What a jem! A very quiet and lovely place to stay. It's not big, has cool shared spaces including a huge pretty backyard, which everyone keeps modestly calling a 'terrace'))) Impeccably clean! I really wanted to rent a room, but since none were available I went for the shared female dormitory which did not disappoint. The beds are wide and comfortable. The mattresses have some cool cover that is soft and probably made of rubber, so nothing gets in which makes you forget all the bug or whatever fears one might have. The lockers are not big (nor small) with digital locks, no one apart from yourself will be able to open it. If you have a large suitcase, do not worry. The hostel provides a free storage room, so you can put all the essentials in the locker and the rest won't be bothering you. If you need to wash the clothes, they've got a a washing machine and a drier. You need to pay to use them, but it's still better than seeking a laundromat somewhere else - you can chill in your room or kitchen while it works. I did not cook, but I loved being able to store ready-made food and sandwich supplies in a rather spacious fridge. The team that works there feels like a family)) You can see them being truly eager to help, really nice people. The place is warm and cosy)) Feels like you're staying at friend's house.

Essendo una viaggiatrice attiva, ho un livello di giudizio sugli hotel molto elevato dopo pochi minuti dall'ingresso nell'edificio. Devo dire che con questo hotel è stata una piacevole sorpresa vedere come il servizio e i comfort abbiano superato le mie aspettative. Dalla posizione eccellente alle camere sorprendentemente silenziose. La mia unica preoccupazione era proprio quella parte e, ovviamente, la pulizia. L'unico aspetto negativo è stato il letto, un po' troppo duro per i miei gusti e il materasso sembrava un po' ammaccato ai lati. Quindi, nel complesso, devo dire che ha superato le 2 stelle per me, un 3 sarebbe più appropriato se dovessi confrontarlo con altri hotel a 4 stelle in cui ho soggiornato. Un plauso ai receptionist che erano sempre lì per aiutare con qualsiasi cosa. Josefine e Sebastian sono persone fantastiche con una buona etica e rispetto. Grazie ancora e a presto, per me a Barcellona c'è solo un hotel, ed è Standbyme 🥰 perché tutto è 'stood by in de hood'.

Devo fare un complimento alla receptionista che, con molta pazienza, mi ha cambiato stanza. Ho dimenticato di chiederle il nome, ma è stata molto disponibile e mi ha spostato in una camera mista, altrimenti mi sarei sentita in imbarazzo in una stanza con solo donne. So che il settore alberghiero non è facile e soddisfare le esigenze dei viaggiatori non è semplice, ma il livello di servizio di alcuni membri del personale andrebbe migliorato.

Il personale della reception è stato molto accogliente e ha servito deliziosi drink non appena siamo arrivati. Il letto nella stanza ha una coperta e una lampada da comodino, il che è molto premuroso. La cucina e l'area salotto con divano nel seminterrato sono grandi e molto confortevoli.

Servizio e letto molto buoni, molto spazio per riporre gli oggetti. Gli svantaggi sono che non c'è barriera tra il bagno e la stanza. Sarà rumoroso se i coinquilini hanno orari diversi. Non c'è una tenda sul letto superiore e la scala mobile è difficile da salire.

A Home Away from Home – Perfect Location & Amazing Vibes! This is hands down one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in! It truly felt like a home away from home. The beds are super comfortable, the entire place is clean and well-kept, and the staff are absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile. The location couldn’t be better. It’s easily accessible by metro from the airport—just grab a TMB metro card (very cheap and convenient), take Line 9 to the interchange with Line 1, and get off at Urquinaona. From there, it’s just a 3-minute walk to the hostel. You’re close to everything! If you're looking for a cozy, clean, and well-connected place to stay in the city, this is it. Highly recommended!

Anche il letto aveva le tende ed era pulito. L'intera struttura aveva un'atmosfera nuova, il che era bello. Inoltre, sembra che gli eventi si svolgano quasi ogni giorno, quindi ho pensato che partecipare sarebbe stata una buona opportunità per interagire tra loro.

Ottima posizione, molto vicino a Passeig de Gràcia e a una sola fermata di metro dalla Sagrada Familia. Tuttavia, per una famiglia con bambini, le strutture in camera erano un po' spartane, mancava un asciugacapelli. È comodo poter depositare i bagagli autonomamente. Essendo un ostello, ospita molti giovani. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno molto buono!

Gli asciugamani sporchi a terra non erano stati raccolti. Quando sono entrato in camera, anche se ero il primo ad arrivare quel giorno, c'erano ancora segni di disordine. L'ascensore era vecchio, quasi inesistente. Fortunatamente, questo posto fornisce gli asciugamani, il che è meglio di molti ostelli. Inoltre, il letto inferiore è dotato di tendine (quello superiore ne ha solo una parziale), il che è un punto a favore.

We recently stayed in a 4-bunk room at this hostel for two nights. Overall, the experience was decent, though there were a few notable drawbacks. Pros:- The locker and bed facilities were excellent, spacious, secure, and more than adequate for four guests. The general service was acceptable, with staff being reasonably responsive and helpful. Cons:- The shower was a major issue. Despite adjusting the temperature lever, it often only produced hot water, which was uncomfortable and frustrating. The air conditioning was inconsistent and, at times, ineffective. In a humid climate, this made the room feel unbearably hot. Unfortunately, opening the window isn’t an option, as it’s linked to the air conditioning system and automatically shuts off when the window is opened. Summary:- While the sleeping arrangements and security features were commendable, the poor shower and unreliable air conditioning significantly impacted our comfort. These are essential amenities, especially in a humid environment, and I hope the hostel addresses them soon.
