I recently stayed at Hue Serene Palace, and unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The hotel is older, and while it was relatively clean, it felt quite dated. The decor and facilities are clearly showing their age, and it’s not as modern or fresh as the photos online might suggest. The rooms were tidy, but the overall atmosphere was not what I expected based on the pictures. If you're looking for something sleek and new, this might not be the place for you. Another downside was the limited breakfast. The selection was quite basic and lacked variety, which was disappointing if you're hoping for a more substantial meal to start the day. On the positive side, the location is convenient and the staff were friendly and tried their best to assist. However, the hotel could use a major refresh to match the online photos and provide a better experience for guests.

Grande posizione vicino a molti ristoranti e bar. Il personale era amichevole e utile. La qualità del colazione era anche decente. C'era un punto bruno vicino al bagno, un po' invisibile, ma la pulizia era in generale ok. Le lamiere e tutto era pulito. Il bagno era anche spazioso.

Great little hotel close to the center of the city. It is also close to karaoke bars that keep on going to the wee hours of the morning. Staff were all very nice and attentive.

Hotel piccolo ma situato in una posizione centrale, molto conveniente per viaggiare. Personale entusiasta e amichevole. Aiutano e guidano da come noleggiare moto e prenotare un taxi all'aeroporto. Torneremo qui la prossima volta a Hue. P.s: La TV è un po'smalta.Di solito poche persone lo guardano, ma sono andato alla toilette, quindi ho guardato un po'.

Oltre alle aspettative! L'ispezione era briotica, e molto gentile e utile, ci ha aiutato con il trasferimento aeroportuale con buon prezzo e alcune raccomandazioni in questa città. Aveva una sauna, nessun ascensore, ma una scala era sufficiente per noi. Amo la stanza, l’aria condizionata era già in attesa della nostra arrivo, che era un bel gesto (il mese estivo), tutto funzionava bene e ben progettato, doccia e toletta separata non erano abbastanza luminosi. Bagno fuori dalla doccia ha reso l'atmosfera favolosa e classica. Noleggio scooter disponibile con buon prezzo, cibo e caffè intorno, non preoccupante. E 'molto competitivo con il prezzo che abbiamo pagato per questo soggiorno, prezzo basso con alta qualità. Grazie

The hotel is ok. The service is excellent and that's what makes it stand apart. The location overall is great, but it was difficult to find as it's in a back ally. Parking is on the street and you need to move the car in the middle of the night to avoid a parking ticket. We didn't try the breakfast as we had other plans, but the setup looked quite nice. The large bed is one that is actually 2 beds put together with a topper. This is a major issue. I understand why management would choose this as it provides more options to accommodate various guests, but the execution never works in any hotel. There's always a dip in the middle and the beds move apart in the middle of the night making sleeping a nightmare; we did not sleep well. This is also the first business (hotel, rest. etc.) that i have experienced in Vietnam that did not have a butt spray cleaner in the toilet area. We were disappointed with that. There is also a terrible cigarette smell in the hallways. It's par for the course for hotels in Asia to have this and I recognize the challenge hotels need to deal with; just unfortunate as the first impressions going up to the room were really effected by it. Cleaning the air and washing the carpets do help a little bit, but really the only way to overcome this is to replace the carpets completely and strictly enforce a no-smoking policy by the staff. Overall, the stay was ok. There is a lot of value for the money to be found here and the friendly staff are what really make the property worth a look, as is the convenience to the walking street for dinner and fun on the weekends.
