Vantaggi: Comodo, si mangia al piano di sotto. Il bagno in camera è molto buono. C'è un maestro alla porta che ti guida al parcheggio. Svantaggi: I servizi delle camere nel nuovo hotel sono rotti: il telefono è rotto e il pulsante di chiusura della finestra è rotto, quindi non sono riuscito a dormire tutta la notte. Le macchine sulla strada qui sono molto rumorose, anche nel cuore della notte . L'acqua del bagno può alternarsi tra fredda e calda, 4,5 volte in un minuto. Ci sono volute 2 ore per chiedere al cameriere di consegnare asciugamani di carta e acqua, e ho dovuto ricordarglielo molte volte. C'è un altro bug: dopo il check-in, un cameriere ti aiuterà a ritirare i bagagli, ma ti verranno inviati solo all'ascensore. In effetti, non è necessario inviarteli un hotel a cinque stelle È strano mandarlo in ascensore, ma non va bene.

La stanza aveva un cattivo odore e il rumore della ventilazione era forte quando la finestra veniva aperta. Sembrava nuova e la stanza era ancora umida.

Hotel located about 1km from the entrance to the Huangshan mountains (Southern Gate entrance), quick walk through town or you can call a taxi. Exceptional cleanliness: lobby, corridors, and the room itself. Clean and sanitized bathrooms, bed and bedding, and smoke-free as promised. A/C was working as was the hot/cold water in the standing shower, no broken or dimmed lights in the room I booked. Hotel has a free laundry room on the 6th floor as promised but the facility only has two washing machines and two dryers, all four machines were working during my stay.

Great stay, clean room, good bathroom. Free fruit is appreciated, and advice on hiking routes + free shuttle to transfer station is great. No complaints.

The room is huge & the room is very clean. The staff including front desk, cleaners & drivers are all very friendly & helpful. They even delivered a goodnite pack on our first night.

Clean spacious room. Excellent toilet flashing system. Strong powerful shower. Good breakfast and the hotel restaurant food is good as well. Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Chef is friendly too.

酒店地理位置優越，早上6點開始有專車送到逍遙溪換乘點，回來大巴在酒店對面就有站點。 訂了2天的親子房，適合帶娃的家庭，不會住的太侷促。 陽台上有秋千，娃很喜歡。 酒店有登山杖和雨衣提供，爬山的下午山上下起了雷陣雨，雨衣正好用上了。

房間很乾凈，很舒服，位置不錯，附近超市和飯店很多，很方便，服務人員也都很熱情。特別表揚劉店長，雖然華住會的規則真的很噁心，攜程預訂的酒店不能享受華住會的會員延遲退房服務，但是劉店長還是耐心解釋和幫助協調，即便最後還是沒能延遲退房，但是服務感受度是好的。推薦！

嗯，很一般吧！衹能説，黃山風景真的絕美！早上前台一個小夥子很不咋的，上班穿着自己的衣服～問問題回答的也比較冷漠，不知道是零工還是怎樣，很丟份～女性工作人員都很不錯，服務都很好～
