我想應該很少有遊客在南潯會住三天吧，我們之前一直想去巨人君瀾酒店，但房型一直都是不能免費取消，又怕臨時有事來不了，等我們真的踏上旅途時發現房價漲的不少，然後我們訂了綠樂園因為看到有個小童樂園還有陽台，又無意間發現小童樂園居然額外收費，想想400+的價格那就不划算了，最終我們在高鐵訂了臨行前我收藏的這家民宿，説實話因為很少住民宿所以我們當時衹訂了一天還是最便宜的房型，還是對對面的巨人抱有幻想，當天舟車勞頓孩子到了就很不舒服一直病到晚上才喝了點粥，當時我是一點心情都沒有，店家特異又來找了我們一次説雙床拼一下帶孩子住着舒服些，特異帶我們先看看我們選擇換了一間，不得不説這個小榻榻米之後的三天真的太舒服了，辦公用餐舒服極了，小朋友可以自己坐着用餐高度很合適，因為帶孩子保潔大姐每次都要收拾我們很多外賣垃圾，還會多給水説熱讓孩子多喝水景區裏還貴，小朋友和大朋友身體雖然都不是很舒服，但這家酒店讓我們有了家的感覺，小朋友説喜歡這裏，每天在古鎮閑逛都説不想走，明天還來古鎮。經過這三天遊玩我們總結，這個酒店的位置太好了，很多古鎮內民宿都要拖着行李自己走，這裏到十字碼頭也衹幾分鐘，3塊錢的水上巴士太香了。古鎮北邊比南邊美很多還不是那麼商業街，南邊僅有小蓮莊，主幹道也跟全國各景點一樣。古鎮並不大，但小朋友每天都會主動説出去玩不想走，我們每天都像在家過週末一樣，上午玩一會兒中午熱的時候回酒店休息，晚上再去遛彎。因為小朋友看到一段南潯古鎮的視頻，她説：媽媽，我想去這。所以我們來了，也完成了我年少時的心願。

原本是計劃去福建的……結果遇到了山陀兒，由於今年的颱風都太妖了，衹能遺憾放棄沿海。知道往內陸會堵，沒想到會堵成這樣……衹能半路取消江西的計劃，直接下了高速。
南潯很多年前來過，當時並沒有現在開發的那麼商業。
起先入住君瀾是因為離景區近，確實是景區旁非常方便！出門即古鎮。位置特別好。
當天入住的時候，每個工作人員都會笑臉相迎，熱情打招呼，因為長者行動不便，更是細心幫忙！非常感謝！服務特別的好！
推薦雙床房，空間特別的寬敞，隔音也很好，床墊是我喜歡的軟軟的，枕頭是標配的一硬一軟。櫥裏也有兩個備用枕。mini吧有膠囊機。
早飯自助品種還可以，添加速度好評，有鹹漿太棒啦，記得紫菜蝦皮香菜辣油可以去麪食櫃枱加！油條碎都是炸的特別透的，好吃！
另外推薦一家咖啡店的原味多士，好吃，特別好吃！你不會後悔的！
這次時間太趕了，下次選個週末再來一次！

就是在古鎮的位置，下樓就能開始逛了，樓下就是小河，位置挺好的，樓下如果有車位也可以免費停車。房間也挺大，昨天到的晚店家很友好的給我升級了房型，還送了茶壺🫖伴手禮，兒子也很開心。南潯古鎮真是挺不錯的，蠻大的，走的有點累，也坐了船。天氣熱，沒逛完，以後再來。

中秋無事，追着颱風就來了南潯。之前在其他城市住過華美達，印象不錯，這次選了南潯華美達酒店。酒店很大氣，房間很寬敞，房間內設施還不錯；健身房跟游泳池是在旁邊三樓的健身機構，器械很多，非常不錯，美中不足是運動完洗澡用品要自備。
在酒店入住期間，非常感謝前台小羅。看我帶了小朋友就主動送了小童洗漱用品和果盤，算是很用心。期間正值颱風，耐心的幫忙延遲了退房，很主動、也很積極。
酒店裡南潯古鎮不遠，打車很方便，建議去南門，可以下午稍晚去，順便看夜景。
旅行不錯，下次有機會再來。再次感謝前台小羅。

