Eccellente

Ieri, vado fuori dal motel che mi piace il posto, è pulito e anche il tipo FD è gentile e interattivo con tutti. Penso che il suo nome sia Manu. Sono venuto per un incontro d'affari tutto è fatto con successo. Se possibile, visiterò questo motel di nuovo. Apprezzo il motel e il personale di lavoro.

Wouldn't even give this hotel a one star. Myself and my daughter ( 22) stayed last weekend for a Cheer Competition ( 2 nights) The room was decent for the price, continental breakfast was awful I do not suggest it at all. There was NEVER anyone at front desk! Everytime we left and came back there was never any staff present. The second night we tried to call the front desk to request more towels could not even get the phone to ring. My daughter went down to front desk to get towels and after waiting a while a security officer finally approached her and asked what she needed, said he had no idea where front desk staff was as he had to climb over front desk just to clock in! He led her to a room where towels were and told her to grab what she needed. From that point on some creepy older man started trying to talk to my daughter, followed her back to elevators asking if she was married which she said yes so he would leave her alone yet continued to ask her for her phone number, followed her back to our room. She was shaking so bad and so scared. This should of never happened!!!!! Where was front desk staff? Where did security guard go while my daughter was being harassed?! This is unacceptable. This hotel is very unsafe! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE STAYING HERE.

Rroyalty83Non ho controllato le recensioni prima di prenotare e desiderare che avrei. Questo non è un hotel a livello confortevole. Prima di arrivare ho chiamato per chiedere una stanza al primo piano mi è stato detto che potevo. Il check-in è a 3 siamo arrivati a 430 per essere detto di tornare perché le camere del primo piano non erano pronte. Doveva lasciare qualcosa a un amico a 3 & che tutto il piano odore come un laboratorio di meta! L'hotel è non rimborsabile e ora vedo perché. Pro - la stanza è semi pulita e il letto è ok. Cons - tutto altra ... l'hotel odore di butts, pesce & urina quando si entra, non c'è colazione come annunciato, il bagno è stato rotto e nessun manutenzione sul sito, il frigo è andato costantemente, c'è stato un tiro fuori dall'hotel a 3am, La porta del dubbio non si aprì, il doccia mat era polvere e coperto nel capello di qualcun altro e l'acqua calda durò 3 minuti durante la doccia ... spendere un extra $10 e andare da qualche altra parte.. da qualche altra parte! L'hotel non voleva scontare la notte nonostante tutte queste questioni, ma voleva spostarci (dopo aver completamente sanitato la 1a stanza) al piano superiore che ha riempito di metano! Non restare qui!

I consider myself an experienced hotel guest in Dallas, and have known of Days Inn Market Center for a long time, but had never stayed here until last week. What a pleasant surprise! A wonderful accommodation, well-appointed and comfortable room, great location, and some of the best, most-welcoming, hospitable customer service I've ever received in any hotel make this a definite ”will return” on my list of preferred Dallas hotels. A hidden treasure in my travel experience!

UUtente ospiteFirst off, I felt unsafe and that my car might be vandalized. With the exception of checking out, I find the staff to be extraordinarily rude. Before you think I'm Karening, I came to check in at 2:15 (admittedly my fault for not knowing the time or that check in was at 3:00). After waiting about 5 minutes while two staff members argued in the back room, the woman came out and when I said I was there to check in, she angry-sarcastically asked ”Did someone tell you to come in here because check in is at 3. Is it 3? No, it's not”. When I asked if there was something close that I could do for 40 minutes she just said no. When I asked if there was a place nearby to eat she said no, but you can drive around to find something. When I opened my room, the smell hit me like a physical blow. I wish I could photograph a smell!!! The last person must have been there a long, long time (in guessing many months) and chain smoked in it the entire time. My asthma was instantly flared (didn't have my inhaler with me, which made it worse). I immediately went back and said the room is so smoky and she said she knew and that's why I didn't get charged a deposit but there were no other rooms. I immediately went to buy cleaning supplies and air fresheners. I spent hours washing down all surfaces and walls and floor. It never really made a dent in m how bad the room reeked. I put several air fresheners on the air unit to help more. It didn't. The room was filthy. Two of the three entry door locks were broken and the door jamb was broken, like someone had kicked the door in at one point. The outside of the refrigerator was beyond nasty. The back of the toilet didn't have the right lid. The mirror was not above the sink but to the side so you had to stand against the toilet to see yourself to get ready in the morning. The bathtub didn't hold water for a bath so I had to cut off part of a bread wrapper and hold it with my heel. The toilet paper holder was loose in the wall and the toilet paper fell off every time. The toilet paper roll was almost empty on my arrival (it had 9 squares left). I was there for 8 days and never once got new towels or wash cloth. One washcloth, one hand towel and one towel was all I ever had. They also never took the trash out. The groceries I put in the refrigerator on day one froze overnight, completely ruining two crispers full of salad, fruits and veggies. The bed was like sleeping on a board. It was difficult to even get comfortable enough to fall asleep and I was in extreme pain every morning when I woke up. The pillows were comfortable, but that's it. I'm pretty sure the bedding came from the Dollar Store (if so, they over paid). There were no hangers in the closet at all. There's also no dresser, just two shelves. There was a full kitchenette but no toaster, stove, silverware, plates, bowls or glasses. I had to go buy them all for my 8 day stay. I think the pictures tell a better story of this nightmare. Btw, I travel a LOT and neve
