I went to experience the Eclipse in Clinton. The location was perfect and no this isn’t a five star but the service and vibe was!! I’m thankful for the beautiful sunrises and sunsets I experienced.
I’ll book again!

We used to stay here several years ago when it was family operated. New owner has let it go down here. They advertise pool but it hasn’t been in operation for 3 or so years now. Cigarette buts and trash in parking lot. Dr a little off the beaten path to Fairfield bay and stay at cobblestone inn. It’s pretty new and always clean.

Beautiful view of the valley and hills. Quiet stop away from sounds of the highway…………………………… Amenities of daily living close by within an easy jaunt in our car. All of these afforded us a restful night of sleep.

The pool was closed the room smelled like smoke. The host was not very friendly. There was trash everywhere. We left a $200 pair of headphones and they kept them. Said they didn’t find any and it shows on our phone that they are there. Really a over all horrible experience save your money and go somewhere else.

Disappointed here. Inexpensive pet fee, but no patch of grass to let Fido relieve himself. Cigarette butts everywhere. Room curtains appear decades, if not a century, old. Room sitting chair looks like it came from a garage sale in the 60’s. Breakfast not too bad, air conditioning worked, bed reasonably comfortable. Cleanliness not great. Would not stay here again.

Stayed here the night before our canoe trip on the Buffalo River, staff was courteous and suggested a great place for diner. The breakfast was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Great stay and would recommend for a stay.

Room was dirty and breakfast was cold and had bugs in the cereal. Cigarettes were left in the drawer and used soap was in shower. Heater made a loud noise every time it came on and made it difficult to sleep.
