Hotel con parcheggio a Hong Kong

I probably wouldn’t stay here again, the hotel is old and the price for much more modern and luxurious accommodations are similar if not cheaper elsewhere. Great view from the room though even though it was only on the 5th floor.

Ho fatto un viaggio improvvisato a Hong Kong il Primo Maggio. Diversi hotel che conoscevo in passato erano al completo o i prezzi erano aumentati troppo. Dopotutto ero piuttosto nervoso quando ho prenotato il Cordis Hotel , le recensioni erano contrastanti. Quando ho fatto il check-in, volevo pagare un extra per un letto extra. La sorella alla reception è stata molto gentile Visto che siamo rimasti solo per una notte, ci ha aiutato a passare a una camera di lusso a molti piani gratuitamente e ha anche dato regali ai bambini. La camera era molto pulita e il bagno era grande con vasca e zona doccia separata. Ho rotto accidentalmente il vetro del bagno nella stanza e il personale di servizio è stato molto gentile e mi ha chiesto se ero ferito. Ho rotto due volte il coperchio facile da aprire dell'acqua libera, ma sono stati anche abbastanza gentili da farlo porta di nuovo l'acqua e insegnami come aprire semplicemente il coperchio. Un piccolo suggerimento è che il coperchio dello scarico del lavabo del bagno possa essere sostituito. Sembra vecchio e non si adatta all'ambiente generale della stanza.

L'hotel e il suo quartiere hanno fatto sentire il nostro soggiorno come casa! Anche noi siamo da Hong Kong, solo un viaggio di uscita per il fine settimana. La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente vicino alla stazione MTR, circondato da molti ristoranti locali e supermercato. Il personale è accogliente e amichevole. Il giardino è fantastico, apre 24-hours, con vista sul mare. Una buona varietà di macchine sono disponibili. Haven’t got chance to use the infinity pool but it looks cool! Amore il programma “Esplorare North Point” che permette ai visitatori di seguire la guida, provare qualche cibo locale con il buono. Era divertente! Regrettably, our family endured a series of unpleasant stay during the New Year countdown at this apartment hotel. We deliberately chose this hotel for its renowned artistry and exceptional artistic offerings. With its esteemed status as a luxury hotel, our expectations were set high not only for the hotel's architectural and craftsmanship standards, but also for its service quality. Alas, our experience left much to be desired, as the hotel felt more like an apartment hotel rather than a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, the level of service provided fell well below our expectations. The check-in procedure was notably slow, and we waited nearly 50 minutes for our luggage before having to remind the staff. The duty manager exhibited a disappointing lack of professionalism and courtesy while addressing our inquiries regarding our booking. He drew incorrect conclusions from our outward appearance, causing us to feel offended. We noticed a lack of attention to detail, such as the inconveniently placed buttons for the curtains and blinds. For instance, the button to close the bathroom blind was inconveniently hidden inside the bathroom cabinet, it hard to find for the first time which we have to contact the staff for help. Also the shower door cannot close properly during our stay. Furthermore, we were surprised to discover that certain bathroom amenities came with an additional charge. The journey from the lobby to our hotel room proved to be quite perplexing for first-time guests. The process involved taking a lift to the 10th floor, navigating through the 10th-floor area, and then taking another lift to reach our room. The breakfast is served at level 10, the only cafe restaurant within this apartment. The breakfast is à la carte set menu instead of buffet style, priced at approximately $200 HK dollars per set. As one of the priciest hotels in Hong Kong, it is challenging to justify the steep costs associated with staying here. Other hotels in the vicinity offer superior views and service, such as the Regent and Peninsula. It is difficult to pinpoint any distinctive features or experiences that would validate the considerable expense.

Personale cordiale, check-in veloce. Stanza: più piccola di quanto mi aspettassi. La porta del bagno era un po' trasparente e non aveva la serratura. Avevamo tutto il necessario come sapone, shampoo, spazzolini e dentifricio, cassaforte, asciugamani, adattatori elettrici, cavo USB, tè e caffè e secchiello per il ghiaccio. La pulizia della stanza è molto buona, molto delicata, riempiono sempre acqua pulita e altre cose. La colazione ha una grande varietà di scelte. Standard europea: uova, frittate, salsicce, bacon e così via; succhi freschi, coffee point con barista, cucina cinese (noodles e così via), serial, frutta, pancake e molti altri. Mi piace questo hotel.

L'igiene della camera è ok, il servizio alla reception è molto cordiale e ci sono cioccolatini Ferrero Rocher gratis. La bellissima signora alla reception ha visto che noi, madre e figlio, condividevamo la stanza e ci ha spostato a una king-. camera con letto supplementare gratuita. Grazie mille🌹

Ho soggiornato al The Langham di Hong Kong tre volte negli ultimi due anni e questa esperienza è stata relativamente la peggiore. Quando scesi dall'autobus, qualcuno mi aiutò con i bagagli. Il check-in per la suite si effettua solo all'11° piano, il che è molto comodo e veloce. La prima notte del mio soggiorno ho chiesto un lenzuolo perché mio figlio aveva caldo. Quando la biancheria da letto è stata cambiata il terzo giorno, non sono state lasciate lenzuola per me solo. L'ho ritrovato al rientro in albergo la sera, così ho chiamato il servizio per consegnarmene uno. È venuto uno zio e sembrava infelice. Ho detto grazie, ma se n'è andato senza dire una parola. Quando stavo per andare a dormire, ho aperto le lenzuola e ho trovato un grosso buco strappato nelle lenzuola. Non controlli le cose prima di darle agli ospiti? ! ! ! Stare in un hotel a cinque stelle e farmi un grosso buco nel conto? ! Ho chiamato di nuovo e ho aspettato che l'ordine venisse inviato di nuovo. Dall'inizio quando si cambia la biancheria da letto. Devo lasciarne uno nuovo per l'ospite dopo aver portato via quello vecchio? Non hai idea di questo tipo di servizio? !

Fantastic service by the Regent team. I hosted my engagement occasion here and the staff were very helpful. Excellent service from entry ＞ checking in ＞ in room service ＞ checking out. The Regent team made my experience and my fiancé a very pleasant and memorable one! It is because of my special occasion that I probably got upgraded, but I appreciate it and love the extra mile they put in! Food at the breakfast buffet was as good as it can be. I would say Marriott's breakfast is still the best that I've been to. Regent was still a good experience from what you can see in the photo. The views at the Regent are the best maybe only K11 can beat it. Maybe. Highly recommend this hotel.

I was extremely disappointed throughout my entire stay at this five-star hotel.The television would turn on automatically at midnight, which was very disruptive. Additionally, the water temperature in the shower was unstable, constantly fluctuating between hot and cold. There were no bed-making services, and no welcome fruits or similar amenities were provided. Even though I had informed the hotel that we were celebrating a birthday, there was no gesture of a complimentary mini cake. This level of service is unacceptable for a five-star establishment.

Cibo: molte opzioni nelle vicinanze, raggiungibile a piedi da Kennedy per una buona colazione locale dim sum al ristorante Sun Hung Facile accesso all'aeroporto con l'autobus A10 a soli 3 minuti a piedi. Il personale, Bruce Lui, è stato molto disponibile nell'indicarci le direzioni e si è persino offerto di accompagnarci e spingere i nostri bagagli alla fermata dell'autobus. La camera è eccezionalmente grande (secondo i termini di Hong Kong), ogni giorno viene ricaricata la capsula del caffè.
