E' appena tornato dall'Europa e ha preso un ascensore da George Bush al Doubletree Hobby. Usually don’t stay with Hilton because I’m a Hyatt guy, but the location was ideal for the customers I needed to visit during my business trip. Not a very good experience. The bed was awful. Creaked, not plush by any standard and the room itself was dark. The air temperature on the display said it was 68, but it felt like 75 in the room. The sink in the bathroom had a slow drain, and the shower head was spewing water in all directions. Clogged I’m sure. At checkout I told the agent about all this. She asked if I wanted something from the sundry store or she could ask the manager if they could give me some points. Neither really worked for me. One bright spot though was Susie at the front desk. She was helpful with our late checkout request and had a really great attitude and customer service approach. Overall, very dissatisfied for the price and probably won’t be back.

La prima notte e mezza, l'auto che è stata trasferita all'aeroporto non è andata al lavoro e l'hotel che ha guidato.La prima impressione è stata tradita, perché il comfort inn prenotato è stato riparato e indicato al paese vicino. Ma dopo due notti, mi sento bene, almeno un passaggio vicino all'aeroporto vale la pena.La colazione americana è ancora andata, il servizio è anche possibile. Anche se alcuni receptionist sono molto gentili, alcuni di solito, diverse persone lavorano ogni giorno.

Where do I begin? Room service delivered half our order and even after calling back down twice they still couldn’t get it right so I just gave up. As an American Express Platinum member I’m guaranteed late 4pm check out which I told front desk we would need. It served no purpose as housekeeping accessed my room numerous times without warning. I called the front desk to ask if there was an issue because I was checking out late. The gentleman at the front desk told me that I needed to request my late check out when I checked in… why would I need to request something I’m guaranteed per the terms of my Amex and again I told the front desk clerk we would be checking out late when I checked it. Going forward even after this call shortly afterwards a male from housekeeping walked right into my room. My husband and children were in the living area and I was in the bedroom area getting dressed ! This is a violation and extremely concerning. What if I was in the shower, a state of undress or a sleep and this man without warning has entered my room. We packed up our things and immediately went to the front desk. The manager apologized and moved our checkout to 9pm but once we were in the car I told my husband I just didn’t feel safe returning and we elected not to return. This is a serious issue and I don’t think I’ll return to this Four Seasons location.

Ho trascorso 3 notti in questo hotel. La stanza era bella con un letto molto comodo. La pulizia avrebbe potuto essere migliore, perché c'era un strato di polvere sopra il cappello. Non c'era neanche una crema da bagno o una sapone da bagno che dovevo chiedere alla signora di pulire. Ho scelto questo hotel come diceva che avevano un ristorante sul sito, ma era una vera signorina. Il ristorante serviva colazione e cena. Il menu per colazione e cena era probabilmente il più breve e triste che abbia mai visto. Per cena c'erano 2 tipi di salate e 2 tipi di hamburger, una con carne e una vegetariana. Ho preso il hamburger di carne entrambe le sera. La prima sera il hamburger era estremamente salino e asciutto, la seconda sera era molto meglio e di fatto buono. Per pranzo c'era una selezione di opzioni congelate per comprare e cucinare nella microonde nella stanza. Il personale è stato amichevole e utile, ma in generale non è un hotel che userò di nuovo, poiché ci sono molte altre opzioni nelle vicinanze.

We stayed one night pre-cruise. The shuttle arrived quickly to the airport to pick us up. Check in was a breeze and Anakaren was extremely pleasant and helpful. She greeted us with a smile and a good ole Texas welcome!! Anthony was helpful as well and provided us with some complimentary toiletries for the night. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of items. The lady who was working at the breakfast area was very hard working. The suite was clean and bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed staying here when we visited Houston for two nights, arriving and leaving by air and spending our full day sightseeing in the downtown area. We did not want to rent a car; it was therefore very useful that the hotel is a few minutes’ walk from the stop for local bus into downtown Houston (45 mins journey) and offers a complimentary airport shuttle. Our room was nice (though it did not have a safe), the staff were friendly and helpful and the complimentary breakfast was satisfactory.
