El personal es muy atento y servicial. Me gusto mucho las habitaciones y descanse. Me gusto las camas. Seguro regreso. y me quedare mas dias. Ubicacion cerca del aeropuerto.

Requires updating, rugs are dirty, elevators smell Our room didn’t appear to be completely clean and reservations was for a party of 3 there wasn’t enough towels

Phone didn’t work, room service was confusing and didn’t bring any silverware, front desk was rude, had to walk to restaurant to order room service

Only 8 minutes from the airport and it's a lovely place with even lovelier people. The waitresses at breakfast were very friendly. I would definitely stay again

This was a nice place to stay and seemed clean and well maintained. It has a good shuttle service to and from the airport. The restaurant on-site was also nice and the food and service were also very good

Well….we checked in late, so it was dark outside. My child has a nut allergy. Her dad can’t see well and she didn’t read the label fully.i was handling the car/parking/etc. So needless to say we had a long night! Why not give out sugar cookies? Or chocolate chip cookies? No one is allergic to those! That’s the only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars. Otherwise I loved the 24 hr shuttle service to the airport and $8/per day parking. Bed was comfy and the room was quiet.

We tried two different Houston Airport hotels this trip and this was definitely the best one. Comfy bed, reliable and frequent airport shuttle, close to the airport, and friendly service. Everything was clean and the room very quiet and comfortable.
