Excellent location with amazing view. I must say we were very lucky on our last day two of the staff member are going above and beyond to assist us to change our shuttle bus from Lake Toya to Sapporo instead of going to the airport. The two staff on our last day was super helpful they call the shuttle bus company straight away to check and not just checking the paper . ( As we have been checking 2 days in the row with other staff member but all they did was checking the paper or system） I can clearly see the difference whether the staff willing to help or not, so we were very lucky to meet the 2 senior staff on our last day in the morning who quickly fix for us. Thank you so much!! Hotel can all be the same but it depends which staff member who are willing to go above and beyond which makes a huge difference to their customer.

Located close to the lake side and the one and only commercial area at Toya. Very convenient. Food was just so so at the buffet area.

PLEASE OPT FOR THE HOTEL BUFFET DINNER! Best hotel buffet with a humongous spread and really every thing was tasty! To get to the hotel from Sapporo, it’s best to make reservation early for the shuttle bus. If that is full, do make a reservation with Donan Bus (do note that it needs reservation even though google map shows it as an option route). Otherwise, you can just do the typical Rapid Train- Toya station and take a bus there( which stops a 3 minutes walk away) . Hotel has a big onsen, the outdoor one gives you a great view of Lake Toya, the indoor one has many pool and sauna/mist room. Hotel also has an old school Sento if you would like to experience the old school way. Rooms were spacious, service was good. Great option if you want to enjoy lake Toya at a slower pace!

The onsen was great and the outdoor onsen has a great view of lake Toya. The dinner and breakfast spread were amazing too. Our stay at Nonokaze was the best this holidays. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay with wonderful views of Lake Toya from the room. Buffet dinner and breakfast were great as well. Right by the lake so it’s easy for a nice scenic stroll.

Great stay if one has a relatively generous budget $$ to experience Japanese hospitality, a slightly more luxurious feel of a holiday. Hospitality, housekeeping, sauna, and the buffet dinner was excellent! Views from the rooms looking out into Lake Toya was also no doubt magnificent! Great views across the lake for avid joggers in the morning!

Good hotel for family trip, buffet has wide selections and facilities are good

We booked a 3-person room for me, my husband, and mum-in-law. The room was spacious and with a really good view of the lake. I've watched the Lake toya fireworks before, and this hotel had the best fireworks view as we could see the whole display unblocked from start to end. Love the buffet spread and even the whole layout of the restaurant. We had no issue with parking and checking in. Overall we had a really good time relaxing and enjoying the view.

THE BEST AND MEMORABLE STAY IN HOKKAIDO. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. one night may not be sufficient if you want to get away from the crowd and rejuvenate. Be early for all meal time as you will miss the BEST SEATS which come with the BEST VIEW. Dinner and breakfast spread was superb. The 4th image was taken from our room.

Room is spacious and comfortable. The main selling point is the hotel facing the lake. However, there’s not much in Toya itself. The onsen isn’t as great as those in Noboribetsu. My friend had an upset stomach after having the buffet dinner.. The freshness of seafood served is questionable.

Totally worth every penny. Everything was great from service to the awesome buffet at dinner and breakfast to the room and view. The pyjamas was really smooth and comfy. 😂 Mininum 2 nights would be great. Sad i only stayed for a night. The view is fantastic and the buffet dinner is really good. A lot of detail in the preparation. Only con point is that the private onsen got fully booked when we check in.

Everything was impeccable. They provide wonderful service with welcome drinks. The view from rooms are amazing! We enjoy the onsen very much, even the kids. The buffet meals are worth it too! Highly recommended for all!
