一直以來孩子們都很喜歡Nubia酒店，第三次入住該酒店，不過現在改名字了哈。。水上樂園很好玩，價格貴了吃的確沒以前好了。。

Das Hotel hat insofern eine praktische Lage, als dass es bei weiteren Trips nach Kairo/Gizeh sehr günstig liegt, weil man als letzte abgeholt wird und als erste zurück gebracht wird. Das spart Zeit und macht die Trips angenehmer. Auch für Trips zu den Delfinen oder Tauchtrips liegt das Hotel günstig. In der direkten Nachbarschaft in Richtung Norden gibt es kein angrenzedes Hotel und dadurch mehr Ruhe und einen extra wilden Strand mit Korallen. Zum Basar in der Stadt sind es etwa 12 km relativ gerader Strecke. Oneway mit Taxi kostet es 150 LA oder 3 Euro. Wahrscheinlich geht es noch günstiger aber ich fand den Preis schon gut.(Preise sollten vor dem Einsteigen, für alle Mitfahrer, fest vereinbart werden.) Strand und Stege zu den Ausflugsboten sind gut. Ein schönes, überwiegend gepflegtes Hotel und die Zimmer, zumindest, die wir hier bekommen haben, waren auch sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Aquapark (eigentlich der Grund warum wir dieses Hotel gebucht haben) war allerdings nicht inklusive. Das mussten wir extra bezahlen (nicht billig). Das sollte man vielleicht vorher herausfinden und klarer kommunizieren, weil bei manchen Personen mit Hotelbuchung war das inklusive und bei anderen nicht.

Una vera vacanza rovinata. Poca pulizia e cibo davvero pessimo. Stanza posizionata nei pressi di un cantiere dove stavano svolgendo lavori edili con polveri, rumori a tutte le ore, transenne ed ingresso bloccato da e per la nostra terrazza. Personale dell'hotel assolutamente poco collaborativo ed anche offensivo .

Siamo stati in questo Resort per il periodo di Natale e Capodanno. Avevo letto molte recensioni positive e avevo aspettative un po’ più alte! La struttura è bella, grande. A mio parere non pulitissima, ma questo dipende anche dall’educazione della clientela del periodo! Le stanze invece pulite! Il personale di tutta la struttura è sempre molto gentile e sorridente! Il cibo, mediocre. Certo, nessuno si aspetta di mangiare benissimo e di poter paragonare la cucina a cui siamo abituati, peró nelle due settimane di vacanza abbiamo mangiato sempre le stesse pietanze. Aveva tutto lo stesso sapore! Nota positiva invece per il pane, sfornato al momento e davvero buono e le bioches la mattina! L’acqua servita nei bar atroce: sembra di bere direttamente dalla piscina! E così anche per altre bibite come cocacola e succhi. Dicono ci sia il menù kids, in realtà sono tre contenitori con pasta patate e carne, che una volta finiti non vengono riempiti😅 Molto apprezzato dai bimbi il gelato dalle 15 alle 18. Questa è la settima volta che mi reco in Egitto, e tra tutti gli hotel devo dire che è quello in cui ho mangiato peggio. Il wifi è a pagamento e funziona solo alla reception. 12€ a settimana, peccato che a noi non abbia mai funzionato! Nessun rimborso, nonostante avessero verificato il non funzionamento! Purtroppo su 13 giorni per ben 11 non abbiamo avuto acqua calda per lavarci. Nonostante le giornaliere telefonate, non hanno fatto nulla per sistemare la situazione, magari cambiandoci stanza visto che viaggiavamo con tre bimbi piccolini. Animazione carina, non sono insistenti e molesti😃 la sera abbiamo visto qualche spettacolo e ci sono piaciuti ! Bene anche per le organizzazione delle escursioni, ne abbiamo fatte un paio e ci siamo trovati bene! Hanno una piscina riscaldata, ma in questo periodo in cui le temperature non sono altissime , se c’è vento, non è comunque piacevole fare il bagno. L’acqua è circa 26 gradi. Belle le piscine e l’acqua park, anche se non le abbiamo sfruttate per via dell’acqua fredda (18 gradi). Carina la spiaggia anche se molto piccola! Comoda con i bimbi perchè il mare è basso per molti metri . Bello anche il lungo pontile da cui tuffarsi e passeggiare! Abbiamo prenotato all’ultimo minuto , durante il periodo Natalizio , quindi mi sento di dire che il rapporto qualità prezzo va bene. Potrebbero migliorare !

