La camera sembrava pulita. Era spaziosa. Il letto è più comodo. La camera è più tranquilla. Tuttavia, la decorazione è come andare indietro in tempo per il programma televisivo del 1980 “Dallas”. La camera da bagno ha un bidet. I contatori di marmo sono beige con linee maude.... E, ha un tappeto di paillette. Sì, paillette! Non necessariamente indossato, ma appena datato. Una decorazione molto strana. La sfortuna è che ero in una conferenza che durò fino alla fine del venerdì. Tuttavia, siamo stati costretti a controllare al mezzogiorno. Il mio collega ha lasciato la borsa con il desk front, e la hanno persa! La gente del desk front sembrava dispersa e le loro scuse: hanno più di 100 borse da immagazzinare! Ok, se vanno a ospitare conferenze, devono avere sistemi in grado di gestire i grandi gruppi e il loro bagaglio. Che cazzata non organizzata. Infine hanno trovato il bagaglio vicino al desktop, non in un'area sicura. Inoltre, l'hotel non ha nulla di vicino/passeggiata. Hanno “gallerie” in nome loro, ma quando ho chiesto come arrivare lì... hanno detto che è a 3 miglia... un autobus vi prenderebbe e vi prenderebbe, dopo che le arrangiere sono state fatte. Tre miglia da qui... hanno preso libertà creative a sostenere la “galleria” in nome loro. Considerando che non c'è niente vicino, ho chiesto dove sarebbe il loro negozio regalo/sundry. Il desk mi ha puntato a una tavola di bar di dolce. Si', una traccia di bar di dolce era il loro ”sala regalo”. La conferenza era piena di persone nelle sale e troppo spesso si trovava intorno al tavolo da pranzo. Il cibo era un prezzo tipico dell'hotel. In generale, l'esperienza era solo ”ok”. Non avrei deciso di avere una conferenza in questo hotel. E, certamente non avrei deciso di rimanere qui, se non per affari e la conferenza. L'esperienza era solo “meh”.

Although this is still my favorite hotel in the Houston area I wasn’t extremely impressed this stay. Our air conditioner was blowing hot air so we slept with the balcony door open. On our final day the shower wouldn’t drain.
I will still continue to stay here because the staff is excellent and the location is perfect. And the views are amazing

Stay was beyond excellent. The room was clean, fresh smelling and the bed super comfortable. Staff were friendly and professional. Shout out to David who gave us a warm welcome. Hotel does NOT charge for parking, which is highly unusual. The hotel offers a parking garage and surface parking behind the hotel. The location is very convenient. Without traffic it was only a 15 minute drive to downtown, 10 minutes to the Galleria and 10 minutes to Memorial Park. The challenge is navigating the frontage roads to actually get to the hotel, but Waze or Google Maps was spot on with the guidance. The hotel definitely has an older architectural style, but the rooms are super clean and well maintained. The concierge lounge is stocked with sodas, flavored water and snacks. Soundproofing was sufficient that we never were bothered by the freeway noise! We stay at dozens of hotels on an annual basis, and this hotel is simply one of the best run properties we have experienced. Definitely would recommend this property and stay here again.

1. *DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Houston at the Galleria IS THE FIRST HILTON-MANAGED HOTEL I'm STAYING IN WITH SUCH UNHOSPITABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL FRONT OFFICE STAFF.
2. The front office staff, unfortunately, are a new guest’s first contact but they lack professionalism and decorum. First impressions last forever, they say.
3. They don’t wear name tags at the front office (except Pinky Pradhan), so they carry on providing sub-standard services in anonymity.
4. THE RESTAURANT STAFF ARE ALL SO CORDIAL & SO NICE.
5. The food was excellent.
6. The facilities are super (gym and pool) except that the lifts are so slow and were perpetually being fixed for the seven nights I stayed there.
7. Only one electric power outlet (charging point) in the King size room, which was far from the work desk. So, laptop use was not fun. I was on a business trip, not on holiday
8. I was told that a guest has to be Hilton Honors DIAMOND to qualify to have a bottle of water in your room...amazing!
I chose the hotel because of its proximity to JW Marriott, venue of my training, so I could do a few minutes' walk to and fro. I wish I stayed at the Marriott. I may not recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Houston at the Galleria to any one I care about.

