They are horrible. I made a booking and payment was already done. But they claimed booking has not been confirmed and made wait at the lovby for 8 hours. What a horrible experience

I already booked at that day but when i arrived at the hotel they have no room and the staff told me like he dont know about trip.com. There's no way about their service and communication 🤯🤯🤯

It is comfortable and very good for a price. Had a funny accident, was given a key to the occupied room. Partially dressed man was there. :)) But then the room was changed. Safe did not work but was fixed, lamps did not work on night stands but I did not need it. Overlooking the construction site. The shower button could not switch, but when someone helped it was a great shower, water pressure. Location is not that beautiful but it had a good sauna, small swimming pool and a good small gym.

The rooms are excellent with great bathrooms. The food food is very delicious with good room service as late as midnight with a wonderful selection. Breakfast is excellent too. Although the room was good size and clean, the air conditioner or fan did keep me awake all night on both times I stayed there. I asked room service, they said someone would come to sort out but unfortunately they never did and so I couldn’t sleep each time - for light sleepers like me, this could be a problem . But overall, I would still stay here again

住在這裏購物和用餐都不方便。 酒店非常非常舊。 房間很臟，毛巾都是灰色的，用的時間太久都不更新。衞生間很大，但是淋浴沒有圍擋，洗完澡整個衞生間地面都是水。酒店的早餐做的非常好，菜品很多，味道很好。

家族3人で宿泊したのにアメニティは1人分しかなかった。もちろんタオルも1人分。フロントに電話しても話が通じずに困った。 ２４時間お湯が出るとのことだったが22時過ぎたらお湯は出なかった。 ホテルの配管が悪いのか、ウランバートルの配管が悪いのか分からないが蛇口を捻ったら茶色い水がしばらく出る。 朝食会場は宿泊者に対して圧倒的に席数が少ない。 タマゴ焼いてくれるのだが、スタッフさんもうちょっと頑張って欲しい。

5泊しました。部屋も設備も一見綺麗で良いかと思いましたがソフトが全然ダメです。 ○二人宿泊なのにバスローブやタオルなどが一人分しかセットしてありませんでした ○フロントに言うとしばらくして持ってきましたが、フェイスタオルも足らないし3回くらいルームサービスが往復した ○翌日、外出する時にフロントに掃除と服の洗濯を頼み数時間後部屋に戻ると何もしてなかった ○8月末に泊まりましだがウランバートルは昼と夜の気温差が激しく寒かったので暖房を入れたのに全く暖かくならず、クレーム入れるとこの時期は暖房が入らないと言われた ○お湯がぬるすぎる ○フロントの男性スタッフが電話でクレームを入れてる話の途中で電話を切られた などなど 見てくれだけのホテルでホテルサービスは日本のビジネスホテル以下ですので注意してください。

식사는 별로이지만 룸은 깔끔하고 괜찮은편임

環境還可以，就是訂的時候沒有標準間，不方便。