Siamo stati accolti in questa bellissima struttura da persone fantastiche, sorridenti e socievoli, hanno fatto in modo che ci trovassimo subito a nostro agio. La struttura è molto curata e pulita, dove è possibile mangiare dei buoni piatti e bere delle bunissime consumazione, nulla da lamentarsi per l'intrattenimento che offrono i ragazzi dell'animazione.. consiglio vivamente

i live in 1 house 112 room, room service was excellent, every day Jamal keep my room clean and tidy. in room was A/C, TV, frigge, room was next to the see, behind the room is 4 swimming polls, bar, ice cream machine.

Vacanza da sogno! Eravamo un gruppo di 8 amici e abbiamo passato una vacanza da sogno! Mare bello, spiaggia bella, villaggio bello! Nota di merito all’animazione , sopratutto a Leonardo (Jacopo) e Lavinia 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Sicuramente ci torneremo 🥰

Save your money and find another hotel! this was unfortunately a waste of money. 1- same food no variety. Undercooked just overall terrible 2- out of 7 days 1 night had entertainment. 3- “beach view room” more like slide view room. 4- alcohol terrible every beer i had always from a open bottle and 9/10 would be the end of the bottle and warm. 5- me and my partner were ill by the 4th day from presumably the food. 6- spa people kept pestering us everyday some would make my partner feel uncomfortable 7- all inclusive yet had to pay for ice cream. 8- room was average even after paying a bit extra 9-staff would be biased and favourite people and reserve sun-beds so we ended up just going to the beach or wake up earlier and try and get a sun bed.

It's not the best but it is a good hotel. Especially the housekeeper Gamal, he is wonderful. He is hard working, very professional and decorate the bed with images made from the towel everytime he cleans the room. He makes you feel at home. The grill restaurant is good. It is sad that the hotel did not give free wifi.

We spent 2 weeks at this great hotel, made better by the wonderful helpful friendly very busy staff. Room upgraded to sun in the morning left side, great extra king size bed and view of the main pool. Pool lifeguard made every day fun, Hosan is a star! Restaurant was interesting..... so many rude people - you know who you are - but there was always something nice to eat, morning omelette, Said's spaghettis, and the desserts, even cakes at breakfast. Our waiter Ahmed was so polite and quick to get my coffee mango beer wine. Also Mr Galal who stopped to chat despite being so busy, telling us stories, he even searched out some tablets for me, touring pharmacies by taxi to find some, and they cured my problem, thanks to him. Housekeeper Gamal was so friendly and hardworking, decorating the beds with towel animals, expert work, thank you! Unfortunately we did suffer some illness but nevertheless had an enjoyable stay. We've noted the fabulous hot weather was too much for us, hope to return at a cooler time of year. Thanks Dr Ebram and his nurse. Guest relations lady, Lena showed interest in us, asking how I was almost daily, another thank you. Special mention to reception staff, always pleased to help me, in particular Peter Michael, but all were good. Spa staff were constant nuisances, but I had a free taster 15min massage, and a nice haircut the day before I hit 68. Lots of boat trips etc but can be found cheaper online. The hotel was nice and clean specially aqua beach was amazing . Hotel location was perfect. The food was nice with lovely kitchen staff . If you had any problem regarding the hotel or food, there was a girl who called Alla, she was very helpful, nice and kind.

Hotel was great kids loved it the barman moumen was the best very friendly and helpful made our days round the pool really enjoyable couldn't help us enough even brought drinks over as we were running out. The man the legend mouman would definitely come bk nice to not have to endure arrogant poeple that look like they really enjoy there job.
