Mio marito e io siamo molto delusi di Park Hyatt Niseko. Abbiamo prepagato e prenotato un soggiorno per marzo 2023. Poi abbiamo avuto un conflitto con le nostre date e abbiamo contattato l'app Hyatt tramite la funzione chat nel gennaio 2023 per verificare se possiamo cancellare o vedere alternative. L'agente ci ha detto che potevamo cancellare e ricevere un rimborso completo di oltre 2.000 dollari, quindi abbiamo continuato a cancellare e a tenere screenshots di questa conversazione. Tuttavia, diversi mesi dopo non abbiamo ricevuto il rimborso.Abbiamo lavorato con la nostra società di carte di credito per risolvere questo, ma sono stati informati dall'hotel che non sarà rilasciato alcun rimborso, poiché l'annullamento si è verificato entro la finestra di 60 giorni. Abbiamo tuttavia documentato la prova dell'onorevole Hyatt che ci ha detto per iscritto che sarebbe stato rilasciato un rimborso completo, altrimenti non avremmo annullato e fatto accordi alternativi. Siamo molto delusi dal vostro hotel, e considera questo estremamente disonesto, ingannevole e non tutti rappresentano un marchio hotel famoso e professionale.

La mia famiglia e io abbiamo soggiornato a Setsu per 8 notti nel gennaio 2024. Abbiamo condiviso una suite da letto che ha funzionato perfettamente per una famiglia di quattro. Le strutture della stanza erano eccellenti, con un lavastoviglie e un asciugacapelli molto utile. La stanza da sola ha cinque stelle. La posizione dell'hotel è ok. E' stato bello avere Lawsons lungo la strada e camion e ristoranti vicino (anche se le passeggiate laterali erano abbastanza fredde e non grandi per camminare di notte). Il ristorante rame dell'hotel è grande, il cibo è delizioso e il suo relativamente economico. L'hotel potrebbe fare con un'altra opzione di cibo a basso costo, perché normalmente c'era una lunga coda da entrare. Mangiamo a Luke's in hotel una notte. Il servizio era eccellente, ma era un po'eccessivo.Alcuni pesci fritti, un lato di chips e un hamburger costano circa $A180. Il hamburger era buono e dato il luogo dove non mi importava di pagare $A50 per questo, ma il pesce a $A95 era piuttosto comune (olio e molto sale).La bottiglia più conveniente di vino era $A200. La colazione era buona, ma non grande - alcune opzioni di uova fresche cucinate avrebbero avuto buona. La neve era grande - ma pochi giorni le tracce superiori erano chiuse a causa del vento. Ciò significava che le codai giù al fondo erano molto lunghe. La scuola di sci è stata una buona strada per saltare le coda - ma vale la pena essere consapevoli che solo Go Snow ottiene questo al grande hirafu - il ritmo non fa saltare nessuna coda, e NISS solo a Hanazano. Non abbiamo mai dovuto aspettare troppo, ma è stato un po' inquietante prendere sci a bordo del bus. È anche un passo fino alla gondola dalla fermata del bus - è piuttosto breve di solito, ma può richiedere 20 minuti se la coda gondola è lunga. Al contrario, il parco Hyatt ha una sciata veloce verso gli ascensori Hanazano che sembrava un modo molto più facile per andare - anche se non c'è molto da vicino all'hotel. In generale, sembra che il volume di persone a Niseko abbia superato l'altra infrastruttura, quindi non sicuramente se rientriamo.

Yvonne e i colleghi erano tutti molto lieti e sempre pronti a offrire assistenza. Molto pulito e grande scent lungo il pavimento e controllare in lobby. Libera guida a Gondola ci ha salvato l'energia che ci ha salito tutto il viaggio. Molto apprezzato per l'ottimo aggiornamento alla suite da letto con vista sulla città. Come primo stop del nostro viaggio di luna di miele, mia moglie e io eravamo felici e già perdevamo la nostra esperienza di riposo!