UUtente ospiteBuona per prendere belle foto per i social media, ma piuttosto poca esperienza utente. L'estetica di questo posto è buona, alcuni angoli sono davvero affascinanti. E' comunque il comfort che apprezziamo più in un hotel, così come il servizio di qualità e purtroppo non sono allo stesso livello di estetica.
La stanza è grande, ma non ci sono divano né sedie a sedere e chattare confortevolmente, solo le due enormi sedie pesanti all'angolo opposto di questa lunga stanza. Nessuna porta reale, solo alcune porte di stile saloon aperte in mezzo, lasciando fuori l'acqua dal doccia e odori dal bagno. Nessun bagno fornito che è strano per l’hotel who’s main entertainment facility è la piscina all’aperto.
Nella piscina esterna ci sono pochi sedie a ponte e nessuno ombrello.
La comunicazione era povera, soprattutto per via di chat, poiché il personale non parla inglese. Abbiamo chiesto due volte in anticipo l'opzione vegetariana per il colazione e ci hanno portato la carne nel set di colazione (solo cibo cinese disponibile), ma l'esperienza è stata piuttosto deludente. Sono felice di aver prenotato la notte.
Per quanto riguarda l'ambiente, non c'è accesso alla foresta di bamboo dietro l'hotel o lungo la strada. E prendete cura dei cani aggressivi non rilasciati nel villaggio lungo la strada se si decide di andare a fare una passeggiata vicino all'hotel.

TTeo792the villa is located in a huge resort surounded by mountains and forest. the villa itself cozy and the view is wild ,seperated from other bungalows so it is great to cut yourself from the people.
Inside the villa, the standard is Ok even if the toilet room smelt and there was a leakage on one of the window. The bed is comfy but the pillows not really.
However when it comes to services, there is plenty of room for improvements (especially for this price). even if we got a personal assistant. no possibility to book the restaurant or breakfast in advance. So often there is a long queue.

AAdventureDadThe location is beautifully secluded up in the mountain with fantastic views. The staff were super helpful and friendly and tried to make our stay as nice as possible. They took us to see a great sunset, showed us a reservoir where we used an inflatable dingy and rigged up a telescope to view the super moon. Our dogs loved playing with their dog DiDi. Unfortunately there were some issues most likely due to being understaffed and covid times. We arrived early and they were kind enough to let us use the room however they might have done a rushed job the rooms were not clean, the fresh bedsheets had not been washed properly and had some dirt stains. We went down to the pool and there was a dead frog and lots of bugs floating in there, my boys spent some time cleaning it out so they could swim, but we did not see anyone cleaning the pool during our visit. The common toilet downstairs was pretty disgusting and was not cleaned throughout our stay. During our stay we needed to ask for daily room cleaning and emptying the rubbish bins which they did sporadically. The hotel is also in big need of repair and maintenance. The main attraction was the pool but many tiles had come off the floor and there were many sharp edges waiting to cut some delicate feet. Our shower flooded the whole bathroom, the staff were aware of the issue and hopefully at some point can be addressed. The door handle to the balcony was almost falling off because you need to pull very hard to close it. The food tasted great and needs to be preordered. You might need to double check that they received the order as there were some confusion, dishes no longer available (we found out at the dinner table) and they ran out of rice.
Overall it’s a lovely place they just need to do continued maintenance and get some more staff to help cleaning then it will be a fantastic place.

