was a bit limited in options and the pool area could have been better maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for the price."

"The lady receptionist named 'Maheshwari' at Clarion Inn, Indore, is extremely rude. I requested for an early check in as I had to take an exam, she bluntly refused without telling me that 'you can check in at this time, not this time', she bluntly said I will not allow as if she is the owner of a 2 star hotel. No training given to her to follow courtesy norms as followed by staff of other 4 star hotels. No 'Sir', no 'ma'am' used, no politeness. She was behaving as if I was a trespasser in the hotel. I had my proper booking in the hotel. I was just requesting early check in whenever it would have been possible. If the owners of such hotels can't train their hotel staff properly, they should not be a part of such brand names of hotels like Clarion Inn. Because we book our reservation in these hotels as it's a brand name, not to have such bad experience!"
