Molto bellissimo luogo per visitare pieno di tutte le attrazioni hanno tutto- bellissimo vista montagna, fuoco di campeggio, barbecue, vista incantevole da ogni angolo del resort, cibo pulito e molto delizioso nel ristorante, Altamente servizio di personale dedicato. Soprattutto il signor Cyan aveva un incredibile durante il nostro soggiorno. Grazie fratello. Siamo sicuri di tornare. Grazie 👏🏻👏🏻

I came to Anji for skydiving and found this hotel with high rating and close to my skydiving airport. My living experience was super good. The room view was nice and swimming pool was great. Breakfast was included and tasty. Also the parking lot was free of charge. I will choose this hotel again next time.

È la strada perfetta per qualche fine settimana/notte. - But! Attualmente (a partire da ottobre 2023) vi è una grande costruzione in corso nella zona dell'hotel. In totale, tre siti di costruzione con un impatto pesante sulla vista, pezzo e tranquillità dell'hotel rurale. In particolare, le camere/villate situate sulla collina sono colpite. Il personale dell'hotel è stato bello trovare una soluzione e una camera alternativa.Le camere nel principale edificio sono meno/non colpite dal rumore, ma non hanno perfettamente adattato le nostre esigenze come famiglia di quattro e non hanno la vista sulla montagna (vista di costruzione). Sembra che la costruzione durerà per un po'... La gestione dell'hotel dovrebbe essere trasparente e informare in anticipo la costruzione in corso. Dopo la costruzione è finita, può essere il paradiso di nuovo...

Il nostro maggiordomo Xiao Ma è una persona seria e responsabile e il suo servizio caloroso trasmette ai clienti un'atmosfera molto cordiale. La stanza è pulita e ordinata, la vista fuori dalla finestra è perfetta, l'arredamento è squisito, i servizi della casa sono completi, il letto è morbido e confortevole, consentendo di dormire bene la notte, e anche la sorgente termale privata in montagna è molto bella. Il ristorante offre un'ampia varietà di piatti e il sapore è ottimo. La prossima volta che andrò in vacanza sceglierò di nuovo questo hotel e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti!

Overpriced family hotel with outstanding views but room for improvement. I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity. I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication. We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day. The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night. Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18). After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent. Did I overpay? Yes Was the service mediocre? Yes Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes Have other customers made similar complaints? Yes Will the hotel improve? I hope so Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes Would I revisit? Yes Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

This is awesome place for families going on vacation with kids. This place has everything you ask for in vocation. Water park, swimming pool. Staff is super friendly and speaks bit of english as well. Strongly recommend for this spacious place. Will plan again.
