Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. All'inizio, l'hotel mi ha aiutato a fare l'upgrade, ma mi piace ancora la tranquillità della camera di montagna. L'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono e confortevole. La sorgente termale è davvero unica. Sono molto grata per il servizio della governante Cloris, che è anche la responsabile della reception. L'hotel e la posizione sono preziosi e difficile da battere, ma ciò che realmente eleva questo hotel da “grande” a “incredibile” è la squadra. E' raro trovare membri del personale come Ada che avevano aiutato a rendere il soggiorno molto più piacevole. Tutte le interazioni con Ada si sono sentite autentiche e senza saldatura.

La camera è abbastanza grande, il letto è grande e molto comodo, la televisione è buona con tutti i canali, ha un balcone con spa privato. Il desk front è molto buono e amichevole, Il ristorante è sorprendentemente buono, ma il colazione non era grande, può farlo meglio con uova fritte e più opzioni di frutta. La zona calda di primavera è buona, ma se hanno un rifugio ancora meglio e se c'è qualcuno che serve le bevande calde sarà perfetto 😊

This was a fabulous stay in a beautiful villa. It was even better than expected. The room itself was spacious, the little pool and hot tub were amazing, and in general, the stay was peaceful and quiet. I am not sure how it is when it’s full capacity, it could probably get pretty loud (on Saturday evening the villa next to us was occupied and it was really really loud from the other guests), so it’s probably not a great idea to go during holidays if you want a serene experience. The staff was really helpful and kind, they brought us fruit and ordered food and drinks for us from a local farm. Honestly, I would like to come here every weekend, just to unwind and chill and read by the pool. I will definitely be back!

Excellent resort, it is probably one of the best resort I stayed before. I reached early, around 5am in the morning, but the lobby reception staff so nice and helpful, she ask me to wait for a while, she can let me check in early. And the next day when I check out, she also give me a local souvenir,,

We had a joyful and relaxing stay at Nankunshan Zaiyundan Wenquan Homestay the past two days. We stayed in the topmost space capsule, which was spacious and luxurious with an amazing view over the hotel and down into the mountain valleys. The hostess was kind, fun and helpful, organising day trips for us and even taking the initiative to order a super cute birthday cake for our daughter’s 13th. We loved swimming in the pool, soaking in the hot tub and eating at the restaurant, where the lovely cook made delicious food for us morning and night. We especially recommend the fish and the eggplant and green bean stirfry. On our last day the hostess organised a driver to take us to the airport via local attractions and the amazing Zhenggou temple - a great finish to our time in China Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to return someday!

We had a great family stay. The hot springs were very relaxing with a great choice of different temperature pools. My kid loved the big slides (in the morning, it was filled with hot spring water, so he wasn't cold) and the go-karting and indoor playground kept him entertained for hours. We also loved the fruits and tea offered at the pool area. Breakfast selection was excellent too. Additionally, when my son got injured, first-aid was immediate, and hotel staff even inquired later how he was doing and if further assistance was needed.
