Stand out staff and very good ***agement! This is a very busy hotel and the reception area appears chaotic at times but that shows that it's popular., all the staff were stand out performers and looked after us very well. We had a wonderful time at the Ramada Hotel . The hotel lobby was beautiful and very elegant. The young girl Divya that checked us in was knowledgeable and efficient, escorting us up to our room upon completion of the check-in process. Divya was always visible which was nice. Thank you Our room was spacious and well-appointed with a lounge and pond view trust this would continue to be a sustainable experience in future visits. it was lovely to see the familiar faces like Divya and other team members, it was pleasant being genuinely remembered.

Accept our heartfelt gratitude to the entire Indore Marriott team. We planned a family visit for divine darshan of 02 Jyotirling Mahakaleshwar and Omkareshwar dham. This visit was made truly memorable by excellent efforts of the team. to mention few.. Birthday celebration made v v special by Usha, Life time to cherish a special suji ka halwa made by Sous chef Prateek and continued surprise moments created by Guest Relation Nikki. We strongly recommend to make the best experience of Indore in this v special hotel. We realy look forward to meet u all soon,

Andammo lì per celebrare l’anniversario di mio fratello e abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza. Il personale era molto cortese e preparava le sue disposizioni perfette per il suo anniversario. Disha era molto utile e cooperativa e ha reso la nostra esperienza memorabile.Ha fatto tutto in una breve distanza e lo ha reso memorabile. ***atri ci ha fatto provare ogni Dish al S-cafe e omg è stata una delle buone esperienze per noi.È veramente sorprendente e molto gentile. Grazie per il suo fantastico soggiorno all'hotel.

Nice hospitality 😊. The vibes i got from the room's atmosphere were great. I used to visit the hotel few days ago but now i am sure to visit here again soon. And the food was also so good i would like to share this experience with all of my friends too

In Fairfield Marriott Indore I book 1 room for *3 person* through MAKE MY TRIP. Did Advance payment for 2 days stay. When I check in at hotel on 18th evening. At the time of check in hotel they said that you need to pay 3rd person charge extra. I said that i had booked *1 room for 3 person* and i presented make my trip voucher. but they say as per hotel policy you pay extra charges Rs. 3000. this is one type of cheating. Why hotel de***d extra charges at the time of check in. More over the hotel people say this charges paid at the time of check inn. you pay rs. 3000 and then after they will allott you room. this type of behaviour does not suit to Marriott Brand.

Struttura che andrebbe aggiornata ma, nei tre hotel provati resta la mia prima preferenza in città. Il personale è tutto molto cortese e disponibile, dal front desk all'housekeeping. I ristoranti sono adeguati in termini di qualità e varietà e gli chef sono disponibili ad accontentare le richieste e suggerire le opzioni.
