Great place to stay at, we booked last minute and everything went smooth, nice facilities modern and clean, very friendly staff and location is 10/10.
The only issue was -and still is- the double charge to my card. I booked with ******* so I had a charge from them and then another charge from the hotel for $20 more. I asked about this before leaving and they told me the charge should reverse within some days. Fast forward to three weeks later, the charge is STILL on my account and I have been calling the hotel to see how I can get refunded and they keep telling me that the manager will give me a call back and I have yet to get a call back.
I don’t know if this happens often at hotels, I know using a third party website was a rookie mistake on my end but I wish the hotel was better at handling the situation and working with me.