Shocked that this place has such good reviews. Three stars is generous. First off, I arrived at 4:15 and my room wasn’t ready. Check in is at 3. They asked if I would be fine downgrading my room since those rooms were available. I declined so had to wait about 30 minutes for my room. The room was fine, nothing great. The kitchen was nice I will say, as well as the bathroom. The bathroom wasn’t perfectly cleaned though. Their was a hair in the shower and white splatters on the door and wall. The bed was hard and the pillows were small and terrible. The sheets had been used way too many times and the fabric was beading up. They felt very worn. One of the pillows had a black smudge on it upon arrival as well. The remote was sticky but the AC worked well at least. As for the amenities, the breakfast was not great. Half of the items/options weren’t available all 3 mornings I was there. The juice was watery, bananas over ripe. Very disappointing. In the gym, I hoped to use the treadmill. The incline on it was broken but the rest of the gym was fair. The pool is small, water was cloudy and they have no hot tub. Upon checkout at 5 am, I requested a receipt to show my balance was $0 since this was a work trip. They informed me they weren’t printing receipts and I would be emailed one at the 11 am checkout time. Insane to me but I was given no other option. Well that time rolled around and I wasn’t sent one. I did call and they sent it to me immediately. The hotel is newer but the elevators are worn down, there were dead spiders in the main hallway and the main areas are very stuffy. Parking was okay, not a huge lot but they weren’t busy when I was there. The location, I was informed, is not great or safe. Being from out of town, I had no clue. I never felt unsafe but I didn’t venture out at all. The surrounding area left much to be desired as places to eat, shop and things to do. Location was decent to the interstate. I would not stay again.

UUtente ospiteRecentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere in un ostello giovanile che si è dimostrato davvero per le sue eccezionali qualità. La sua posizione, in una zona residenziale, è stata incredibilmente conveniente, offrendo un tranquillo ritiro solo una bicicletta di distanza dal centro della città, senza 10 minuti per essere esattamente.
L'ostello è gestito da un bellissimo coppia la cui ospitezia non conosceva alcun limite, che non solo erano disposti ad aiutare con qualsiasi problema che si è verificato, ma anche andavano oltre e oltre fornendo biciclette. Questo pensiero ha notevolmente migliorato la mia mobilità intorno a Houston, permettendomi di raggiungere rapidamente diversi destinazioni.
Quello che ha messo a parte questo ostello è stato l'attenzione al dettaglio e la gamma di servizi complimentari, tra cui biscotti, latte, cereali, caffè e tè. La pulizia e la tecnologia intelligente in tutta la casa hanno contribuito a un soggiorno senza saldatura, rendendolo la migliore esperienza di ostello che abbia mai avuto. Le toletta in forma di svana sono un testamento per la dedizione dei proprietari al dettaglio, aggiungendo un toccante di eleganza e cura.
Il caldo del posto era simile a essere a casa, con i proprietari sempre pronti a chattare, disposti a rispondere alle domande, e a condividere le loro storie e esperienze. Uno dei punti di attenzione per me è stato la mappa del mondo sulla parete della sala da soggiorno, dove gli ospiti potrebbero pin i loro paesi di origine, un modo divertente e interattivo per collegarsi con i viaggiatori.
In sintesi, questo ostello era più che un posto per soggiornare; si sentiva come una casa, o forse più accuratamente, un soggiorno. E' senza dubbio il miglior ostello che abbia mai soggiornato in tutto il mondo, mescolando il comfort di una casa con lo spirito avventuroso di un ostello.

EEbenezerAbbiamo soggiornato a Home2Suite durante il nostro ultimo viaggio a Houston, ma è stato quello a Pearland. Abbiamo arrivato a questo uno tardi di notte e il personale al dipartimento frontale era molto amichevole. Tuttavia, una volta entrato nell'ascensore, siamo stati benvenuti con un forte odore grasso. La strada della sala aveva un po'di ruggine che era pulita ma ovviamente vecchia.
La principale preoccupazione era la stanza con un buco nel tetto all’interno del bagno che godeva acqua in tutto il pavimento. La prima denuncia al personale non aveva nulla di spazio vuoto, che erano stati completamente prenotati. Ci siamo occupati per i primi tre giorni perché siamo stati all'aperto la maggior parte del tempo. La camera è stata poi cambiata in una più comoda.
L'altra cosa era la piscina, i miei figli volevano davvero nuotare durante il nostro soggiorno, ma il personale ha detto che c'era una maniglia rotta e chiusa.
Il colazione era anche buono, ma con poche varietà da scegliere.

JjennifermN1408IFI travel frequently for pleasure and work. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. I genuinely felt they went out of their way to make my stay the best it could be. My dog traveled with me and he got spoiled too by the staff. Will be back again soon. This will always be my first choice for stays in Houston. The staff at this hotel are top notch! Thank you all for that, you made this visit stand out from other properties. Ross and I can't wait to visit again soon!

Ha parlato con noi del nostro viaggio e dei nostri lavori e ci ha detto tutte le strutture disponibili. La stanza era pulita e tranquilla. Il colazione mattina era il vostro colazione medio hotel, ma aveva più opzioni di quanto non vedo di solito così vicino alla fine del colazione. Non hanno iniziato a pulire il colazione proprio alla fine, che era bello perché ci hanno lasciato continuare a pascolare su quello che era rimasto prima di finalmente toglierlo circa 20 minuti dopo la fine del colazione. Ci sono stati bagni a basso costo nella macchina da vendita che potresti comprare se dimenticassi qualcosa a casa tua, e la macchina da vendita di cola aveva bevande fredde a basso costo. Ho avuto un bel tempo per stare in questo hotel e sarei sicuramente tornato se fossi ancora in zona. Ho soggiornato in questo marchio di hotel (Choice Hotels) prima e ho sempre avuto una grande esperienza.

UUtente ospiteSono stato in fretta e ho dovuto andare all'ufficio del passaporto- Questo hotel è convenientemente situato a due isolati di distanza. Alla mia entrata mi sono sentito caldamente accolto e mi è sembrato una casa in alto scala. Anche se la mia stanza era piccola e elegante, è quello che ho pagato. Il letto era confortevole con quattro cucchiai di fiocchi pronti a accogliere la mia testa da un giorno di viaggio. Il cibo qui era eccellente con un servizio super veloce. Che cosa mangio? cena: biscotti e frittelle con frittelle francesi. Colazione: uova più facili, bacon, croissant con latte, patate (le patate non erano la mia preferita ma non erano orribili). Mi è piaciuto Edgar’s Brother e il personale che siamo così gentili e utili, puntandomi nella giusta direzione perché sono dimenticato di segnare.
I miei servizi sono stati molto amici, la mia stanza era pulita con i cookie complimentari e un'esperienza incredibile.

UUtente ospited by Marriot houston westchase asa johnson You CAUTION! THEY RELEASED MY PREPAID ROOMS AND WE ARRIVED ON A RED EYE FLIGHT TO NO WHERE TO STAY WITH ALL SURROUNDING HOTELS FULLY BOOKED. These rooms were confirmed for weeks before. They never called or emailed until that they oversold. I literally called when I was in my rental letting them know I was on the way, and they told me sorry I will need to call another hotel because they over booked. Why they gave someone both if our double rooms, I don't know??? I explained that is unacceptable. Here are photos of the rooms they sent put us in due to their inconsideration. Nasty just nasty. Mold, Hair, dirty, ran down. They finally sent a cancellation email after we showed up for our reservation. Austin Gerdes the Assistant is the general manager that gave away our rooms and he wouldn't return any calls. I felt bad for the poor lady on duty trying to clean up his mess. She gave him my number over the phone but he never called. How inconsiderate. This is a business trip and they started it off as a nightmare. Horrible practice and damaging to Marriot's reputation.

BBeijingaliangL'hotel è situato a ovest della città, a quasi dieci chilometri dalla Città cinese.Ci sono vari ristoranti intorno a cui i clienti possono scegliere di andare.La pratica economica può iniziare a cucinare da soli. Il cortile è molto tranquillo. Vale la pena consigliare ai viaggiatori di soggiornare in questo hotel.

JJenn ThomasLa posizione e il prezzo sono grandi, ma hanno un problema di roccia. Anche le foto che mostrano delle camere non sembrano niente delle camere. Quando sono arrivato per la prima volta non ho avuto una tenda da doccia e nessuna stanza di spazzatura. Anche la maggior parte delle luci erano anche. Mi ci sono voluti tre giorni per avere una cortina di doccia nella mia stanza, e non hanno nemmeno lavastoviglie e asciugamani.
