Despite being somewhat hidden down a lane, the staff provides a warm welcome at the entrance and offers a shuttle service to ensure guests arrive comfortably. Service & Amenities: 1. Check-in Experience: The one-on-one reception service during check-in was impeccable, including welcome drinks, energy balls, a kettle, and an eco-friendly bag as welcome gifts. The rooms are bright and immaculately clean, with a strong emphasis on eco-friendliness, evident in items like the eco-paper tissue box and reusable water bottles. 2. Room Facilities: The rooms are compact yet modern, featuring a comfortable wooden soaking tub and DIY cocktail-making facilities, including ice cubes and various mixers. Additionally, the rooms are stocked with sunscreen, aloe vera gel, and hand-ground coffee tools, showcasing the hotel's attention to detail. 3. Entertainment & Activities: The hotel boasts facilities such as an infinity pool, gym, and library, all accessible to guests for free. Regular events like music festivals and yoga sessions further enrich the stay. Very very big hotel. If you like be in quite people not arounded people then tis hotel is for you. Beach enough clean now if compare how it were 1 or 2 years ago. Food tasty, there is 3 restaurants. I liked restaurant near main pool. Very tasty decaf coffe with out milk, and prices the same or cheapper than in reastaurants outside hotel. Rooms big and good. Maybe something in hotel and in the rooms a little bit old, but its ok. Good gym. Staff normal. Very cold in lobby toilets which are are fully automatic, like in Tokyo.

I had an amazing stay at the Nusa Dua Renaissance Resort! The room was spacious, very clean, and offered a stunning view of the swimming pool—absolutely perfect for relaxing. The pool itself was fantastic, beautifully maintained, and a great spot to unwind. The location of the resort is another highlight; it’s convenient yet tranquil, offering the perfect balance for a getaway. The international breakfast buffet was truly superb, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit every palate. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, great amenities, and excellent service!

For the amount I paid, I really can’t complain. The villa was spacious, and beautifully designed. The air conditioner in the bedroom could be stronger, but it was within the acceptable range. Caught mice two days in a row in the kitchen - this could be a turn-off to some people! Fortunately the bedroom was free of pests. The management provided house-cleaning as well as turn-down service daily. The pool is private, if it helps.

Il nostro soggiorno per una notte è stato molto buono grazie al super accogliente personale. Il colazione è semplicemente fantastico (collezioni multiple). Il servizio sulla spiaggia è anche buono. Abbiamo la possibilità di fare un check-out tardivo a causa del nostro volo tardivo (ancora utile). Il punto negativo è stato il giardino che non è davvero una bella vista del giardino. Il numero della stanza era 4115. In ogni caso, consigliamo questo hotel.

I stay here at least once every time I come to Bali! They always remember you when you come back. The hotel feels like home. Excellent breakfast with enough variety that everyone can find something to suit their tastes. Great central location for traveling to different areas around Bali as well. Two thumbs up!

Phenomenal way to describe this hotel establishment.. such tranquil and great beach vibes to the whole experience and atmosphere… the great and personalised service from the front desk staff Mr Ahadi and Miss Listya for absolutely warmth and passion (special shoutout to them!) .. The hotel room villa is great, with sea view of pantai keramas . It’s cleaned, meticulously detailed with amenities for stay use and the villas’s pool is quite large enough for swim laps. Other hotel facilities like the gym, spa, art gallery and library are an added gems! The breaks is very good also.. there is nothing much to complain about except for the shared public beach areas is a bit dirty littered with trash washed by the strong waves of the sea of Bali. Komaneka , definitely a class of its own! Superb and will come back in future!

La ricca colazione e l'a**osfera rilassata di Ubud valgono un soggiorno. Molte delle principali attrazioni circostanti sono raggiungibili a piedi, ma a causa dell'ampio ambiente di Ubud, la stanza è relativamente umida. C'è anche un grave ingorgo a Ubud, quindi è necessario organizzare in anticipo il tempo di viaggio.

Tucked away in a quaint village far from the maddening crowds in Canggu et al, this is a retreat to recharge and get away from it all. The property is architecturally interesting and the room is unusually vertical, designed as a treehouse, with a bathtub and open air relaxing area at the top. The infinity pool is surprisingly deep, and there is a natural cascading waterfall right in front of it. Absolutely hidden gem of a place.

Hotel assolutamente bellissimo. Il posto più grande e impressionante in cui siamo mai stati. Il livello del servizio e dell'assistenza era ben oltre ciò che avremmo potuto immaginare. Le piscine e la spiaggia sono eccellenti. Abbiamo visitato alcune altre zone e le spiagge erano piuttosto sporche e per niente piacevoli, quindi abbiamo davvero apprezzato quanto fosse ben tenuta la nostra. Le nostre uniche lamentele (puramente per poter migliorare l'ultimo% 10) sarebbero: Alcune aree erano piuttosto sporche. Sembrava che pensassero che nessuno avrebbe guardato lì, quindi perché preoccuparsi La spa era molto bella, soprattutto il design, ma sembrava piuttosto frettolosa e non così attenta come potrebbe essere. Abbiamo predisposto anche il bagno all'aperto al termine del massaggio, ma non è stato molto piacevole a causa dello stato della vasca stessa. Il cibo è OK. Decisamente non è affatto male. Ma va bene. La nostra camera aveva una porta fastidiosa per collegare 2 stanze insieme, il che è molto obsoleto e piuttosto fastidioso in quanto c'è praticamente un buco aperto tra le stanze. I nostri vicini erano molto rumorosi e potevamo sentire tutto, compresi i loro bambini urlanti. Sentirai anche tutto al piano di sopra, inclusa la casa che tiene i carri che vanno lungo i corridoi. Non so perché, ma sfortunatamente era decisamente piuttosto rumoroso. Nel complesso, comunque, un hotel molto, molto carino e altamente raccomandato. E ancora, il personale era eccezionale.
