Kept asking for towel but didn't bring it. No sugar, no tea leaves, no coffee, just hot pot in front of you. The plumber comes to their hotel at 8 am and the water in the entire hotel is shut off at 8 am. They charged Rs 252/- for the water which is complimentary in big hotels. 🙏🙏.I booked the hotel knowing that it was outside the city.🙏

Its a budget hotel
lights goes off in the night
there was no hot water in the room reception people are not bothered for any request or customers query

Your app is so fraud and we cancel our hotel but because of your app glitch booking was not able to cancel and we have to pay the double charges and nobody from your side helps us. Worst experience and i'm sure that in future i will never book a from your side

1st Hotel.I have seen in which property is beautiful but room like OYO. Service is Low but Property with Bar and Restaurant. Parking is available and pool is clean but we didn't experience.