UUtente ospite管家阿姨民宿人員對我我個人來説已經做的很好了差評裏説服務態度不好什麼你這要求也太高了吧，我住下來前前後後叫了至少10次麻煩東麻煩西他們還是一樣態度好，環境其實適合家庭帶小孩更優先推薦，情侶適合推薦悠閑一點（我就是早上8點到去玩將軍漂流之後民宿拍拍照房間裏泡澡看看電視悠閑的度過一天）改良的話就是小杜小杜就不咋靈😅😅你房間最好窗户別一直開着畢竟山上各種昆蟲壁虎什麼在所難免這是沒有辦法事情（反正我住下來房間運氣挺好蚊子昆蟲是沒有看到）房間外的小山確實發現衹小壁虎哈哈哈，情侶去最好晚飯就是一份就夠了😂😂點2份太多了一半浪費😆😆帶走的小零食改良一下吧雖然説就一份鍋巴一開始感覺不咋滴很摳門結果哈哈哈吃着吃着直接炫完停不下，期待冬天見

La posizione è al fondo delle montagne vicino a una strada occupata. Penso che la posizione sia ok se si può guidare intorno a diverse attrazioni o località durante il giorno. I terreni dell'hotel sono un po' confusi, soprattutto dietro la piscina, forse ancora costruendo?
Siamo rimasti al piano superiore dell'acciaio, quindi la stanza era in forma strana e molto buia, perché c'era solo una piccola finestra.

L'hotel è sulla strada principale, quindi è molto rumoroso con il traffico.
Parcheggio auto e aree circostanti sono muti, quindi si mette in camera scarpe sporche e cani sporchi.

Prima c'era un cavo vip vicino all'hotel, ma infelicissimamente, il cavo è stato riparato quando andavamo, quindi devo prendere un passaggio in un'altra porta del cavo, e non è molto lontano da dieci minuti. La stanza è calda, molto calda, più comoda della stanza condizionata. Il cameriere è super attento, perché il tempo di aspettare per il soggiorno è un po' lungo. Sono spediti alcuni pasti e bevande ai bambini. Ci sono esigenze per contattare il cameriere in tempo, In pratica, è la prima risposta.L'esperienza di soggiorno è fantastica, la colazione mattina è anche molto ricca, vale la pena raccomandare 👍

RRoman B.Abbiamo affittato la villa con 4 letti (il stile verde) per la celebrazione del nuovo anno con amici e quando arrivato alla posizione erano guidati alla villa; tuttavia, immediatamente scoprì che la villa non era stata pulita dopo i precedenti visitatori. Torniamo alla reception e chiediamo di organizzare la pulizia rapidamente, il personale della reception ci ha chiesto di aspettare la pulizia e che la pulizia ci vorrà circa un'ora, siamo tornati in zona della villa ma nessuno veniva per la pulizia per molto tempo, noi sono stati spinti a fare servizio diverse volte e alla fine la gente dalla ricezione è venuta a pulire la struttura invece di pulire il personale. Commento speciale su questa villa - non sembra buono all'interno e chiaramente richiede il rinnovo di decorazione.
Dopo alcune scoperte durante le procedure di pulizia, abbiamo infine insistito sul cambiamento della villa, poiché l'attuale era troppo sporco e la pulizia è andata estremamente lenta. Un'altra opzione è stata offerta abbastanza veloce e è stata una buona sostituzione - nuova decorazione, pulita e bella decorazione di stile Van Gogh (le immagini sono di questo), tuttavia, abbiamo perso un po' di tempo e invece di check-in alle 3:00, Abbiamo completato tutto solo circa le 4:00 (siamo arrivati circa le 2, quindi tutte le procedure ci hanno preso circa le 2 ore) e ci siamo offerti di ritardare il check-out fino alle 4:00 il giorno seguente per compensare la perdita di tempo.
In generale, tutto è finito bene e la nostra celebrazione è stata grande, ma troppo sfide sul cammino, non è ciò che si aspetta per quasi 2000RMB per notte.

JJuliaFI literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room.
This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .
