the hotel is literally in the centre of the shopping street. super convenient as all the malls are within walking distance. clean room with city view as well! smart hotel as you can control the lights/aircon/curtains by using AI robot.

Front desk staffs look like their of teenagers’ age, does not feel very welcoming / provide good customer service. Other than that, all is well. Also some renovation noise in the afternoon but not affected unless you would be resting during the time. Place is very convenient as its next to 解放碑.

Chose to stay at the same hotel again and the experience was as good!

The hotel location is excellent, near Jiefangbei. The hotel room is clean, towels are disinfected and sealed in bags. The room is installed with smart devices like smart toilet, heated hangers, automated curtains etc. but a bit cramped for 3 persons. Water pressure of the shower is strong and the toiletries are of good quality. Strangely, there isn't any place for hanging clothes in the shower room, which is inconvenient when there are 3 adults sharing the room. The other downside is that the receptionists look a bit grumpy and unhappy, although they did attend to our requests.

Remember to inform the front desk if you want them to clean your room, else they won’t event cleaning sign is on.

we stay for 3 night. they said not clean the room floor and the bathroom floor.
