Receptionist are polite and friendly, I actually booked a single room, but end up getting a quad room which surprised me a lot. The room was really spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent. Overall it was a good stay and I would repeat staying here if I ever need to stay in Puchong again.

Great hotel with lovely service. I lived the location beer it gave me a great feel of what the local people are like, but it was a little bit out of reach from KL City Center. Not that it wasn't reachable, but it cost me too much, so I actually checked out and went to a hotel closer to where the action was. If you don't like the hustle and bustle of the city center then this is ideal as it's just near enough to have fun there then go back to your hotel. Say the same time, a room with a city view will be a bit noisy for you. It disturbed my sleep. The food was great and so was the service. Rooms were nice and clean but the carpets got a bit musty after awhile and activated my sinuses. Still a good hotel though

Room is clean and the staff is friendly. They provide good Internet connection. No complaints for the price they offered.

very big room , 4 feet twin bed . nice breakfast. i have been checking here for many time during my business trip with my colleagues. Will visit again & again The mattress is not comfortable now after so long time , hopefully management can change it to comfy mattress as now i can feel the spring .

Check in abit slow. Only got one card for lift access which is not convenient for guest to come down to pick up food delivery.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Lots of parking underground available and you can waive the parking fee at the hotel before going out. Simple buffet breakfast included. A 24-hour convenient store located at the back of the hotel.
