Good service! The person in charge help us to fix the heater promptly . And the breakfast was nice and neat, will surely come back again in future!

I did really enjoyed my stay. The staff is really friendly and welcoming, interior is clean and the design is really cool. And location is just perfect, it’s a minute walk away to the ancient town, but you can’t hear the noises from the busy streets. And the huge plus for me was that they allowed to stay with pets

My room is tatami room , we saw spiderms webb in the room above our bed and around the toilet corner. The service is good after all.

Located at the end/entrance of the ancient water town area, short distance from the raid/parking lot to the hotel. Very clean and spacious room with a big comfy bed. Good soundproof windows. Breakfast is ok but not much for western customer. Coffee is instant coffee. But a good coffee shop is about 80m away on the canal.

位置：民宿就在景區內，出門走兩步就直接到河邊了。環境：房間很大，還有個小陽台，看出去就是庭院景色非常好，房內設施也很齊全。服務：老闆非常好，看我們三個人還給我們免費升級更大的房型！我們到景區放了東西就先去逛了，晚上回來的時候發現房間空調都是提前開好的，真的很貼心。衞生：房間內很整潔，沒發現什麼問題。

設施:當時選擇這個房型，主要看中兩個床之間有隔斷，雖然房型不是很規整，但是考慮到避免尷尬，這種房型稍微好一些位置：就在景區門口，兩天兩次進入景區，還是很方便的，酒店門口就有免費停車，自駕過來車一停，就不用再動了早餐：雖然是按份的，還算精緻，小菜和粽子很好吃，美中不足的是橙子比較乾巴，沒什麼水分，豆漿牛奶都是加糖的，衞生：細節衞生有待加強，尤其是馬桶，漱口杯，沒擦乾淨服務：還行，阿姨比較熱情，有求必應。前台一般般吧，民宿也衹能這樣了，退房當天中午還在景區，想電話説吃完飯回來退房，前台説不可以，急忙趕回來退房，再出去吃飯，雖然也能理解，退房時間就是12點，還是希望能夠靈活變通一下吧，後面大家避免中途麻煩，可以早上就把房間退掉，再出去遊玩

訂的雙床房，老闆娘看我們帶孩子，主動給升級了家庭房。設施、服務、環境都很不錯，房間也打掃的很乾凈；位置也是很好的，但車開進來的路上，路邊橫七豎八到處都停着車（估計是周邊其他民宿客人的），車子本身較大的話，就會稍微有點難開；民宿外面走50米就是古鎮的遊客中心了，遊玩起來很方便。進房間的時候，估計是剛打掃完衞生，地上濕漉漉的，提個建議，可以最後再用幹拖布再拖一遍，這樣對客人進來的感官會更好。

民宿位置很好，就在南潯古鎮入口處旁邊，門口有停車地方，院內還有小花園，早晚或者中間進出南潯古鎮都很方便。房間帶的有陽台，但是小茶几和座椅上全是灰，沒法坐，地上還有牙線。房間內衞生一般，床頭，桌子，水池旁有灰塵和頭髮，洗手池水龍頭水極小。早餐九宮格很豐盛，兩位阿姨也很辛苦需要水什麼的前台接待人員會滿足，但是也看不到笑臉，五一假期房間價格很高，感覺服務配不上這樣的價格。

酒店環境不錯的蠻舒服。週六要出去玩週五下午才開始看酒店，房間蠻緊張的，還是很幸運定到了。房間非常不錯上下層可以住4人，一樓通向院子，二樓有個小陽台也可以直接下樓下去院子。門口停車也非常方便，免費。關鍵小狗友好，非常喜歡。

房間整體還不錯，就是衞生間是敞開式的，有點尷尬。位置離景區南大門很近，缺點是白天可以聽到遠處傳來團隊導遊的説話聲（7點半開始），晚上還是很安靜的。到主街很近，吃飯很方便。週六入住，整個週六和週日從早晨7點半到晚上7點半，南潯古鎮是川流不息，熙熙攘攘，相對來説也算鬧中取靜了。早餐九宮格，味道可以。這次在附近吃飯，印象最好的是瀛橋花園餐廳，臭豆腐是吃過最好吃的，紅燒肉也很贊。
