Returning to the AYANA, and specifically staying at the beautiful AYANA Segara, was an absolute delight! Our second visit confirmed why this is our favorite resort in Bali—it truly excels for families. Family Paradise: Our 3-year-old son absolutely loved the dedicated kid's facilities. The Kid's Club is outstanding, offering engaging activities, and the kid's pool provided hours of safe, splashing fun. Knowing he was happy made our vacation incredibly relaxing. Exceptional Dining: The breakfast was, once again, delicious and featured a huge, high-quality variety, ensuring a perfect start to our day every morning. Access to the fantastic dining and facilities across the entire resort complex is a huge bonus. The service remains warm, friendly, and attentive. The staff recognized our loyalty and made our stay feel personal and seamless. We definitely will come back again—AYANA Segara is our trusted home away from home in Bali!

[ Professionals who welcome you like a real friend ] My stay at Sanglung Villa in Bali was absolutely flawless. The villa itself is of incredibly high quality, but what truly stole my heart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. It was wonderful to see how the local staff from the village worked together like a close-knit family, yet maintained an incredibly high level of professionalism and systematic efficiency. They operate like a well-oiled machine while keeping a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially want to give a massive shoutout to “Anggreni”—management absolutely needs to recognize what an invaluable asset she is to this property. Even though her shift officially ends at 10 PM, I personally saw her working well past 11 PM, going completely above and beyond to look after the guests with unmatched attentiveness. Her professional mindset, pure dedication, and genuine human-to-human kindness left me in absolute awe. It wasn't just good service; it was inspiring passion. Thank you to Anggreni and the entire Sanglung Villa team for making my stay unforgettable. I will definitely be back!

This is the only hotel I will stay if I come back to Kuta again. Each person has their own experience, personally, I like quiet, chill, private, and locally traditional style so I can be more immersed in the local culture. Poppies Hotel provides such entertainment and friendly services. The room, the decoration, the little garden for each cottage, and the well-designed space and the beautiful pool!! I mean, I didn’t go outside for anything, simply just staying in the hotel for whole day until my surfing class in the late afternoon. Also, I used the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner…haha, I mean just trustworthy with fresh, clean and delicious food. The staff there almost worked for 20+ years so they were like families to those who often come to Bali and stay at Poppies. The driver who provided pickup and drop off to the airport services Mag (hopefully I was right) worked there for 20 years and still loves his job! Before I left for the airport, I went to the pool and lied down for the last 30 minutes, even being a bit emotional for it was so PEACEFUL!! I love Poppies Hotel!!!

È un hotel nuovo, quindi sono soddisfatto della disposizione e delle dimensioni della stanza. Perché non è sulla spiaggia, la biancheria da letto non è umida, il che è davvero buono, e il letto è molto comodo. Lo svantaggio è che l'hotel è un po' piccola e ci sono pochi ristoranti...

Tutto a questo hotel è assolutamente delizioso agli occhi. Il colazione era incredibilmente delizioso, e lo facevamo anche in tempo per il pasto dopo il nostro viaggio di osservazione del delfino. L'omelette e il vero caffè Balinese erano assolutamente deliziosi evidenze. La proprietà è a pochi minuti’ passeggiata dalla spiaggia, che è super conveniente. E soprattutto, ho sbagliato a leggere il mio programma e ho causato problemi per il personale dell’hotel, ma mi hanno trattato con così calda ospitalità paziente e sono andato fuori dal loro modo per aiutarmi. Grazie a tutta l'equipaggio dell'hotel, specialmente al personale di front desk Madie per tutta la sua abile assistenza. Questa gita mi ha lasciato con meravigliosi ricordi inoltrabili della tour del sole del delfino. Mi piacerebbe tornare di nuovo! Tutto in hotel è molto bello agli occhi.Il colazione era molto delizioso, abbiamo ancora avuto tempo per colazione dopo aver visto i delfini.Le uova di omelet e la specialità di Bali gusto del caffè. La posizione dell'hotel è molto vicina alla spiaggia, ci vogliono solo pochi minuti a piedi.Più memorabile,Ho letto il calendario sbagliato e ho avuto tempo di disturbare l'hotel,anche se tutto il personale mi ha servito con amichevole e piena assistenza, mi fa sentire il caldo di sincerità. Grazie per l'intero hotel e per l'aiuto del personale di accoglienza Madie, che mi ha dato una grande memoria quando guardando i delfini. Molto consiglia questo hotel per vacanze!

