Mi sentivo come a casa! Hanno fatto un piccolo regalo di compleanno per me senza che dicessi nulla. Questo mi fa sentire così amato e sinceramente amichevole xx Ho trascorso un soggiorno così confortevole. Il personale è così responsabile ed educato! Gli darei il massimo dei voti!!!❤️❤️

I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Leo, K and reservation team for their incredible support during our stay. This day is truly significant for my fiancé and me as we are preparing to register our marriage at Red Cotton Tree Road.
Despite the whirlwind of organizing photographers, videographers, floral arrangements, and managing guest visits, the Upper House team’s exceptional hospitality made all the difference. We truly couldn’t have done it without their unwavering support.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Upper House, and it will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you once again for everything!

It’s probably one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. Very good location as it’s connected to the Admiralty station and also walking distance to Central area, Hong Kong Park, Peak tram etc.
Good for short trip and business people.
The whole experience was just as fantastic however if you ever stay there, better turn the wine fridge off during night time.
There was a fridge (wine fridge) in the room and it was making crazy noise for whole night and I couldn’t sleep a wink unfortunately 😞
I could have turned it off but too bad I didn’t 🥲🥲🥲

Bad:
1. The staffs did not tell us about the arrangement of the breakfast (Time, location, in-room meal or needa go to the restuarnt, etc.).
2. The resturant' staffs were impolite (we asked to change the table) (Did not tell us what we can choose... the waiter just put down the menu and leave away).
3. Nearly 11pm call and ask for collecting the massage bed (we booked a in-room massage). I was having a shower at that moment.... and.... the bed has been collected already by around 6pm (without notice too).

Very convenient location - a pleasant stay overall with nice facility, comfy and classy decor, and a nice arrangement for birthday. The check-in process can be improved with more attentiveness.
