can’t believe you need to buy the toothpaste and slippers by ourselves, they don’t provide, but asking you to buy from their vending machine. we paid $12 hkd to buy, good location, but **** service, deeply disappointed. and it’s dusty in the room. 拖鞋和牙刷竟然要自費比$12，住左咁多年酒店都無試過，認真差評

Convenient location. Nice and clean room

Very clean and close to everything

The service at the counter was good on arrival, after that however it seemed that they didnt care. No Hello or anything. They even had someone sitting at the counter watching sport on their phone. The bins in the lobby were overflowing and it just seemed that no one working there actually cared about the place they worked at or the customers. The room was comfortable and clean and cannot fault that at all. It would have been nice to have had charging points available however, I went to the local 7/11 and bought a wall plug adapter, and had to slide the bedside table forwards to gain access to the plug. For the price in comparison in HK, it was still a great place to stay and worth the money.

The worst hotel I been in my life in terms of service and attitude。 When I checked in they asked for extra money ( tax fee) I told them I paid it. They said it is new and I have to pay cash or from my credit card. I showed them on the app I paid that. They should see in their reservation and if not ask if I paid and not tell me to pay ( some people will actually pay if they not familiar with the app or experience traveling) didn't even apologize and argue about it and said they don't know and it is new rule ( bad training of the workers) At night I didn't had hot water and no phone in the room to call the recipient, need to go down. I called the number from the app, no one answered. Can hear the people in the room above you or next to you ( and it can be very loud) In the morning the water in the shower was crazy hot can't step inside to have shower 🤬🤬 Talked with the manger in the phone he hang up pretending is in the subway or something. 太差的服务和态度，小心他们会让你们付税虽然在软件已经付了

Nice trip good

Great for a city trip but it more in the appartement category than hotel.

This hotel’s in the heart of Tsim sha sim. It’s very convenient to traveling another place in HK. It’s also near K11. Absolutely, love it. What’s a wonderful hotel.

Bed is not comfortable and towel got smell

Small hotel at the heart of TST, very convenient for food and shopping. Room is a bit small but clean and tidy. Good value for money at TSt area.

Room is small and water is chargeable

clean, located at a quiet street in the city centre.

The hall way to the room smells not good,but inside the room its ok.Toilet is clean,bedsheet also clean.Nearby have a lot of restaurant.it just not my luck cause when i checked in,the room key is error,so we have to ask receptionist to help us go up and open the room.
