Sono stata 12 giorni in 6 con il mio compagno e le nostre ragazze. Camere molto grandi e belle, bel giardino, buffet non male considerando che siamo in Egitto anche se molto ripetitivo. Consiglio il ristorante di pesce sulla spiaggia. La cosa che proprio non ho retto è stato il comportamento di un addetto alla reception la mattina in cui dovevamo partire: avevamo il van che ci aspettava davanti al Resort per andare in aereoporto ma non ci facevano andar via distenendo che la sera prima, quando avevo saldato tutto, fosse stata presa della roba dal monibar in camera da pagare per la modica cifra di 3 euro!!! Premesso che non era stato preso nulla, ho detto che avrei pagato mandi fare in fretta. L’egiziano continuava a fare controlli allo schermo, poi non riuscivano a farmi pagare con la carta ma io, dovendo andar via, non avevo Più cash. Ero molto nervosa perché dovevamo partire e ci stavano facendo perdere un sacco di tempo per 3 euro!! Mi chiedo, dopo aver speso 5.000 euro come sia possibile chiudere un soggiorno in questo modo lasciando la propria clientela insoddisfatta, veramente miopi! Comunque alla fine ho pagato con la carta di credito e siamo andate via malamente. Un finale davvero deludente

Ho fatto la mia prenotazione direttamente con l'hotel. Ho dovuto controllare 3 giorni prima di quanto mi aspettavo, che ho spiegato 6 giorni prima alla signora al receptionist. Mi ha assicurato di poter ottenere un rimborso. Ora mi è stato detto da un'altra persona che la mia prenotazione non è rimborsabile. Anche se è stata fatta direttamente con l'hotel. In generale, suggerirei un corso di lingua inglese al personale, come lei deve ripetere tutto due volte. Quando si tratta di questioni complicate, ci vuole un'età per ordinarle. Per un hotel 4 stelle è bello, ma non per un 5 inizi come si pubblicizzano anche a causa di questa situazione con la mia prenotazione ”non rimborsabile” - non si può dire che non tornerò mai a questo hotel. La palestra è vecchia, piccola e la maggior parte delle macchine devono essere fissate.

I am currently staying in Panorama Hotel (standard double swim up room) of which I’m delighted to say is a truly wonderful place. Yes, I will agree the place needs renovations in areas but overall is excellent value for money - works are happening at the moment but 0 disturbance is caused by this. The boat to Zeytuna Beach is one of the main features of this hotel along with Sheriff from the housekeeping an absolute asset to the hotel, he is polite, kind, helpful and his towel skills are very impressive! 🐶 The beach itself is breathtaking. The food & drinks caters for many pallets - 8/10 for available at the beach restaurant is also very delicious. Grounds are well kept & the greenery is lovely. Slight problems with shower temperature, but an easy fix. Standard Swim up room could do with modernisation but for the price it’s really a bargain. People that come here generally return over 10 - 15 years - that speaks for itself. I would more certainly recommend & return. El Gouna is an amazing place for holidays, downtown close by & Marina within 25 minutes. Hurgarda central 35 minutes. Thanks to you all!

Abbiamo avuto una bella vacanza all'Hotel Sultan Bey, El Gouna. Il direttore aggiunto Rafik era cortese e ci ha controllati quotidianamente. Il personale dell'hotel era sorprendente, così attento e sempre gentile. La nostra stanza era bella e sempre pulita e ben mantenuta da Gormer su base giornaliera. Ci sono stati molti escursioni disponibili, ma come ci siamo stati solo per una settimana, abbiamo fatto quella che ci ha portati intorno alla baia della città di El Gouna, che era grande. Molte opzioni con il cibo che era diverso e sorprendente, come ha detto il personale era grande e il bar manager Hanna era eccezionale. L'unica domanda che abbiamo avuto è stata quando il nostro bagno doveva essere sostituito e chiesto a Andrew alla ricezione, e questo è stato fatto immediatamente dal personale di manutenzione che sono in chiamata 24/7. Ci sono molti negozi, bar e ristoranti a piedi. Grazie per una bella vacanza.
