Hotel che accettano animali domestici a Houston

Due camere sono state prenotate, una con macchina da caffè e una non è stata inviata.La posizione è buona, centro città.

La struttura si trova a pochi passi dal mall The Galleria. All’ingresso é presente un servizio concerge con un ampio parcheggio coperto che viene utilizzato anche da altri hotel delle vicinanze (in pochi metri ce ne sono diversi). Gli spazi interni della zona ricevimento, ristorante e colazione sono molto ampi. Sono presenti una palestra, piscina all’aperto, diverse sale per meeting La stanza è davvero spaziosa, stile arredi moderno. Bagno con doccia, non troppo grande ma adeguato al tipo di camera Una cosa che non tutti fanno (facendo il paragone con strutture della stessa categoria) é il cambio asciugamani giornaliero e rifacimento letto.

Già questo hotel ha camere fantastiche. Io viaggio in tutta gli Stati Uniti ora e le camere sono spaziose e buone strutture. Tuttavia, un hotel è sempre buono quando nulla va male. Quando hai bisogno di aiuto o qualcosa va storto, hai davvero un vero senso di quello che un hotel è tutto. La stanza che ero in stato di difficoltà con il bagno quando sono tornato dopo un giorno di uscita. Mi è stato consigliato di aspettare fino alla mattina senza bagno o doccia fino a quando la persona di manutenzione è arrivata il giorno successivo. Ho anche cercato di accedere al mercato 24/7 per essere consigliato che non potevano servirmi perché non avevano accesso al panno. Se solo mi fermassi in una stanza senza bisogno di niente, consiglierei questo hotel in modo molto appropriato, ma se qualcosa va male o avete bisogno di aiuto....

La stanza era pulita e anche se eravamo in ascensore era molto buona. Le letti erano comodi. Il colazione era uno dei migliori che abbiamo mai avuto e era incluso nel prezzo. Il servizio Valet era $55 ma potresti parcheggiare in un parcheggio intorno alla strada se volessi. La parte migliore per noi è l'hotel è solo un isolato dalla Phoenixia! Certamente saremo tornati!

Forse la mia aspettativa per il continente è troppo alta. Penso che l'hotel con più di 200 coltelli dovrebbe essere buono, ma il rapporto costo-beneficio è generalmente incompatibile con il mercato interno, la stanza non è grande, non c'è minibar, e la colazione è disabile ogni giorno, circa cinque o sei tipi, e la stanza non può essere ritirato, Il servizio di ricetta è generalmente.Il vantaggio è che il trasporto è conveniente, molto vicino all'Università di Rice, e molti posti di pranzo intorno a un chilometro, l'hotel può prendere un autobus gratuito entro un chilometro.

Hotel terribile nel centro di Houston. Bella e benvenuto personale che ci ha fatto facilmente controllare e rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevole per 3 notti. L'hotel ha un ristorante Sam che è sorprendente, buoni hamburger e una selezione di birre. Uno dei punti è che la chiesa intorno alla strada attira una folla di persone che aspettano di ottenere risorse e cibo libero per mangiare

1. *DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Houston at the Galleria IS THE FIRST HILTON-MANAGED HOTEL I'm STAYING IN WITH SUCH UNHOSPITABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL FRONT OFFICE STAFF. 2. The front office staff, unfortunately, are a new guest’s first contact but they lack professionalism and decorum. First impressions last forever, they say. 3. They don’t wear name tags at the front office (except Pinky Pradhan), so they carry on providing sub-standard services in anonymity. 4. THE RESTAURANT STAFF ARE ALL SO CORDIAL & SO NICE. 5. The food was excellent. 6. The facilities are super (gym and pool) except that the lifts are so slow and were perpetually being fixed for the seven nights I stayed there. 7. Only one electric power outlet (charging point) in the King size room, which was far from the work desk. So, laptop use was not fun. I was on a business trip, not on holiday 8. I was told that a guest has to be Hilton Honors DIAMOND to qualify to have a bottle of water in your room...amazing! I chose the hotel because of its proximity to JW Marriott, venue of my training, so I could do a few minutes' walk to and fro. I wish I stayed at the Marriott. I may not recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Houston at the Galleria to any one I care about.

Ok, where do I begin. When I walked in around 5:30pm on 10/9/23, I was greeted by the front desk staff, the young gentleman was very nice and friendly. I went to my room initially because the app said my electronic key was ready to use. Went to the 12th floor and nope, trek back down to the lobby and had to get a regular key. Frustrating to lug my stuff back downstairs. My room was really nice, size wise and they do clean it as well as possible but as all the reviews say, extremely outdated, needs everything replaced. What was really frustrating was the temperature of the water in the shower. Early in the morning, you turn on the water, you have to get in because you're on a time crunch. You stand there, sticking one arm at a time in the water and you're dying because it's so damn cold. By the time you get through most of your body, it finally warms up just in time to wash your hair. On my last morning there, I had a 7:20am flight so I was in that terrible cold shower earlier than I'd like to think about. Yes, I would run the water ahead of time as much as possible but come on! The hotel has potential, but they need to put some serious money into it. The hallway on the way to the elevators has some type of scented thing plugged in, I had to gag as I passed it everyday and wondered what needed to be covered up, scent wise. I've stayed at the Aria in Las Vegas, amazing smell when you walk in, they aren't trying to cover anything up, it's just a wonderful, stays with you and even provides a memory to reflect back on type of smell. Anyway, I was attending a conference. The room itself was fine, no issues there, however, each time we took a break to use the restroom down the hall by the restaurant, it was an adventure. We all laughed because you never knew which sink would leak out water and which would provide the soap. You also, typically had to use a roll of paper towel that sat on the counter that you had to rip off a piece to dry your hand. It was crazy. I would stay again if I absolutely had to, the convenience of attending my meeting and going up to my room during a lunch break was really nice. Sorry, I hate to give a negative review but maybe someone will listen and sink some money into this potential of a hotel. Nice employees though!