Mi è stata assegnata una stanza che non era stata pulita: il bagno era molto sporco, nell'armadio c'erano persino delle ragnatele nella stanza. Penso che non abbiano nemmeno cambiato le lenzuola, abbiano solo messo due asciugamani puliti sul letto. È stato un brutto inizio. Ho chiesto loro di pulire e ci sono voluti mezz'ora in quattro (sì, il bagno era così sporco) Inoltre la direttrice voleva aggiungermi su whatsapp per inviarmi offerte giornaliere, quando ho rifiutato non era contenta. Quindi tutti i servizi che elencano hanno prezzi alti, giocano anche con l'interruzione di Internet in modo che tu non possa prenotare un'auto/bicicletta Gojec per un passaggio quando sanno che devi lasciare il posto. Sono pronti ad offrire i propri servizi che sono molto più costosi. Quando ho chiesto allo staff di condividere immediatamente il proprio wifi (hotspot) si è spento e Internet è tornato ”magicamente”. Durante il mio soggiorno, Internet si è interrotto improvvisamente in orari casuali (suppongo fosse connesso agli orari di partenza degli ospiti) La colazione inclusa è molto semplice e anche il cibo offerto per pranzo e cena (versione a pagamento) non è una grande varietà. Mi è stato anche rubato del cibo dal frigorifero mentre ero lì (la zona cucina e il frigorifero sono all'aperto (”l'area del patio” appartenente alla vostra camera). Quindi i cinque metri quadrati per l'appartamento vengono calcolati con questa area aperta . Il lato positivo: c'è una navetta gratuita per la spiaggia più vicina 4 volte al giorno (orari prestabiliti) e non devi pagare per accedere a queste spiagge (altrimenti lo faresti ogni volta che scendi) - se vuoi camminare ci vogliono circa 20- 30 minuti c'è una piscina all'interno dell'area il personale è cordiale (tranne la donna manager) il posto in sé è bello per riposarsi e rilassarsi Non ci tornerei, era caro per quello che offrivano.

My stay at Bobocabin Ubud was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect—nestled in the heart of Ubud’s greenery, it offers a peaceful escape with beautiful jungle views and a tranquil atmosphere. It feels private and serene, yet still close enough to Ubud’s cultural spots, cafes, and rice terraces. The cabin is very modern, smart, and comfortable. I loved the design—minimalist yet cozy—with features like voice control, mood lighting, and a Bluetooth speaker that make the stay both fun and convenient. The bed is super comfortable, the cabin is clean and well-maintained, and waking up to the sound of nature was simply magical. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made the whole experience even more enjoyable. What makes Bobocabin Ubud special is how it perfectly combines technology with nature. You get the luxury of comfort while still being immersed in the beauty of Bali’s tropical landscape. It’s an ideal place to relax, recharge, and experience something unique. I would highly recommend Bobocabin Ubud to anyone visiting Bali. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, or even solo, it’s the perfect getaway spot. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip to Ubud!

The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and you can controls to their smart window tint that lets you enjoy the sunrise in comfort. There are quite a lot of flies in the Kintamani area overall, not just in this hotel. However, you can ask the staff to borrow an insect racket, which is very helpful. 10/10—would book again without hesitation!

Un ottimo ostello per soggiornare a 2-3 giorno vicino a Batura! La qualità del prezzo è perfetta! Il numero è modesto, ma è sufficiente. L'area con una bella vista e un ospite cura. Ci sono molti voli nel giorno, ma non solo in questo ostello, ma in tutta la città vicino al lago Batur.

Для пару дней хороший отель. В самом отеле можно арендовать байк за 70К, рядом есть дайвинг центр. Можно заказать трансфер до аэропорта, так как трудно найти такси в этом районе. Я заказывал до аэропорта за 700К. Номер просторный, есть кондиционер, горячая вода и всё. Номер не убирают. Питаться можно в кафе у самого отеля. Цены приемлемы. Кафе работает до 10 вечера. До океана от отеля примерно 40 метров.
