Friendly Staff: The staff were welcoming and made check-in easy. Smooth Check-In: Checking in was quick and hassle-free. Easy Commute: Though not downtown, getting to the center was simple with Didi. Yummy Breakfast: Enjoyed a tasty breakfast with a good variety. Big Room, Everything I Need: The room was spacious, and it had all the amenities I needed. Overall, a great stay. Minor drawback: Despite being a non-smoking room, some guests were still smoking inside, leaving a lingering cigarette smell. It would be beneficial for the hotel to allocate smokers exclusively to designated smoking rooms.

Very good hotel, room are big and clean. Breakfast is a must.

Very clean and modern hotel. It could be a bit closer to the main shopping/eating area of the city, but still very central and convenient, particularly if self-driving. Good breakfast and service. Great base for exploring the surrounding grasslands. Recommended.

This hotel is perfect for foreign friends. Friendly front desk people that speak English. Beautiful clean rooms and comfy beds. It is really close to the airport as well as Kengis Khan Square. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there again.

Amazing and new rooms.

設施：設施很不錯，不足的是屋內的冰箱會響，媽媽説一晚都沒睡好。 衞生：衞生有待加強，浴室牆上有臟東西，吃早餐的時候麪條裏有根頭髮讓服務員拿走了，全程沒有一個人來處理，上傳下達的工作流程一點沒看到。 環境：環境很不錯整體比較有氛圍 服務：根本沒有服務，前台，包括餐廳門口的人一點都不熱情，非常後悔定在了這裏。 總之下次一定不會選擇海拉爾的希爾頓歡朋了

房間乾淨整潔，畢竟價格7百多，還有自助洗衣服務，早餐也很豐富，出行那是非常便捷，有可以到達市區各個地方的公交車，有出租車🚕，還有滴滴，距離機場也很近，10多分鐘就到了。唯一遺憾的就是：有點吵，我的房間在4樓，睡到凌晨一點左右被樓上咚咚的腳步聲吵醒，應該是有人在跳還是怎麼的。高檔酒店出現這種情況，我也是第一次遇到。還好前台服務員在我退房時主動關心我詢問我住店感受如何。也算是我安慰了。總體而言還是好的。給好評

整體屬於標準酒店，各方面普普通通。弱於亞朵，接近全季，原因是房間設施硬裝達到水平，有機器人，自助洗衣，整體很新，但軟裝用品的品質差了些，完全沒有希爾頓體系加成，有點像掛牌的加盟店，重點是價格卻比同城的呼倫貝爾賓館（國賓檔）還要高，實際品質遠不如。 酒店大概位於城市邊新城，離主城區略偏，不如老城區更能感受當地人文風情。 酒店早餐等還是不錯，總之基礎這些就是類亞朵的情況，懂得都懂。

酒店位置不算很中心，也衹有二三公里的距離就到古城、早市等區域。旁邊就是六館一湖，晚上燈光閃爍。酒店樓下有超市、土特產商店、咖啡館等，很方便。早餐品種也挺豐富的，最晚能到10點。官方退房時間是下午2點，對下午較晚趕飛機的很友好。

很漂亮的新酒店，地下大堂還可通去旁邊超市，超方便。距離高鐵站和機場都不遠，十多分鐘車程就到。酒店打車很容易。 訂了四晚大床房，給升級到套房，房間相當舒適寬敞。雖然窗外是公路，航機又會在頭上飛過，但只要關上窗，就會很安靜，隔音很好。只是房間與房間之間的隔音差一點：最後一日早上六時半，就給隔壁的洗澡水聲驚醒。這酒店的淋浴水是相當給力，夠熱夠猛，有如在瀑布下淋浴。 有洗衣房，洗衣機和烘乾機各兩台，但要洗衣的客蠻多的，經常都要久候才輪得上用。 早餐方面是能讓客人飽的，只是當你是住上幾天，會發現每天在相同位置，放著相同的食物，除了水果間中有換一樣。餐廳的面積很大，工作人員工作很利索，迅速撤走客人用完的碗盤。
