Kentucky, Stati Uniti d'America: hotel pet friendly

I read the reviews before I booked this hotel, and they did not let me down! Exceptionally clean hotel, wonderful price for the room, perfectly friendly receptionist, the pillows were ideal for my preference, and I could not have asked for a better location in regards to access to 75! The only reason I don't give this place a perfect score is because the photos on Trip.com show a hot tub, and I was informed that there was no hot tub, and I will say that the walls were quite thin and that I could hear everybody in the hallway and the people in the rooms across from me. In terms of hotels, those are not the most disappointing things, and I plan to stay here the next time I come back to Lexington!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel diverse volte e sono sempre stato molto felice. Non sono sicuro perché la stanza con questa visita era diversa. Era pulita e il personale era bello come sempre, ma cosmeticamente, questa stanza ha bisogno di un po' di lavoro. Il muro doveva essere dipinto e risolto probabilmente da danni all'acqua, e le due sedie dovevano essere sostituite a causa di problemi di sforzo. Ma se vuoi una stanza aggiornata, sappi che la maggior parte delle stanze sembrano a posto, ma ci possono essere alcune che non sono abbastanza fino a par cosmeticamente. Tuttavia, lo darei 4 1/2 stelle.

Il servizio di reception è stato molto gentile e professionale. Tuttavia, la nostra camera non era molto pulita. Il bagno era sporco così come il lavandino del bagno e le nostre lenzuola. Il mini frigorifero non è mai stato ripulito e aveva ancora bevande da chi è stato prima di noi. Non sono mai stato in un posto che ti faccia pagare $9 per una colazione a base di cereali. Inoltre, al momento del check-in ci è stato detto che avevamo tempo fino alle 12:00 per il check-out. Un paio d'ore prima, il servizio in camera è arrivato e ha bussato alla porta e ha chiesto quando stavamo facendo il check-out. Ho pensato che fosse molto poco professionale. Inoltre, la piscina chiude alle 8, quindi se hai bambini piccoli, potresti voler esaminare di più. La posizione era davvero buona e il parcheggio era molto comodo.

It was clean the room is nice. My only problem is they take the deposit for the room off a card they say it'll be back on in 48 hours but, it actually takes 5-7 business days.

It was convenient to get to places we needed to go. There is no pool or Continental breakfast. Very little parking space.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Rendezvous room. Breakfast was excellent! Highly recommend!!

Microwave was downstairs and only one the tub was dirty and the Wi-Fi sucks