Sansui was not yet opened when we make the decision to stay there for our honeymoon. No review was available before we made the booking for 3 nights at the Sansui’s Studio. We don’t know what exactly to expect. Thankfully, we are delightfully surprised. The hotel really delivered a wonderful experience for our first-time visiting Niseko. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the receptionists. They were polite and friendly. Our room was clean and tidy. It is not large but it fits 2 unfolded 30-inch luggages. We have wonderful Mt. Yotei view. We registered private snowboarding lessons via hotel and rent gear in in-house rental shop. I would suggest visitors head down to the rental shop on B/F to complete the fitting process for your gears before the day of lesson. The staff will store your gears in corresponding locker. You will be able to put your gears the next day in no time. The “Ski in ski out” entrance is right next to the rental shop which is very convenient. We really enjoyed the shower and private Onsen after class. Our car was parked in front of the hotel during our stay since the basement park is already full. We had to move our car two times during our stay upon hotel staff’s request due to the limited parking spot. While it was a bit inconvenient, the staff was very apologetic and understanding which I appreciated. I would suggest guests try to reserve a basement parking spot because there is only very few available. We didn’t use the bus service heading to supermarket/ restaurants this time, but we will try next time. We opt to cook for lunch and dinner since the produces and meats are such great value in Hokkaido and Sansui’s kitchen is very well equipped. Pros: Good location near beginner slope, private snowboarding lesson, private Onsen with Mt. Yotei, door camera, USB C power outlet, Germany made ROSENTHAL cups, ZOJIRUSHI kettle, well equipped kitchen with 1 pan 1 pot, dish soap, large HITACHI washer dryer with laundry detergent, Imabari towels, towel heater, ICOR skincare set, rental gears in good condition Cons: Small car park, body wash not suitable for dry/sensitive skin (probably whole Hokkaido), no body lotion I am not sure guests are able to see Mt. Yotei in every single rooms. There are no Mt. Yotei view for selection in official online reservation. I do hope Sansui could maintain the quality when we visit next time.

10月の連休に宿泊しました。 館内に入るとラウンジの目の前に羊蹄山が綺麗に見え圧巻です。 全18室の小規模な宿です。 客室は山の間と水の間の2タイプで、今回は水の間に宿泊。 ベッドルーム・リビング・畳の間に半露天風呂の温泉がありました。 印象としては広々としてクローゼットがたくさんあったのが良かったです。 ただ本館から一番離れた羊蹄山側の部屋だったので、低層だった分、部屋からの羊蹄山の景色は微妙でした。 露天風呂も2～3人は入れる広さで源泉掛け流し→贅沢です。 今回は食事にも感動しました。 2日ともダイニングではなく鉄板カウンターと和食（割烹カウンター）で食べましたが、この規模の旅館でカウンター２つあることにまず驚きです。 鉄板焼きも美味しく頂けましたが、和食はかなりレベルが高く都会でもなかなか出会えない食事を堪能できました。 強いて言えば、朝食の量が少ない（年配のお客が多いからかな？）印象です。 坐忘林・パークハイアットニセコ・リッツカールトンリザーブニセコとこの近辺は過去に泊まった事がありますが、このエリアでは一番好きな宿です。

In febbraio 2023, vivevo nel mezzo della stagione sciistica.Rispetto all'hotel circostante, l'aspetto sembrava caldo costruito durante il periodo di abbattimento. Penso che sarebbe perso.Ma l'interno è nuovo, l'interno della stanza (anche se la stanza sembrava sia nuova che vecchia) moderno e confortevole. La grande piscina pubblica è calda e ha una piscina aperta.Ci sono molte persone nella stagione sciistica, ma la camera da letto è grande, quindi posso lavarmi una salsa leggera.Il cibo è un buffet, ma è più autentico, la donna e il biff sono deliziosi.Questo è oltre le mie aspettative. La risposta del personale cattivo (soprattutto del ricevitore) è delicata.Anche quando si tratta di procedure di imbarco, il numero di clienti è molto alto, e il responsabile ha solo 1-2 nomi.Inoltre, ci sono molti inglesi/ cinesi, ma ci sono molti dipendenti, e ci vuole tempo per rispondere. Alcune persone sono entrate in fila, ma non sono cosi' preoccupata.Inoltre, ho solo detto che ho bisogno di un'istruzione.Anche se ho chiesto quando il bagno era, mi sono solo detto ”scrivere”.Che si tratti di hotel economici all'estero o di alcuni hotel di classe in Giappone, spero che tu abbia un altro ospite. Per lo sci / lavastoviglie, i biglietti e il taxi saranno in un altro edificio.Forse non è solo questo hotel, ma un po' lontano, ma spero che possa migliorare un po'di comodità.In questo momento, tra cui colazione e cena, １ ２5,000 yen alla sera. Non credo che funzioni, ma spero che sia un posto dove i giapponesi possano godersi.

