Firstly they expect a lot of cash transactions for which they do not provide receipts. They say “ we are also making lot of payments in cash “. The worst part is cheating NG on various charges. When I was checking out , they de***ded cost of extra breakfast 25 nos by the concerned person Mr Anand. I de***ded list of all people who had breakfast. I was made to wait for 1 hour 45 minutes and then they could not provide any proof and told me finally to go without making any extra payment. Same way they indulge into extra charging on buffet. My person caught them taking away some plates to increase plate count. Present GM Mr Parihar is a very stubborn person and does not cooperate for any issues. It seems he is just a puppet and no subordinate listens to him. Horrible experience. I suggest nobody should ever go for this hotel. Pramod Kumar

Hello, It was a delightful experience. Me n my friends visited with couple n children. Live singing, live snack counters were add-on bliss. Thanks to your ***ager Sapna ji who gave special consideration to us even when arriving at almost closing time at 10.50pm. The team courtesy was amazing. Safe, secure and polite staffs. Nice ambience and at very convinced location. Food was tasty and hygienic. Room services are apt and on time. Staff and kitchen are avl round the clock. Keep it up and All the best. Would definitely recommend a stay here whenever visiting Indore

The staff is very friendly. Loved the ambience. Definitely recommended. Mr. Nilesh helped us throughout, the setup of the stage at the wedding was something unqiue and too beautiful.
