L'atteggiamento del servizio è accettabile. Tuttavia, le strutture sono piuttosto scadenti. Il telecomando della TV è rotto, la porta del bagno non si chiudeva, la scatola dei fazzoletti è per lo più riempita di polistirolo. Lo scarico della vasca è intasato. Oltretutto l'insonorizzazione è pessima. Puoi sempre sentire il rumore dei vicini dal piano superiore, dalla porta accanto e dalle stanze opposte.

The Hotel and the Hotelstaff were great. Only the luxury shuttle bus we booked from your hotel to Hoi An was terrible. The driver was unkind. It seems we were picked up for his trip at home. He picked up his wife and son and made other stops to deliver packages or smoke but not at regular stops.

저층은 뷰가 좋지 않아요. 407호에 투숙했는데, 창문은 있지만 창문이 없는 방과 같습니다. 조식은 가격대비 아주 잘나와요. gym도 몇일 사용하기 좋습니다. 직원들 모두 친절하고, 주말에는 호텔앞에 차량통제가 되어 걷디 좋습니다. 흐엉강까지 도보로 10분 거리입니다. 15층 스카이라운지는 노을을 보기 좋습니다.