Ci sono molte valutazioni negative online. Ci sono ancora preoccupazioni prima di soggiornare. Parliamo dell'esperienza reale di soggiorno La camera doppia più fondamentale è stata definita, progettata con molto caldo e comoda, anche se non grande, ma cinque sporchi completi, con lavastoviglie frigorifero, lavastoviglie, evaporatore, anche con lavastoviglie, molto conveniente. L'hotel ha aperto il nuovo dicembre, temendo di avere un sapore, ma l'hotel ha preparato molto attentamente un detergente d'aria, in pratica non ha sapore. La stanza ha un piccolo balcone, direttamente davanti alla neve, e si può vedere la montagna di Liu. L'hotel ha anche un bagno a caldo pubblico, scivolare dopo la neve tutto il giorno, e lavare le cure è molto comodo, e tutti sono ventilatori Aesop e Daison.C'è anche un bagno a caldo privato pagato a Yao Mountain. Non ho avuto un buon tempo per i giorni di soggiorno.Guardare foto online è molto foto. Colazione: semi-auto-aiuto, scegliere un piatto principale + auto-aiuto non è molto aggiornato ogni giorno. Inoltre, per quanto riguarda il servizio, l'hotel di soggiorno e di partenza fornisce gratuitamente servizi di trasporto presso le stazioni vicine. È necessario inviare prenotazioni e posta in anticipo. Durante il soggiorno, anche il trasporto gratuito è fornito nella piccola città di Hirafu. Sono essenzialmente trasferimenti alfa, aggiungendo punti. Sci: Proprio sul bordo del campo di neve, sciare in sci e fuori è molto conveniente. Il primo piano ha una sala di neve. Ogni camera è dotata di neve, ci sono servizi di noleggio e scuole di sci.

Our family ski holiday started with horrors when our luggage did not arrive. Communication with the airline was super difficult and mostly lost in transactions. When arrived at the Vale Niseko and informed Mirko about the incident, he immediately took this matter into his hand. He helped coordinate with the airline and with Yamato. He continued to give us a status update throughout. A lovely hotel staff (thank you) collected our luggage from Yamato's Kutchan office and paid for the fees on our behalf. The fees were later paid out of our credit card which was on file. They did not charge us for the collecting fees at all. Mostly importantly, we did not have to lift a finger and could focus on enjoying our holiday .... thank you Mirko and the Vale Niseko team :) You all gave us a true five-star service and experience. The Vale Niseko is so lucky to have you guys. Thank you again for giving us a wonderful and unforgettable stay at the Vale Niseko. We will not stay anywhere else next time we are there. Rooms: We stayed in a 3-bedroom apartment with a view of Mt.Yotei. It is super spacious, fully equipped with a fridge, electric hob, oven, toasting machine, dishwasher, laundry/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, fireplace, TV, Yamaha blue-tooth speaker, rice cooker and more!!!! We had breakfast and lunch in our apartment nice every day, which was super convenient. The bathroom is so spacious with an onsen feel. My hubby loves it so much he wants to have one built in our new home :) Nearby activities: Food trucks, bars, restaurants, bus stops, shopping Walkability: It is in a prime location, an easy stroll to the most important places; ski rental at Rhythym, food trucks, bars, restaurants, bus stop, etc. Ski-in and out ability - Ski-in yes as it is at the bottom of the Family Ace lift. For ski-out, you need to walk up a tiny slope - it does not bother us though. Food & drinks: Vale Bar and Grill is great. We had our dinner there. Food quality and service are great. Noteworthy details: Mr. Corbella, the GM, is the best hotel GM I have ever come across. I am a seasoned traveller and have stayed in many 5-star hotels around the world but I have yet to come across someone so dedicated and committed to his job and his clients like Mirko Corbella. The hotel staff are awesome. Every staff we came across during our 6 days of staying was truly exceptional. Public onsen is great! It is spacious, clean, beautiful and not too crowded.
