Special thanks to Ms Haraba. She was patient and helpful during our check in. The food was very good. We got a high floor and could watch the fireworks from our room. It was truly a fantastic stay. Would come back to this hotel on the future.

Love the beautiful view of Lake Toya from the hotel room and dining area. The buffet breakfast and dinner was fabulous and customer service was good. There’s special meal ticket for 2nd night dinner. Free valet parking and convenient to get around places.

Everything about the hotel was great! Beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely first impression of hotel. Room very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner was good. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back in the future.

The hotel consider quite expensive, but it's really worth for money. The view of the Toya lake is fantastic and the room is huge. The dinner and breakfast provided were great, Highly recomended.

Perfect location on the lake for the view and the night time fireworks! Beautiful interiors and rooms. Onsen is very nice. Buffet dinner and breakfast were excellent... So much choice and everything was really tasty and fresh! The welcome when you check in is great, the valet parks your car for you and you walk in to welcome drinks/cookies. Loved it!

Highly recommended staycation! Hotel dinner buffet are great, firework just right in front of the hotel. Can enjoy and relax whole day in the hotel with onsen/lounges.

Stayed here in early Aug 2023. It was a very pleasant experience, or rather the best throughout my stay in Hokkaido. Booked a club room and play area was just right outside the room, perfect for my 2.5yo boy. He loved it so much that he was asking for hotel playground even when we had moved on to other hotel. Room is huge, view is good, bed is comfy. Hotel breakfast and dinner were great, but not exceptional. It would be great to have more varieties during breakfast time.

The view was fantastic. Especially so during the fireworks. The onsen on level 9 is really good. Very happy that I spent two nights at this wonderful hotel

Great location and service. Really enjoyed ourselves. But hotel rooms might be a little dated for the price (peak season).
