Siamo stati qui solo poche ore, ma sono già sorpreso dal servizio clienti che viene fornito dai membri del personale del MB Hilton Resort, in particolare Kimberly, Jimmy e Jeanine. Kimberly e Jeanine hanno aiutato a rispondere alle domande sulle nostre preoccupazioni circa l'allergia alimentare grave del nostro bambino più anziano e come fare prenotazioni per cena. Hanno inoltre assicurato che sappiamo pienamente quali limiti i membri del diamante possono trarre vantaggio da loro. Jimmy era anche molto utile nel portare la nostra bagagli e le attrezzature della spiaggia nella stanza, oltre a fornire una certa comprensione della proprietà Hilton Resort e anche divertire i nostri due bambini che erano molto emozionati di andare in camera. Grazie a questi tre per un inizio stupendo per le nostre vacanze - apprezziamo il vostro tempo e aiuto!!

Il tempo è assolutamente meraviglioso! La posizione è perfetta! Spiaggia, camminabile per negozi, facile accesso alla pista. Il personale era molto amichevole, personale e accogliente. Parcheggio era OK, hanno 3 proprietà 1 edificio deve usare Parcheggio alle altre proprietà ...Naturalmente è stato il 1 che ho soggiornato in ma è appena vicino alla porta o attraverso la strada. I ristoranti cibo e bevande erano grandi. Molto pulito. Ho controllato la notte l'uragano Ian colpì la spiaggia di Mytle, e c'era una fuga nella cabina che saturava il telaio nella cabina fuori dal nostro aperto, Maintenance & Housekeeping erano sul caso prima di notare. Raccomanderò di rimanere qui di nuovo.

This was the worst Myrtle Beach stay I have ever had. I am going to speak to room 0532 at the Patricia Grand and not the entire property. Upon arrival staff was friendly and the check in process took less than 3 minutes. Upon entering the room it smelled clean (clorox smell), however I did notice that there was residue from the ceiling on the pillow of the beds, i just wiped them off. Thought nothing about it other than that the ceiling did look bad as it was peeling and that was it. I also instantly noticed the appliances in the room was outdated. TV was an LCD with a DVD player (wow). Lamps weren't in the best shape. Not to mention there were limited sockets and not one near the middle night stand. The room was just dated all the way around but again, seemed what I thought was clean. Fast forward, parked the car after unloading and went back to the room ceiling residue was back on the pillows, i thought to myself I know the ceiling is not falling apart. I looked up, nothing different other than the ceiling looked bad and if it was peeling but nothing was dropping at the moment. So I wiped them again. Fast forward throughout the day with my family. Came back to the room, the ceiling was on the pillows again, so I said let me report this. No telling what chemicals are in the ceiling particles and I don't want myself of my family to get sick and plus who wants to sleep with white particles falling on their head. Now at this time we are also trying to find the basketball game (Celtics vs Mav Game 4). TV channels were terrible and we couldn't find it. Picked up the phone to report the ceiling as well as ask what channel the game was on and to my surprise, the phone didn't work. Not that it didn't work, the cord didn't even fit in the phone. So sent my family downstairs to ask about the phone, TV, and ceiling. Maintenence came in about 20 minutes from that communication downstairs. The worker came in, looked at the phone and said oh the line is dead, it's not gonna work. What?!?! So what if something was wrong, how would we reach reception. To mention the ceiling again, the worker said I will let downstairs know (we already told downstairs smh), and as for the channel for the game we'll the channel lineup was wrong and when we found the channel for the game if buffered, didn't work, so we missed the game smh. Next day came around, now mind you I have reported the ceiling three times by second day (via text to Vacasa, downstairs to front desk work by my family member, and in the room when worker came to fix the phone. Now day two, I went downstairs and said hey what is going on with the request regarding the ceiling, the representative said the order has been placed and Maintenence will take care of it. Ok, well I was there three night, and Maintenence never came again. No urgency or care in their face or voice. Others issues noticed in room, remote stopped working other than for volume and lamp near sliding door had to be messed with to work and sta

Per quanto riguarda l’hotel stesso, era tutto a posto. La stanza che ci siamo trasferiti era molto piccola. In qualità di membro di elite di platino, mi sono trattata molto bene. Tutto il personale dall’ispezione fino all’uscita era estremamente amichevole e sembrava preoccuparsi del nostro soggiorno. Abbiamo anche avuto una cameriera chiamata Jamie, la mattina della nostra partenza, che ci ha parlato e ascoltato le nostre esperienze, e questo è a mio parere sopra e oltre quello che è necessario da loro fare. Inoltre, abbiamo incontrato un membro di un'azienda che si è verificato in vacanza e lei ci ha parlato anche del nostro soggiorno e dei soggiorni precedenti in altri hotel IHG. Hai mai avuto un dipendente di azienda parlandovi delle vostre esperienze e ascoltando e curando veramente?? Devi capire che questo è ciò che è veramente il servizio clienti. Sono stato membro dell'IHG da circa 20 anni e non ho trovato un miglior gruppo alberghiero che è disposto e capace del servizio che forniscono. E un grido a Cheri, la signorina, quando abbiamo controllato.

We stay in a lot of Holiday Inn Expresses. Consistency is key for them and I expect it. This one stood out with an individual desk clerk. I provided his name to HIE but don’t recall it now. After my check in, next time by the desk he said hello with my name! Hasn’t happened before in any hotel. He made it memorable for us.
Hilton Garden Inn Myrtle Beach/Coastal Grand Mall

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn! The hotel is centrally located for lots of activities including golf, dinners at Market Common, exploring Murrells Inlet and Brookgreen Gardens. It's less than an hour to Pawleys Inlet and Georgetown SC as well. And of course, Myrtle Beach itself is on your doorstep. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Check-in was a breeze. All the hotel amenities were explained to us in detail. Everyone we encountered at the hotel were friendly and knowledgeable. We especially enjoyed our interactions with Julian, our breakfast server. The lobby is beautiful - very bright and light, with plenty of seating throughout. The free coffee in the morning is a definite plus. We had a package that included a great hot breakfast to order, but we would have had no hesitation purchasing it separately as the prices were reasonable and the food plentiful. There is also a convenient market area with snacks, beverages, etc. including beer and wine. Our King bedroom was huge and spotlessly clean. Everything was in great working condition such as the TV, mini fridge, and bathroom. The mattress was particularly comfortable! On Day 3, we asked Housekeeping to refresh our towels, empty trash (although we subsequently noticed that there were large recycling and trash cans conveniently located by the ice machine) and they arrived quickly. The room was quiet, with good quality blackout shades, that provided a great environment for a good night's sleep. We would have no hesitation staying here again! Thanks to the Hilton Garden Inn team for a wonderful stay.
