We got the room with the pool and the sea view, we love to play in the swimming pool so much, eyjoy the beautiful scenery there

Good location, good price, lots of parking, not far night market

This hotel is very similar like many other hotels in Thailand. I do not know why I felt slight headache and strong throat inflammation. Later I realised someone put glue in the kettle in very sneaky intended as per the photo. Also there are coincidental “renovations” in the hotel area that is a violation of safety to people due to its fumes. Luckily I do not feel that affected due to preboil dilution of water but with some minor symptoms due to lack of safety in hotel. This has led to me spill hot water on myself when talking to hotel reception that lied to my face about room availability. Also the kettle in new room was worse. I should not have choose to stay at this hotel or premise but did due to problems with Trip.com I would not recommend this is hotel to people as besides the above there are many other reasons.

I'd say the hotel was good, especially the room in the new building. However, there's something that should be improved. To begin with, I found that only few staff are friendly and service minded. We weren't impressed by the two female receptionists during our stay. It's understandable that your hotel has a lot of guests but that doesn't mean that some of the guests should be ignored and not treated well. Apart from that, I would suggest that the breakfast at the hotel should be adjusted. As your hotel provides the self- making breakfast on the pan, which might be good for both employees that it might lessen their restaurant responsibilities and guests for cooking meals as the way they want. There's something that should be concerned that those pans cause a ton of smoke in the dining room, which can be bad for your employees' health and the room itself can be all smoky. Overall, these are problems that I have experienced during our stay, and hope that they should be improved. Best.

Solo travel for two nights -The room was ok and fair enough .. only one thing I always need when I have trip "bathtub" i did expect to have bathtub when the room show up have bathtub for this room type .. -Car parking was so lovely -The room was clean -if you stay near building only 1 mins walk to your building -the hotel near 7/11 I have another booking with this hotel in April only one reason I afraid that I might not get bathtub ( I book different room type with bathtub) Well this hotel good enough to stay for short term.

In room shower 🚿 doesn't work. Old materials. They don't clean room only change towels and sheets. Other where are dirty. Personal reception are not professional and clever, 10 times I must explain about my reservation. So 3/10

Spacious and clean room. Considered here first choice when brought to Hua Hin.

Hotel overall ok but room on photos of different websites are different and room provided could be better as per photos that hotel showed me. Not that conducive for me to recover from flu. In hotel dining were limited. Hotel did not accede to their suggestion of same room and kettle in room was dirty.

It was very convenient place to go to the beach.

Good location near market village and cicada market about 10-15 minutes, staff friendly

Nice place to stay for working

location: 5-10 min drive to city centre, there is a convenient store near by the hotel. Service: At night shift, there is only 1 staff but he must do multi task; driver - pick up guest from car parking to lobby, reception - check in and bring the guest to the room. So guest must wait if they come to check in same time during the night. Should provide more staff for afternoon shift or night shift Room & Amenities: a room size is big but amenities in room and furniture a bit out of date.

- Bell boy , Good service and advice about hotel informations - Reception , arrange the room types as we requested - Room is clean and no outside noise disturbing - Car parking is Suitable - Swimming pool is suitable for children - Not sure if it can walk to the sea or not
