Attenzione!Abbiamo fatto una prenotazione per l'uso di questo hotel per parcheggio aeroportuale e la nostra auto è stata trascinata mentre in questa proprietà. Dopo aver acceduto alla nostra prenotazione di parcheggio, le istruzioni erano di visitare il desk front dell'hotel per le istruzioni sul luogo di parcheggio. Mentre mi sono accostato, il ricevitore mi ha dato un documento per metterlo sul pannello della macchina e mi ha diretto al parcheggio interno, mi sono parcheggiato in quel parcheggio e ho continuato a prendere la navetta all'aeroporto. Più tardi ho saputo che l'hotel condivide il parcheggio con l'edificio di ufficio vicino e c'è una sezione colorata specifica che è per il parcheggio dell'hotel. Il ricevitore non mi ha detto questo, perché non parcherei mai in modo deliberato in un luogo dove può essere trascinato. Aggiungo, l'intero parcheggio esterno dell'hotel era stato lavorato e bloccato per parcheggio. L'hotel era in una zona di parcheggio e probabilmente hanno dato priorità al parcheggio degli ospiti di notte rispetto al parcheggio aeroportuale e non hanno menzionato in modo deliberato sezioni specifiche all'interno del garage per parcheggiare. Credo che non abbiano tenuto conto della loro costruzione del parcheggio e hanno continuato ad accettare tutte le prenotazioni di parcheggio aeroportuale, anche se tutti i loro spazi di parcheggio all'interno erano pieni. Una volta scoperto che la macchina era stata trascinata, ci sono volute due ore per parlare con un manager sul posto, hanno sostenuto che era fuori luogo. I stayed at the Element in 2019 when it was a new property and had a great experience. It still is on the nicer side and close to Love Field. Room was clean. The Element hotel and adjacent Aloft hotel (it is connected with a common entrance) is in need of a basic refresh in the common areas and hallways. My window shade was broken but overall room was immaculate and great bed. Breakfast was so-so, just a pan of scrambled eggs and sausage patties. No cutup fresh fruit on yogurt bar, just a basket of apples and oranges. No orange juice, but had apple and cranberry. In 2019 they had a chef who made an omelette for you, apparently that is a thing of the past. Was disappointed in the front desk person at the Element, was sitting down with winter hat and jacket on when I checked in, did not get up to greet, performed duties perfunctory. Didn’t offer up any hotel info—breakfast hours, bar hours, fitness center, had to ask. On the Aloft side—one of the receptionists was relaxing on the couch the first night and concentrated on her phone. Next day receptionists (four) seem to be more interested in laughing and joking with each other versus paying attention to customers and duties. Jy example was not recognizing when a van driver was late, though they said to be in the lobby at a specific time he was not. (I needed a ride to Southwest headquarters and had to repeat myself to three different reception hosts as to where I was going. ) Professionalism and commitment to customer service, training, more management oversight definitely needed on property.

Mi sentivo senza speranza perché avevo già prenotato una stanza con la quinta e quando sono arrivato non avevano la mia prenotazione nemmeno con una conferma e non c'erano più stanze. Avevo guidato 6 ore per le vacanze di primavera e quasi tutti gli hotel che ho chiamato erano esauriti. Used this hotel as it is close to a Holt Cat dealer and I’m an employee training for the week. It is in a very bad area as other reviewers described but it had a security guard and I was willing to take the risk. Was quoted 139.00 a day and I said that’s good I needed it for the week. Room was nice although the walls were thin and the ac unit sounded like an airplane trying to take off when the compressor kicked in. I did not complain about these things, I realize some things the front desk just can’t control. However when I checked out and asked for a copy of the bill I was shocked to see that the daily charges were 139, 179, 199, 199, and 139. I spoke with the guy at the front desk and he said he didn’t know why but would have the asst manager Jennifer call when she came in Went to class the whole day and got no call. Drove 4 hours home and called and she said Jennifer would be in at 11 pm and would call me in the morning. I called back at 6:30 before her shift ended and she said it was common practice to change the rates daily without people’s consent. I asked since my credit card was charged when I arrive was this not a contract to which she stated it was only a hold put on the card. She then stated I needed to talk to the manager Tim when he arrived back to work on Monday. This is not even my credit card that was charged it was the company’s but it’s about the principle now. The fact that I have to wait 4 days for something to be corrected that should have happened when brought to their attention the first time. There is a major disconnect between the auditors, managers, and customers. Will see how Tim handles this Monday before I write a review on Holts credit card statement that I have to submit, for all of holts company’s to see how Marriott treats its customers.

At least the front desk was nice, but the following outlines problems 1. Charged twice for the $100 incident fee. The desk don’t show error, but personal credit card showed I was charged twice. Credit card company voided double charge 2. Large stain and huge rip in pull out sofa. 3. Used hotel bath towel found on floor behind casual sitting chair in living area. 4. 3-4” Pink stains on duvet. 5. Of the three keys we were provided only one worked 6. ONKY decaf coffee in room. Minor problem 7. Plates, coffee cups, glasses, and silverware provided. No bowls. Minor problem 8. No bedding provided for pull out sofa, front desk did bring bedding when requested. 9. Directory on room phone did not show any method or phone number to use to contact front desk. Minor problem. BTW zero was not the number. It was star 5! This property is not to Hilton standards. Very disappointing in this property.
