Close to 4 restaurants, 1 mile to the grocery store. This is a great condo especially if you've little ones, it's a relatively easy walk to the slope even with your gears. Condo on the 2nd floor with no one above you. Easy check-in with a keypad lock. There's a washer & dryer in the condo. High-speed fiber-optic WiFi makes it easy to stay connected.This is a spacious 2 bedroom condo with a high ceiling and skylights. Natural light shines through the skylights, brightens, and warms up the living room. The dining room's big window also lets in a lot of natural light, it's a great spot when it's snowing or just to enjoy looking at the trees outside, the rustling sound of the trees is very calming. Enjoy fresh air & sunshine on the balcony.The upstairs bedroom is very spacious with two ceiling fans to cool down the temperature in summer. It's a cozy room with a king and twin bed. There's also a smart TV to keep you entertained. Pls note, there's a big window (not covered) that looks down to the living room. The downstairs bedroom has a comfy queen bed, a dresser, and a closet. The spacious living room has a smart TV and sofa bed. A full bath downstairs and upstairs. A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, crockpot, toaster, microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker, blender and all essential utensils. It also has dishwasher tabs, paper towels, trash bags, sponge, liquid dish, and hand soap.A stackable washer/dryer set is in the condo. High-speed fiber-optic WiFi is provided. Parking at the condo complex is right outside of the units, but no designated spots. Parking permits for two vehicles are provided during ski season. The number of people allowed in this condo is 6, any extra people after the limit will be charged $50 per person per night.A 4-WD vehicle or car is highly recommended for winter trips to Angel Fire. This condo was renovated from top to bottom the summer of 2023. Everything is new. Kitchen, bathroom all furniture, appliances, kitchenware and textiles. The condo is 300' from the Chili Express lift and there is a shuttle that picks you up right outside during ski season. You are also walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We can only accommodate 7 renters. Covered parking garage and an elevator are two major amenities that are rare in Angel Fire. The laundry rooms were renovated last year with new washer & dryer unit on each floor and there is an app to pay and will also let you know when your laundry is finished.The living room has a large "L shaped" sectional that is big enough to sleep two children with one on each section. There is no sleeper sofa. This condo is perfect for a family of 5-6. There is a large TV over the electric fireplace so you never need to purchase firewood and can have a fire throughout your stay. Enjoy our free WIFI and the TV is set up with DISH Network. You are also able to sit outside and watch people walk by on either one of the two the balconies. This complex is pet free. So, please no pets. The kitchen is newly renovated with granite, all new appliances, dishes, pots, pans and everything you need for a home cooked meal. There is a dining room that seats 5 comfortably and three at the kitchen breakfast bar.The master has a king bed with a second electric fireplace and TV. It also boasts a private bath with walk in shower. The second balcony is off of the master bedroom for breakfast or coffee.The second bedroom has two double bunk beds and a trundle. Perfect for a family. There is a ski locker across from the elevator on the entry floor and a bike storage room in the garage that is secure and accessible with a key. There are so many things to do in Angel Fire year round. During the summer, It is one of the best locations for mountain biking in the US with music festivals, balloon festival, hiking, horseback riding, all types of fishing and with a short drive, you are able to go river rafting, visit the Rio Grande Gorge as well as casinos and vineyards. We provide coat hooks with a shelf for your winter gear. Mountain bikes may be stowed in this area, but we request guest bring their own yoga mat, towels or blankets to protect flooring and to collect bike mud and debris. We include one wall-mount bike rack in this area.For you Skiers, Boarders, and Bikers, we have a private, exterior storage room just outside the front door of the condo to the right. Convenient for your storage of skis, boards, bikes and all the extra stuff that comes with them. This 5’ x 7’ room has a dedicated baseboard heater and a bench which makes it easy to take your boots on and off. There is a rack to hang boards and skis and several bike hanging racks. Both walls on left and right are covered with hooks to hang poles, jackets, bibs, gloves, pads, helmets, caps, etc. The door has an electronic lock so your gear is safe and no need to try to keep up with a key. NOTE: door to this room should always remain closed with the baseboard heater on to prevent pipes from freezing and bursting.When you enter the condo, to your right is the Bunk Room. The Bunk Room includes two twin-over-queen timber bunkbeds with hybrid mattresses and soft bedding. Included is a closet, dresser drawers and lounge chair. You should be snug as a bug, but we also provide an extra blanket in each bedroom, in addition to the fluffy down-alternative duvets and fleece blankets on each bed.Open parking is in a paved parking lot just a few steps from our unit. The parking lot is reserved for the Wren, but does not offer reserved spots.Our unit does not include washer/dryer. Should you need a laundry during your stay, we suggest the Aspen Gold Laundromat just down the road where a change machine, detergent machine and numerous washer/dryers are available for approximately $3 / load.Wren 106 is located in one of two buildings. Our unit is an end unit, which provides more windows.
