We visited this hotel in April 2024 with my family and it was very nice vacation in Iiberotel Makadi Beach , we enjoyed our stay and was really so fantastic. It is the best place in makady Bay. Service is top and people are so nice and friendly. Thank you , we will come in October with all family again.

Buongiorno, beh cosa dire, assolutamente fantastico. Siamo stati trattati benissimo. Cortesia e disponibilità ai massimi livelli, strano ma vero personale e venditori mai invadenti. addirittura portavano il caffè in spiaggia senza chiedere. cucina molto varia e cenone della vigilia stratosferico. grande chef ABDU, Mostafà il cameriere che ci teneva il tavolo ancor prima che arrivassimo. Trovato in camera accappatoio e ciabatte, nei siti non risultava, pulizia ******ale. non voglio sdolcinare troppo, ma veramente se lo meritano. 20/26 dic. date di soggiorno, camera 658

Viaggiati sul programma tutto è incluso. Il cibo è delizioso, ordina come in un ristorante (non una tavola svedese), perché spesso i camerieri possono dimenticare di scrivere e portare un piatto. La spiaggia è buona. Le camere sono buone, ma il pavimento è sporco. Tutti i bar hanno alcool locale, solo un bar è stato importato. La zona dell'hotel è piccola ma c'è un altro hotel accanto a lui che può essere utilizzato. Là abbiamo giocato a tennis, golf e basket. Ci è anche un parco acquatico con buoni rulli.

The weather was lovely for the middle of November (14th -21st ) is was very windy but this is normal for the Red Sea … the Hotel grounds themselves were very well kept , clean tidy and plenty of room . Our room was a re vamped one with was perfectly nice for the money we paid , the beds were very comfortable. We had a balcony overlooking the pool and sea but far enough away from any noise ( 5102) . The coffee facilities in the room were not great , sachets of instant and powdered milk . The beach was shingle and a lot of the beds were very old but it wasn’t crowded and there was always plenty of room . The sunsets at around 5pm so from 3pm onwards it gets very shadowy on the beach and the heat goes from the sun . The hotel has its own jetty which leads to a coral reef which was great fun to snorkel in , the downside to the beach is that you can’t swim in the sea , the bed is rock / coral and you have to walk out miles to get any decent depth, ( you can walk along the jetty and get in with ladders 2/3rds if the way down . All in all , the hotel / beach / grounds are lovely. Now onto the not so lovely bits …. The cigarette smoke around the eating areas is unbelievable, thick stinking add in all the hacking coughs ( particularly 1st thing in the morning 🤮) it’s pretty grim , impossible to find a table without smoke wafting over your dinner so you end up eating inside 🙄. The food was poor , usually lukewarm at best and lacking in flavour ( although the beach bar at lunchtime was ok , fries and some sort of burger/ pasta and mini fresh pizzas ) Drinks / cocktails were all ok ( variations on a theme so not much variety and glasses were small ) All in all a good holiday for a week in the sun in mid November for the price we paid , I would go back to the Red Sea but not this particular hotel .

Io è mio marito abbiamo soggiornato dal 05/09/2023 al 19/09/2023. Premetto che io ero già stata altre quattro volte in questo Resort, l'ultima nel 2015. A distanza di otto anni ho ritrovato la stessa gentilezza professionalità e accortezza di sempre, a partire dal personale delle pulizie fino ad arrivare al Director of Sales e Marketing Mr. Mina Ramzy, il quale dopo un problema che abbiamo avuto con Alpitour prima di partire, al nostro arrivo è stato di una gentilezza cordialità professionalità e serietà unica, che non dimenticheremo. Quindi per quanto riguarda il Resort, a parte il cibo che bisogna un po adattarsi vista la cucina internazionale, il mio giudizio è positivo su tutto. Mi sento però di segnalare di stare attenti quando prenotate con Alpitour per quanto riguarda la camera. Noi abbiamo prenotato a Gennaio una tipologia di camera chiamata Promo Standard Beach o anche solo standard Beach, credendo visto che io conoscevo benissimo il Resort, visto il catalogo e le foto inviate da alpitour sull app, di aver prenotato una camera nel blocco centrale del Resort quelle che hanno la vista su i giardini e piscina principale. In realtà negli anni il Resort si è molto ampliato cambiando la tipologia delle camere e aprendo un ”nuovo” blocco di camere che si trova dietro a quello principale con vista parziale del mare, fronte ad una nuova piccola piscina denominata Jungle. Sono classificate camere Economy, dove praticamente vengono ubigati coloro che fanno una prenotazione come ho fatto io. Peccato che Alpitour questo non lo specifica facendovi credere di aver prenotato una cosa e invece poi ve ne ritrovate un altra e sinceramente non lo ritengo giusto. Quindi il mio consiglio se prenotate con alpitour è quello di guardare prima attentamente la mappa del Resort per essere certi di andare nella camera che volete. Per ultimo ma non meno importante, è il nostro ringraziamento a Sara, assistente Alpitour in loco, la quale anche se non sempre presente, con la sua professionalità e gentilezza, non ci ha fatto sentire ”soli”.

La stanza è molto bella e il manager ci ha aggiornato gratuitamente il modello della stanza. Questo hotel è davvero molto consigliabile perché 3 pasti completi e cibo molto ricco. Il giorno di San Valentino ci ha anche inviato un ristorante di alta esperienza di pranzo in generale è fantastico 👍 La prossima volta!

Destinazione perfetta in inverno ! Albergo spazioso pulitissimo che accontenta tutti ! Servizio veloce reception Camere spaziose letto stra comodo e pulizia 10 e lode ! ( camera 307 e 309) Colazione fantastica ( ragazzo mohamed che serve fuori e’ bravissimo) Buffet presentato bene qualità ottima grande varietà !!! Servizio anche nei vari bar ottimo Piscina riscaldata bellissima ..all inclusive con cocktail e panini tutto buonissimo Animazione : Fadi mino e Lena veramente fantastici i miei figli di 18 e 14 sono entusiasti La spiaggia a due min di viale e’ un po’ più piccola delle altre questa e’ solo in piccola nota non da 10 e lode Mare bello e perfetto per snorkling Simpatico tutto il villaggio makadi Tocco femminile della general manager tedesca? Ehh si brava davvero ! Le consiglio anche se sarà impegnatissima di girare un po’ e farsi vedere dai clienti ( non solo per i superaffezionati) visto che e’ anche carina e simpatica . La stanza è ancora molto buona. Il panorama sul mare è molto ricco. Vale la pena di vacanza, colazione, cena cinese, cena, molti tipi di cibo dolce mangiano casualmente, sapore dolce!

First time we visited this hotel and we were not disappointed, the staff are amazing and the animation team have been fantastic with us from day one. A special thanks to Emmi, Benzama, bazooka and the rest of the team for everything. The hotel as a whole was a good experience. Went for a family break and my son’s 21st birthday and the hotel made it really special. We were looked after by all including the restaurant staff and bar staff til the security who helped us due to some guests being unkind. Thanks guys will definitely be seeing you all again :-)
