Welcome to Laura's Loft at Greetham Retreat which is a very private and stylish loft apartment with glorious views through its large skylight windows. It has been purposefully designed to offer really comfortable accommodation for couples or solo travelers. It is just perfect for a romatic getaway or for anyone wanting privacy and relaxation. Laura's Loft has flexible arrival days.This first floor accommodation has its own private ground floor entrance door and stairs leading to the living areas. The Lounge is open plan with real leather and solid oak modern furniture which include a comfortable sofa and armchair, coffee table, dining table with two comfortable leather dining chairs. The flooring is real oak too and there is also oil fired central heating throughout. Light and airy living space with separate double bedroom and en suite luxury whirlpool bathroom, hand basin and WC. Television has Freesat and Freeview satellite and a wall mounted DVD player. Free Wi-Fi available.We have recently upgraded and replaced the double bed with new hotel quality luxury pocket sprung bed, the bed linen is luxury 300 TC white Egyptian cotton, and large hand & bath sheet towels are also provided. A wall mounted flat screen TV is featured in the bedroom. Cot available for infants but will be placed in living area adjacent to bedroom. This spacious cottage is in a prime location in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds and provides great views. It can accommodate up to 4 guests, plus an infant in a cot, in two bedrooms. Maggie's Mews has flexible start days. This is our most popular self catering cottage here at Greetham Retreat due to the exceptional quality of the accommodation and the stunning panoramic views seen from its windows of the surrounding countryside make it truly a cottage to remember. Suitable for couples or families with pets.Large open plan kitchen & dining area has plenty of cupboards and large work surfaces and benefits from having fully integrated modern appliances, a ceramic halogen hob, full size electric fan oven, large microwave, upright fridge freezer and full size dishwasher. and solid oak dining table with 4 comfortable high backed leather dining chairs. Real wood flooring throughout the large living space with it's leather sofas, foot stool and oak coffee tables. Flat screen wall mounted TV with adjacent DVD player and DAB radio with IPod/ MP3 player docking.Upstairs is the master bedroom featuring a luxury super king size bed again with new hotel quality pocket sprung mattress and 300TC luxury white Egyptian cotton bed linen and generously sized hand, bath mat and bath sheets. Flat screen TV in bedroom. The en suite bathroom is very spacious with a large double ended whirlpool bath and separate shower cubicle. Downstairs is a twin bedroom with 2 x 3ft beds featuring new hotel quality pocket sprung mattresses. Our linen is 300TC luxury Egyptian cotton and our provided towels are generously sized hand and bath sheets and has a wall mounted flat screen TV in this bedroom. The downstairs en suite bathroom features a shower cubicle.
