Despite being somewhat hidden down a lane, the staff provides a warm welcome at the entrance and offers a shuttle service to ensure guests arrive comfortably. Service & Amenities: 1. Check-in Experience: The one-on-one reception service during check-in was impeccable, including welcome drinks, energy balls, a kettle, and an eco-friendly bag as welcome gifts. The rooms are bright and immaculately clean, with a strong emphasis on eco-friendliness, evident in items like the eco-paper tissue box and reusable water bottles. 2. Room Facilities: The rooms are compact yet modern, featuring a comfortable wooden soaking tub and DIY cocktail-making facilities, including ice cubes and various mixers. Additionally, the rooms are stocked with sunscreen, aloe vera gel, and hand-ground coffee tools, showcasing the hotel's attention to detail. 3. Entertainment & Activities: The hotel boasts facilities such as an infinity pool, gym, and library, all accessible to guests for free. Regular events like music festivals and yoga sessions further enrich the stay. Dining & Cuisine: The hotel houses multiple restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, including Indonesian, Italian, and Western dishes. Breakfast is served in a à la carte style, with an extensive selection of dishes and beverages, including smoothies and yogurt bowls. The Beach Club is also a fantastic spot to enjoy food and views. First of all, the staff in this resort are exceptional. From the reception desk to the restaurants, they are all very helpful, friendly and genuine. Special shout out to Rias at the reception desk, Julio at the Marriott concierge desk, Novi, Widi, Pasek and the chef at the Tanat Liat Restaurant, Astika the activity coordinator, and more who I'm sorry I didn't copy their names. They all made the resort an unforgettable place for their guests! The hotel only opened last year that's why everything is brand new. The swimming pools are so relaxing. The activities schedule is so much fun. There are 4 nights a week they offer free cocktails and they were delicious! The breakfast buffet in the Backstage restaurant is impressive, there were even ice cream for breakfast! Do not miss out the Tanat Liat restaurant, which apparently is the top restaurant in Bali on Tripadvisor. Food was exceptional, staff were excellent! The hotel is not located by the beach. But they have a shuttle bus schedule going to their hotel private beach at Nusa Dua. I will definitely be returning to this resort when I go to Bali again!

Kanishka ci ha fornito la vacanza ideale a Bali! È situato in centro a Seminyak. Basta camminare fuori dalla porta e ci sono tutte le negozi, ristoranti e strutture. Le camere sono bellamente decorate e molto pulite. La nostra camera è venuta con una piscina privata. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Si consiglia molto Kanishka!

Very impressive to keep the room well maintain and cleaniless is great. Staff are fast response to request and very polite. Special request on my wife birthday make up for the room upon call is awesome and everything ready after our breakfast. Staff would recommend restaurant, massage and place of interest.

La ricca colazione e l'a**osfera rilassata di Ubud valgono un soggiorno. Molte delle principali attrazioni circostanti sono raggiungibili a piedi, ma a causa dell'ampio ambiente di Ubud, la stanza è relativamente umida. Just back from our wonderful stay. This was our first visit for me, my husband and our kids aged 8 and 10. Everyone was wonderful, accommodating and kind. We all felt at home and their service really made our holiday. Special mention must go to Smiley and Alit. They are both such amazing people - they were an endless source of entertainment to my kids, especially playing football with my son. They seemed to know every guest by first name and nothing was too much trouble for them. The pool is stunning and well maintained, along with the gardens. The breakfast was also fantastic. We were sad to say goodbye and can't wait to come back :) Tip: Try Oil & Vinegar nearby for lunch or dinner - it was incredible.

Puri Bagus Resort in Lovina is heavenly. Everything from the lovely, detached villa, to the infinity pool is delightful. We stayed a week enjoying the beach, pool, sunsets, spa treatments, cultural show, food and beverage, and surroundings. The Deluxe Ocean Villa is a stone's throw from the beach and is very spacious with a huge main room, ocean view patio, large bathroom and showers both inside and outdoors (in a secluded space off the bathroom). Spa treatment is excellent and very affordable. The outdoor, yet private, spa treatment setting is spectacular with a close-up beach view, and beautiful pools of water and fountains around you. Yoga class can be arranged with the resort's very talented instructor, also director of the spa. Yoga takes place in a special building with glass doors opening onto the beautifully landscaped resort grounds and Bali Sea. Breakfast by the pool is a treat and features all you can eat hot and cold specialties from a buffet. Eggs and other items made to order. The management and staff are exceptionally friendly, efficient and professional. Customer service is a high priority for this staff. In the surrounding area, we enjoyed nearby waterfalls in the mountains, and hot spring swimming parks, both in the mountains and on the shore. Cooking classes can be found at the resort or within walking distance at Warung Bambu Pemaron. Lovina is a fun town to visit (free shuttle from the resort in the mornings). We stayed at Puri Bagus in 2016 as well and thoroughly enjoyed our visits on both stays. With the south of Bali becoming so much more crowded and noiser, we prefer the peace and tranquility of the north.

Tucked away in a quaint village far from the maddening crowds in Canggu et al, this is a retreat to recharge and get away from it all. The property is architecturally interesting and the room is unusually vertical, designed as a treehouse, with a bathtub and open air relaxing area at the top. The infinity pool is surprisingly deep, and there is a natural cascading waterfall right in front of it. Absolutely hidden gem of a place.

Hotel assolutamente bellissimo. Il posto più grande e impressionante in cui siamo mai stati. Il livello del servizio e dell'assistenza era ben oltre ciò che avremmo potuto immaginare. Le piscine e la spiaggia sono eccellenti. Abbiamo visitato alcune altre zone e le spiagge erano piuttosto sporche e per niente piacevoli, quindi abbiamo davvero apprezzato quanto fosse ben tenuta la nostra. Le nostre uniche lamentele (puramente per poter migliorare l'ultimo% 10) sarebbero: Alcune aree erano piuttosto sporche. Sembrava che pensassero che nessuno avrebbe guardato lì, quindi perché preoccuparsi La spa era molto bella, soprattutto il design, ma sembrava piuttosto frettolosa e non così attenta come potrebbe essere. Abbiamo predisposto anche il bagno all'aperto al termine del massaggio, ma non è stato molto piacevole a causa dello stato della vasca stessa. Il cibo è OK. Decisamente non è affatto male. Ma va bene. La nostra camera aveva una porta fastidiosa per collegare 2 stanze insieme, il che è molto obsoleto e piuttosto fastidioso in quanto c'è praticamente un buco aperto tra le stanze. I nostri vicini erano molto rumorosi e potevamo sentire tutto, compresi i loro bambini urlanti. Sentirai anche tutto al piano di sopra, inclusa la casa che tiene i carri che vanno lungo i corridoi. Non so perché, ma sfortunatamente era decisamente piuttosto rumoroso. Nel complesso, comunque, un hotel molto, molto carino e altamente raccomandato. E ancora, il personale era eccezionale.

We spend our honeymoon with Indigo. Thank you for the honeymoon surprise and birthday surprise. They care about their customers. All the staff are very pleasant including in check in counter, handling luggage, restaurant, spa, security guard, cleansing staff. They keep the hotel facilities in good condition, i see the gardener take care the trees and flowers everyday, I am very respect about this. The security measure is excellent with security guard manning in every gate. They do their job well. Hotel just next to the beach, very convenient. Excellent breakfast buffet with freshly made juice select by our own choice. Absolutely more than a 5-star hotel. Thank you!
